Magnetic Neutron Star Discovery

A mysterious object that is only 4,000 light years away from Earth is unlike anything ever seen before in space, astronomers have said. They think it could be a neutron star or a white dwarf – collapsed cores of stars – with an ultra-powerful magnetic field, also known as a magnetar. As it spins through the cosmos, the 'spooky' object sends out a beam of radiation, and for one minute in every 20 it is now one of the brightest objects in the night sky.

Observations show it releasing a giant burst of energy three times an hour. Astrophysicist Dr Natasha Hurley-Walker, from the Curtin University, International Center for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) in Australia, led the team that made the discovery. Her team was mapping radio waves in the universe when they came across the potential 'magnetar'.

She said: 'This object was appearing and disappearing over a few hours during our observations. That was completely unexpected. It was kind of spooky for an astronomer because there's nothing known in the sky that does that. And it's really quite close to us — about 4,000 light years away. It's in our galactic backyard.'

Dr Hurley-Walker added that the observations match a predicted astrophysical object called an 'ultra-long period magnetar'. 'It's a type of slowly spinning neutron star that has been predicted to exist theoretically,' she said. 'But nobody expected to directly detect one like this, because we didn't expect them to be so bright. Somehow it's converting magnetic energy to radio waves much more effectively than anything we've seen before.'

Neutron stars are the collapsed, burnt-out cores of dead stars. When large stars reach the end of their lives, their core will collapse, blowing off the outer layers of the star. This leaves an extremely dense object known as a neutron star, which squashes more mass than is contained in the sun into the size of a city.

A neutron star typically would have a mass that's perhaps half-a-million times the mass of the Earth, but they're only about 20 kilometers (12 miles) across. A handful of material from this star would weigh as much as Mount Everest.  They are very hot, perhaps a million degrees, highly radioactive, and have incredibly intense magnetic fields. This makes them arguably the most hostile environments in the Universe today.

The Power of Falun Gong

We in the modern era in the West have largely forgotten to cultivate our spirit and minds while emphasizing the exercise of our physical body. All three parts need their proper attention for real health benefits and harmony in life. In fact we have fallen down to a lower level in the spiritual sense while emphasizing the material world too much.

There are many deep beliefs in the East regarding using mantras for health and spiritual benefits originating with Buddhism 2500 years ago and then used by the Hindus and many other religions across the globe. There may be something similar in Christianity even if it isn't called “mantras”. Reading out loud and singing the gospels and psalms or saying rosaries have been known to promote good health and happiness for Christians for 2000 years.

The ancient practice of Falun Gong may be the spiritual way of the future as established religions lose traction with people and die out for various reasons. The shift is inevitable. All religions come and go. Falun Gong doesn't demand its practitioners to become monks as some religions do. You can improve yourself without isolating yourself from ordinary society like monks do, which is very attractive for modern people who need to feed themselves and their families.

Falun Gong is based on three words that are simply applied in daily life (all good things come in three, as the old saying goes):

Truthfulness – Compassion – Tolerance

Simply repeating these three words whether in a quiet time or during the rush of daily life can be our modern mantra in balancing the stress of living. Just saying these three words again and again in a sincere manner yields a positive and powerful result.

How powerful is Falun Gong?

For the past twenty years, in the tradition of Mahatma Gandhi's practice of satyagraha, or passive resistance, one group in China is showing the way against overwhelming odds and superior firepower. Falun Gong practitioners, who have faced terrible persecution that includes arrest, torture, forced labor and even live organ harvesting have persevered to this day.

Falun Gong practitioners try their best to follow Truth, Compassion and Tolerance.

Tuidang, an emerging non-violent movement in China that practices Falun Gong has convinced over 300 million Chinese people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Short for Tuichu Gongchandang, Tuidang translates literally as “withdraw from the Communist Party.”

Participation in the movement means that a person has made a public declaration that he or she wishes to disavow any previous ties with the CCP or its affiliated organizations. These statements are typically signed using aliases to protect the identity of participants, and are often accompanied by explanations from the individual about why he or she no longer wishes to identify with the CCP.

A majority of Chinese citizens belong to or previously belonged to at least one of these organizations. The term “quit the party” therefore refers to a symbolic denunciation of the CCP or any of these affiliated entities.

