Dolphins as Avatars

Dolphins around the world seem always to have had a very tight symbiotic relationship with humans. They like to come around when humans are swimming in the ocean. There have been countless cases where drowning humans have been saved by dolphins continually bumping them to the surface. Even though we don't comprehend their language, they still talk and laugh and play with us.

There is a true story about a psychologist with a terminal condition who was advised to get more exercise by swimming. When he went into the water, dolphin after dolphin after dolphin surrounded him, rubbing and brushing against him, communicating in a way that he could sense. With continued exposure to his new friends he began learning things, independently knowing things. The dolphins "treated" him over a period of time as he kept getting better and better. Not only did he completely heal, but his neural capabilities seemed to sharpen and expand his senses, which he, in turn, attributed to a sort of telepathic gifting by the dolphins.

This same psychologist went on to create an entirely new psychology around this inter-species communication which he, in turn, used to train top generals in the Soviet military in the 1980's. After five days of such training these military leaders went to the Soviet Politburo and dictated that they were no longer going to wage war. As the story is told, this was the beginning of Gorbachev's Glasnost and Perestroika initiatives which culminated with the removal of the Berlin Wall.

If all of this is true, then one must look more deeply at the overall relationship between humans and dolphins on this planet. Are they perhaps advanced beings here to serve as allies and help guide us toward a more positive evolutionary development?

Water Babies

Humans probably started as aquatic animals. If you look at the structure of the ears, nasal passages, and eyes, and the way our openings seal, it becomes obvious that at some point our species was at least partially aquatic. Looking at the first nine months after conception we all develop in a very comfortable bath of amniotic bliss, even while our lungs develop.

Russian scientists discovered that if a mother gives birth under water in a dimly-lit, warm saline environment and the newborn is naturally brought out of the water to the mother's breast, the resulting IQ's of these individuals was 20 to 40 points higher throughout their lives. When babies are born into bright light there seems to be major trauma to their young nervous systems which may take months if not years to recover from. Researchers discovered that infants kept in an aquatic environment during their first few months had accelerated organ development, especially the brain, leading them to hypothesize that such nurturing may, in fact, be optimal for humans. One entire community in Russia has practiced this, along with other contributing factors, for more than a generation with the result being that the average IQ is somewhere between high genius and super-high genius.  Fascinating to discover that there may, in fact, be a better way to bring our children into the world.

A Dream is a Portal

A dream is a portal;
A portal, perhaps,
To a higher knowing.

A dream is a finger beckoning;
An invitation given;
A clue to what is more
But mistaken
For what is less.

A dream is a gift given
And a gift received.

The wise attend to dreams,
Knowing well that
Dreams attend to them,
Nurturing them gently
With milk
From the Mothership.

All Is Just as it Should Be

All the important news is good.

The universe is a friendly place which is designed to support us completely.

We are immersed in a benevolent cosmic ecosystem, a God-process, which is uncomplicatedly benign and which nourishes us at every level of our being.

Everything is alive. Everything is intelligent. Everything is conscious.

Everything is changing. Everything is improving. Everything is becoming more.

The universe is richly inhabited with positive beings of light, many of who are far more advanced than we are. Their mission and their joy is to welcome us, nurture us, heal us, protect us, guide us and assist us in our evolutionary return to the internal experience of Godhead.

There is nothing wrong with us; at the level of our core essence we are perfect.

We are held softly in the understanding arms of inclusion. We are comprehensively loved at all times, whatever we think or do.

Everything we need has been thought of by those who know us better than we know ourselves.

Everything we need is immediately available to us if we ask.

All is well and all will be well.

Prayer is not what we say to God. Prayer is what God says to us.

Alcuin: What do you think about praying, Flutterby? Is prayer a waste of time?
Flutterby: No, it's not. For a lot of people on your planet, perhaps for most, prayer can be a very useful spiritual exercise.
Alcuin: What is prayer?
Flutterby: Prayer is breathing.
Alcuin: Breathing?
Flutterby: Yes. Prayer is breathing.
Alcuin: What sort of breathing?
Flutterby: Slower than usual, deeper than usual, conscious breathing.
Alcuin: What? Really stretch the ribcage? Hold the breath for as long as possible?
Flutterby: No. Not that. No useful spiritual exercise involves pain, strain, endurance or unpleasantness. Just breathe a little slower than usual and a little deeper than usual. And maybe pause the breathing process for four or five seconds between each inhalation and exhalation. And while you do that, gently pay attention to the breathing process and enjoy it.
Alcuin: Enjoy it? Enjoy prayer?
Flutterby: Yes.
Alcuin: Prayer is boring.
Flutterby: If prayer is boring, it is not prayer at all.
Alcuin: Isn't it?
Flutterby: No. Breathing is not boring. Conscious breathing is deeply refreshing.
Alcuin: Eyes shut or eyes open?
Flutterby: You decide. Do what feels best for you. Maybe close your eyes and, while you're breathing, focus your attention on the ajna centre between the eyebrows.
Alcuin: The third eye?
Flutterby: Yes. The interdimensional eye.
Alcuin: Right. What about posture?
Flutterby: How do you mean?
Alcuin: Kneeling? Standing up? Sitting down? What is the best posture for breathing?
Flutterby: You decide. Try out a few different postures. See what works for you. See which position helps you to breathe with the greatest comfort and freedom. Sitting up straight with an absolutely vertical spine, or lying down with an absolutely horizontal spine helps a lot of people.
Alcuin: Why?
Flutterby: Because for a lot of people the human spiritual anatomy seems to function best that way.
Alcuin: The chakras and things?
Flutterby: Yes. The interdimensional portals and energy centres in the human spiritual anatomy seem to work well in those orientations.
Alcuin: Is anything which makes you breathe especially slowly or especially deeply a form of prayer?
Flutterby: You could say that. One of the reasons why lots of sex is good for you is that it makes you breathe more and it makes you breathe deeply and it makes you breathe better. And the same thing goes for exercise and laughing and singing.
Alcuin: What should we think about when we are prayer-breathing?
Flutterby: Think about as little as possible, I would say. Just enter the process peacefully and become the breathing itself.
Alcuin: Isn't that a bit passive?
Flutterby: You could say that, yes. But prayer is not what we say to God. Prayer is what God says to us.

St. Germain and the Violet Flame

You always get that which you ask for if you ask for it with your Soul.
If you ask in words alone, you will not receive what you ask for because you have not asked God for it - you have asked your senses for it.
When, however, you have actually written your desire into your heartbeat, as some have automatically done all their lives, from moment to moment, you unfailingly acquire the knowledge you ask for.
It comes to you in a timeless flash, in the rhythmic language of Light which God uses to talk to His children.