Is Tuidang’s aim to overthrow the Communist Party? While the Nine Commentaries denounce the Communist Party, they do not prescribe an alternative political system. Thus, while the Tuidang movement implicitly supports regime change in China, it does not advocate an overthrow of the CCP or a coup, nor does it prescribe specific institutional reforms. Rather, the focus is on a rejection of the culture of violence and duplicity propagated by the CCP and on a revival of virtue to bring about a more just and humane future for China. The Tuidang movement is, in many ways, less about political revolution or institutional change and more about a spiritual and ethical revival.

How did the Falun Gong achieve these accomplishments? They did it with tens of millions of practitioners who risk their lives to go out and talk to people face to face, heart to heart. Good people from all countries will need to find their courage to be a hero for the future and make a difficult choice — they need to stand up, NOW.

We have all learned from the recent rigged election that one cannot count on corrupt politicians or crooked laws and courts to ensure justice. This can be a Do It Yourself operation, talking to people from heart to heart, sharing ideas. Reject violence wherever it appears and revive virtue and restore constitutional law. The people of China are demonstrating how a simple idea is indeed revolutionary and making a difference in changing the world – something we all can learn from.

Trusting Authority

Words of Oneness

You are a spark of Divinity in the throes of activation. The programming for the process is deep-seated within you. And it will unfold at its own pace.”

You stand at the threshold of a grand adventure. And the extent to which you are able to experience the fullness of that journey is determined by the extent to which you are able to let go of the scenarios that no longer serve you.”

The key to all you could become lies in your willingness to let go, and to allow the metamorphosis, in which you are deeply enmeshed, to proceed.”

There comes a total shift in focus to heart-centeredness. Your perception of self and that of the world around you become intertwined. You begin to dance with the energies of life, allowing the ebb and flow to determine the direction.”

As you begin to release the constraints that bind you to circumstances you have outgrown, you will discover that the direction of choice is found on a road you must travel alone.”

One becomes as a leaf on the wind, embodying a willingness to be carried with the momentum of the process, knowing unquestioningly that one’s best interests and one’s well-being are being seen to in every possible way.”

In this moment, you are all you are yet to become. For “time” as you know it to be is not a factor in what is transpiring in what you consider to be “the Now.”

"All that is to happen has happened, energetically.”

The common ground and the paths upon which you will merge, energetically, with all aspects of self are the emotions you share at the deepest level.”

The key to all you would accomplish in this lifetime hinges upon your willingness to embrace all that you are, for the chance that you may come to experience – in Oneness – all that you truly Are.”

“A vast inter-dimensional conversion in consciousness is presently transpiring throughout Creation. As you experience these shifts, and the energies carry you to ever-higher levels of awareness, your attunement to the higher frequencies becomes stabilized. And the transition to an augmented perspective is achieved.”

Know that you are in command of your situation at all times. You are able to choose to step back, at will, from the heat of the moment, and make the conscious choice to shift the energy to one emanating from the place of heart-centeredness.”

In shifting the energy you project onto any moment or situation, you consciously shift the outcome to one that will give you a more advantageous result. By embodying this training, your life becomes one directed by intention rather than the unconscious reflection of happenstance. For you do create all of it. Know that.”

At the accelerated levels of vibration you are now integrating into your being, the results of your choices and responses manifest as your reality far more quickly than what once was considered to be “normal” in your dimension.”

Recognizing the power to create your reality is your key to turning the page and beginning a new chapter in your own life story.”

The tools for creating your personal reality as a masterpiece of manifested intent are right there within the parameters of your consciousness.”

When you relinquish the need to mastermind the labyrinth of your existence and reach deeper to the level where you can feel rather than think, and know rather than believe, you will have arrived at the place where you can create a reality in which you truly move forward.”

The ability to trust in the reality that the energy of your world has indeed shifted, and that there is a higher perspective to be attained, heralds the turning point toward which you strive in these times.”

Once you have tuned-in to the higher resonance of the harmonization of your personal will with the Will of Creation, the walls of separation will have dematerialized and you will come to experience life as the expression of Unity that it truly is.”

It is in the embracing of physicality, rather than in denial of that reality, that the path is cleared for the transcendence of all limitation.”

You are the embodiment of a momentum that is surging toward the completion of a timeless process. That process is the reunification of all that you are, all that you have ever been, and all that you are yet to be, in a simultaneous expression of Oneness.”

As the time lag between the inception of thought and the manifestation of reality diminishes, it becomes obvious to you that you are creating all of it.”

Ascension is not an “event” but rather, a momentum. It is a shift in awareness, a shift in perspective, a shift in vibration, a shift in attunement, and a shift in conscious alignment with who one truly is.”

Ascension is not a onetime hurdle that, once traversed, is an event relegated to the past. It is a never-ending process. You are experiencing its effects all the time.”

You have awakened in the middle of a never-ending dream.”

You are not in this movie unless you choose to perceive yourself to be. You are, in fact, watching it.”

Your reality is a vivid representation of all that dwells, overtly as well as dormantly, within your consciousness.”

When, at last, there is nothing left to lose, you are ready. For only then, in the sacred space of humility, are you able to recognize and to embrace what has never been lost. That precious spark awaits you.”

One is technically ascending all the time. And the reality one perceives as the here and now is an ever-shifting personalized reflection of one’s vibrational state.”

There are no right or wrong roads to Oneness. And there is no predictable way of determining which of the infinite number of possible routes is the most direct. For, each journey is unique.”

It matters not whether you choose to follow in the footsteps of your ancestors in your expressions of devotion, or upon a path that no one has ever walked before – so long as your heart has led you to it.”

The differences that divide you are the very concepts that, ultimately, you will embrace as a unified race of beings. The momentum for the transcendence of those differences is the hallmark of these times of transformation.”

Inflation Is Our Kryptonite

"buckle your seatbelt Dorothy, because Kansas is going bye-bye."

The linchpin that allows the world’s nefarious central banking model to be so effective is that the common folk - the plumber, the electrician, the teacher, the bartender, bus driver or barber - don’t understand it. The inflationary “machinery of night” blankets the most regressive tax possible upon the people who can least afford it, and does so in an extraordinarily convenient way for elites, politicians, central bankers and central planners whose titles and “jobs” hinge upon nobody questioning them and/or figuring out how the system works in the first place.

Today, the fabric of our modern banking world is held together by a logical fallacy of a system, wherein central banks are afforded the asinine luxury of being able to print infinite amounts of “money”, which is then disproportionately distributed toward the ruling class, billionaires, and elites, instead of the people who need it the most. This shows up, literally, as a widening gap between the “haves” and the “have nots” that has widened consistently since the late 1970’s.

As a result of the most recent re-distribution of purchasing power disguised as “monetary stimulus” during the Covid-19 “crisis”, billionaires amassed an additional $4.1 trillion of wealth during a period of time in which the World Bank estimates that “some 100 million people have fallen into extreme poverty,” Bloomberg reported, in conjunction with the World Inequality Report, in December.

When the Fed considers stimulating by printing trillions, why not just divide up the money evenly amongst everybody in the country? Why must it be re-balanced and then deployed in a fashion that benefits those who already own financial assets? The answers to these questions belie a bigger problem: the global economic “system” and monetary policy as a whole.

In the early 2000s and 2010s, posturing as though Quantitative Easing was a one-time experiment that “worked” because inflation didn’t run rampant was easy for central bankers. But now, in 2022, it looks as though it is finally time to pay the piper. Today, the Fed faces a fork in the road where, in one direction, stocks collapse because of rising rates - and in the other direction, the dollar becomes worthless as we fruitlessly attempt to print our way out of debt. But in 2022, unlike other points in history, we are facing this challenge at a time when the world has never been more aware of the false narrative central planners are trying to perpetuate.

Over the last decade, the populace has started to get wise to the con. Thanks to the popularity of cryptocurrency, many people who wouldn’t otherwise be interested have started to learn how our fractional reserve central banking system works. Cryptocurrencies have educated an entire generation of investors as to the pitfalls of modern day monetary policy. It will also educate the same generation of investors with lessons about intrinsic value, mania, the madness of crowds, the mechanics of Ponzi schemes and the greater fool theory.

In addition to younger generations “catching on”, older generations have likely moved inflation to, or close to, the #1 spot in their political priorities list. Mainstream news media’s coverage of inflation means that it has become a hot-button issue that people want answers to. In an election year like this, politicians want to deliver those answers - or at least deliver bull shit that sounds like answers - to voters in an attempt to appease them.

And therein lies the beauty, and the tragedy, of it all: there is no easy way out for anybody. Politicians will run out of excuses and the few they have left the people won’t believe. The Fed will sit in front of Congress resembling a trembling and tearful addict who has hit rock bottom in the hours before accepting treatment on the TV show Intervention. Last, but certainly not least, collectively, as a country, we will bear the brunt of the consequences of central planners’ decades of deception, our naivety in trusting that it was all under control and the world’s willful ignorance in letting it unfold.

For years, politicians and central bankers have been relying on flawed monetary policy to try and endlessly appease their constituents with promises of grandeur and excess while they pull the strings on a system that socializes losses and privatizes profits for the elites. They’ve done this with success, subtly sending the message that “everything is always going to be okay, so no one needs to ever question authority or the powers that be”.

Monetary policy has worked splendidly for the elites and central planners over the last few decades and, while it has resulted in a wider gap between the lower and upper class than we’ve seen in 50 years and a country that is nearly at civil war with itself, the harrowing machinations of the monetary motor have all happened behind the curtain, under the cloak of night. This has allowed the elites and central planners to side-step responsibility for 50 years worth of gripes and misfortunes, while being able to point to the stock market to try and convince the populace that things aren’t as bad as they seem. But this time, things are definitely as bad as they seem – and everybody understands it.

This time around will resemble nothing like the last 50 years. People are going to want answers to the inflation problem and the Fed doesn’t have any. A market collapse would only add to the panic and hysteria that is already bubbling up as a result of skyrocketing prices. Amidst a historic supply chain breakdown and supply crunch, I believe we’re only a couple CPI percentage points away from the psychology of hyperinflation starting to set in, wherein people consciously abandon dollars and start to hoard basic products.

There are a lot of politicians out there who don’t even understand the shit that we just collectively put our foot in. The reality (and tragedy) of the situation, as we often find out during Congressional hearings involving finance, is that most politicians don’t even understand the basics of our country’s precarious financial position. And now, because the whole world is on alert, paying attention, and acutely aware of the problems we face, every single move that the Federal Reserve and our politicians make with regard to inflation and monetary policy is going to be scrutinized in a way it has never been before in American history.

Ultimately, many people believe that there will be no way for us to escape a catastrophic end result: markets will crash, the dollar will collapse, or a combination of both. This is why many “conspiracy theorists” are screaming bloody murder about the World Economic Forum’s Klaus Schwab‘s “Great Reset” plan as being so toxic. The people speaking out about the plan this early see it for what it likely really is: a preemptive strike by the powers that be to engineer a much-needed solution to a catastrophic problem that is barreling directly towards us. And, like all solutions that central planners and governments offer, the “Great Reset” results in fewer civil liberties for the rest of us and more power for the oligarchs.

The “Great Reset” will just be another form of “QE”, in the sense that it’ll be a tool for disproportionately dividing up the finite world of resources and power on Planet Earth amongst those who Schwab, and his ilk, deem most worthy.

The fact that Schwab’s plans have already been turned into fodder for ridicule by the alternative media is a positive sign: people are starting to wake up. And here’s a message to the bankers, elites and central planners to read carefully: we are all already on notice. We now know how the rigged game works and we plan on placing under a microscope every decision that is made from this point going forward.

We will not relinquish further civil rights and we believe that, through decades of living through this planned system that has usurped us of power and liberties unknowingly and unwillingly already, we have earned the right to criticize any and all proposed solutions that don’t act in the interest of freedom and liberty. We will do this peacefully, as I am doing today, by exercising our first amendment rights and doing our part to educate and inform those around us of what has clearly come into focus to those of us with our eyes wide open.

The unfortunate news for the elites and central planners is that not everybody out there is sleeping anymore. And get ready, because many of us that “slept” through Covid are about to be jarred wide awake by inflation.

Reading the Mind of Nature

A particular worldview, model of healing, and system of values underlie our current treatment choices in the field of mental health. But how would we be thinking and what would we be doing if we had a genuinely “ecotherapeutic” model of mental health that portrayed human beings as part of the natural world? I believe the emerging field of ecopsychology offers such a model and a framework in which to rediscover and re-create very effective ancient healing practices.

The prevailing Euro-American version isn’t a model of health; it’s a model of illness. That’s why so much of our materia medica is “anti” - antibacterial, anti-inflammatory , antidepressant, and so on. The Native American model of health emphasizes restoring balance - aligning body, mind, and heart in balance with the environment—and understands that this is a process: You lose the balance; you regain it. You lose the balance; you regain it. That’s why in Pueblo ceremonies, at the most sacred of moments, they send out the clowns to make fun of all the elders and the medicine people there, and indeed of the entire ritual. They resist a naive notion of “holy.” They do not try to get rid of all problems or all evil: They try instead to find nature’s balance between positive and negative. That’s very different.

The term koyaanisqatsi, which means “life out of balance,” is now well known because of a popular film, but very few people know how that concept is used in healing. In one Navajo healing ceremony, for example, patients sit on a sand painting throughout what is often a four to seven-day process to go back through their lives and review them, trying to get from the place of koyaanisqatsi, where their life went out of balance, to hozho nahasdlii, to harmony restored. The patient is in a hogan with friends and family around, harmonious songs are sung, and the patient sits in an exquisitely balanced sand painting, with beautifully carved fetishes placed on various parts of the body. All the imagery suggests harmony restored, a return to balance or health. In Navajo, the word for balance, the word for harmony, and the word for beauty are the same word: hozho.

The Judeo-Christian worldview tells us we have been kicked out of Paradise due to our sinful ways and that we must rid ourselves of sin to ascend to paradise. That’s a fractured or broken image, and, though science has challenged the church’s dogmas, that altruistic model still unconsciously informs Western psychology.

Asian cultures that see existential phenomena as resulting from the interaction of opposites such as yin and yang, and which focus on energy flows in nature and in the body, are informed by a more dynamic and holistic model than the West’s, but those cultures have still produced some of the most hierarchical and patriarchal of all societies. Both the European and the Asian models have resulted in hierarchical, patriarchal societies. That, in my view, is because both focus on unity or ‘paradise” as an abstraction, whereas the indigenous worldview is that this world is already paradise. It’s an earth-based spirituality, rather than an attempt to transcend the earth with spirituality.

Through Woodfish Institute, we’ve been trying to help introduce indigenous approaches to mental health into the mainstream. We funded a researcher to present a paper at the annual American Psychological Association’s meeting, a paper on how psychologists and psychiatrists have traditionally mis-perceived shamans and classified them as schizophrenic. I’ve also been doing training for the outpatient psychiatric staff at some Kaiser hospitals, as well as for the Japan Institute of Psychotherapy. At Kaiser I set up a medicine wheel, right there in the windowless rooms of their outpatient psychiatric facility .I established north, south, east, and west and got everybody up on their feet, focused on a question, and started drumming. We walked around the wheel and asked questions of the wheel from different perspectives. It’s astonishing how quickly the participants’ worldviews shifted and how much creativity was released.

A case study from my practice highlights how an indigenous approach to individual therapy can work. I call this case “a dream of a red spider:’ Jane was a psychotherapist I met when she attended several prayer tobacco circles. Recently divorced and new to the San Francisco Bay Area, she still hadn’t found work and was adjusting to living with a new lover. She described herself as depressed. At the prayer smoke, she would cry for most of the two hours. She had a rash on her hands, which a dermatologist had said could not be accounted for medically. The discomfort of the rash only added to her ever-present anxiety. A turning point in my three months of individual work with her occurred after a session in which I restored her guardian spirit. The next night, she had a nightmare in which a red spider attached itself to her vagina. At our next session she asked, “What does it mean?”

She was a psychotherapist. so meaning was important to her. I told her that meaning is only one way of working with dreams. The shamanic way would be for me to remove the spider. She looked baffled but agreed to a ceremony for removing harmful power intrusions. I had her lie down on my office floor. and I sat behind her head with a power object in one hand and a rattle in the other. As I shook my rattle and began to enter a non -ordinary consciousness, I noticed a spider strolling up the pillow on which I was sitting. At first I ignored it. trying to stick to the business at hand, but finally I stopped rattling, picked up the creature, and held it in my open palm. I sat up, Jane sat up, and we looked into my palm. She turned white as a sheet and shrieked. In her dream, she had seen a red spider exactly like the one in my hand, with the same red markings on its back. I picked up the ordinary spider. took it outside, released it, and returned to my original task of removing the non-ordinary spider.  After that session, Jane showed dramatic improvement. She reported feeling more energy. and began to go for job interviews and actively pursue new relationships. More important, she no longer described herself as depressed.

I think that to restore our personal and collective sanity we need to get back on track, to rediscover a universe of living beings intimately related: the biosphere as our family. This family has values: respect for life, harmony with nature’s cycles, gratitude, balance, and above all, reciprocity - don’t take anything without giving something back. This is the key. Reciprocity with Being underlies indigenous cures. Another project I’ve begun is the Woodfish Prize. I decided to offer a prize for a Native American and a Euro-American who could work together in a mutually transformative way on a project. At the end of the first year, I had decided not to give the prize. There were about two more days before the dead- line was up, and I’d read all the submissions, and I felt no one had really gotten the idea of “mutual.” But right at the deadline, I got a perfect example of what I’d been looking for. A professor at a university took a sabbatical and went to the only Native American traditional ground in central California and helped dig a ceremonial ground. He had been at a talk I had given and had heard me mention that frequently people asked me how to meet an authentic Native American shaman. I said that rather than wandering around reservations looking for enlightenment, you might try going and seeing what the people say they actually need and rolling up your sleeves and pitching in. He did so. and it changed him profoundly. He developed a relationship with the elder who is building the ceremonial space that was mutually transformative.

by Leslie Gray

Leslie Gray has for decades been one of the most creative innovators to blend ancient and modern healing practices. She has evolved a form of “shamanic counseling” (a term she coined) that combines the insights of modern psychology with the time-tested practices of indigenous healing and ceremony.

Of Oneida and Seminole ancestry, she is a psychologist in private practice in San Francisco. She also teaches ecopsychology and Native American studies at several Bay Area universities, including the University of California at Berkeley, the California Institute of Integral Studies, and San Francisco State University. She leads unique travel and study programs to sacred sites in the southwestern United States. A member of the Society of Indian Psychologists and board member of the Association for Transpersonal Psychology, she is founder of the Woodfish Institute, which promotes ecological education grounded in indigenous wisdom.

Leslie knows we will need to draw from the best of the world’s ancient wisdom traditions as well as the leading edges of contemporary creativity to begin to heal a wounded civilization. She shows us that, with exquisite attention and intention. we can blend old and new. passion and intellect, to create the psychological and spiritual wholeness that will help us rediscover our place in the web of life.

Natural Religion

What religion comes closest to a fundamental understanding of the true nature of reality?

Buddhists are perhaps closer, but no religion comes close really... The man or woman feeling identity with each day that passes comes close... The idea of birth and death each day comes close. Those who cry when they hurt a flea come close. Fools and idiots are often wiser than the wise man. Hatred is death. All things are sacred, and every thought is a reality and has its own potential for creation and destruction. Experiencing every moment comes close.

The Great Barrington Declaration

Ever heard of the Great Barrington Declaration, authored and signed on October 4, 2020, by Dr. Martin Kulldorff, professor of medicine at Harvard University, a biostatistician, and epidemiologist with expertise in detecting and monitoring infectious disease outbreaks and vaccine safety evaluations; Dr. Sunetra Gupta, professor at Oxford University, an epidemiologist with expertise in immunology, vaccine development, and mathematical modeling of infectious diseases; and

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, professor at Stanford University Medical School, a physician, epidemiologist, health economist, and public health policy expert focusing on infectious diseases and vulnerable populations.

Of course not. It was completed suppressed by the media. It is a statement advocating an alternative approach to the COVID-19 pandemic which involves "Focused Protection" of those most at risk and seeks to avoid or minimize the societal harm of COVID-19 lockdowns. The declaration calls for individuals at significantly lower risk of dying from COVID-19 – as well as those at higher risk who so wish – to be allowed to resume their normal lives, working normally at their usual workplaces rather than from home, socializing in bars and restaurants, and gathering at sporting and cultural events. The declaration claims that increased infection of those at lower risk would lead to a build-up of immunity in the population that would eventually also protect those at higher risk from the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Would it interest you to know that more than 60,000 doctors, scientists, and medical researchers signed the Great Barrington Declaration in agreement? Some of the signatories come from the most distinguished universities in the world, but their educated views don't fit the narrative of the powerful few in charge, so have been effectively cancelled, suppressed, or ignored.

As of today there are 920,477 signatures on the Declaration: 15,707 medical and public health scientists, 46,412 medical practitioners, 858,361 concerned citizens. They agree that you cannot suppress a widely disseminated virus through shutdowns and mass isolation, and if you try, you will work immeasurable destruction of multiple kinds – unemployment, bankruptcy, depression, suicide, multiplying public debt, broken supply chains, and an increase in other serious health conditions.

Wouldn't you think there be an open public forum on an issue that literally effects every human on the planet? Nope. The World Health Organization (WHO) and numerous academic and public-health bodies have stated that the proposed strategy is dangerous and lacks a sound scientific basis. Really? They say that it would be challenging to shield all those who are medically vulnerable, leading to a large number of avoidable deaths among both older people and younger people with preexisting health conditions, and they warn that the long-term effects of COVID-19 are still not fully understood.

Maybe we should talk about it.

Following is the Declaration in its entirety. You decide if it sounds reasonable for further consideration.

The Great Barrington Declaration – As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies, and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection.

Coming from both the left and right, and around the world, we have devoted our careers to protecting people. Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health. The results (to name a few) include lower childhood vaccination rates, worsening cardiovascular disease outcomes, fewer cancer screenings and deteriorating mental health – leading to greater excess mortality in years to come, with the working class and younger members of society carrying the heaviest burden. Keeping students out of school is a grave injustice.

Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed.

Fortunately, our understanding of the virus is growing. We know that vulnerability to death from COVID-19 is more than a thousand-fold higher in the old and infirm than the young. Indeed, for children, COVID-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza.

As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls. We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity – i.e.  the point at which the rate of new infections is stable – and that this can be assisted by (but is not dependent upon) a vaccine. Our goal should therefore be to minimize mortality and social harm until we reach herd immunity.

The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of reaching herd immunity, is to allow those who are at minimal risk of death to live their lives normally to build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at highest risk. We call this Focused Protection.

Adopting measures to protect the vulnerable should be the central aim of public health responses to COVID-19. By way of example, nursing homes should use staff with acquired immunity and perform frequent testing of other staff and all visitors. Staff rotation should be minimized. Retired people living at home should have groceries and other essentials delivered to their home. When possible, they should meet family members outside rather than inside. A comprehensive and detailed list of measures, including approaches to multi-generational households, can be implemented, and is well within the scope and capability of public health professionals.

Those who are not vulnerable should immediately be allowed to resume life as normal. Simple hygiene measures, such as hand washing and staying home when sick should be practiced by everyone to reduce the herd immunity threshold. Schools and universities should be open for in-person teaching. Extracurricular activities, such as sports, should be resumed. Young low-risk adults should work normally, rather than from home. The Purpose of Life

The purpose is not merely to find happiness, either here or hereafter. Neither is it to “save” one's soul. The real purpose of life, the purpose that will satisfy both sense and reason, is this: that each one of us will be progressively conscious in ever higher degrees of being conscious; that is, conscious of nature, and in and through and beyond nature. By nature is meant all that one can be made conscious of through the senses.

Quantum Spirituality

The birth of quantum physics brought science and spirituality into alignment. It was the realization by physicists that photons have consciousness, and not just limited consciousness, but awareness of the entire cosmos. This is easy to prove by a simple experiment.

A photon is a sub-atomic quantum of light that has no mass, but has momentum and vibratory frequency.Physicists projected a beam of light toward an opaque wall with two slits in it. The light passed through the two slits onto a photographic plate. The plate showed interference between the two streams of photons after they passed through the slits. When one of the slits was covered, the stream of photons showed no interference. This showed that photons act as energetic waves with frequency patterns. When a single photon was projected onto the wall with two slits, it showed an interference pattern, indicating that this indivisible photon was able to find all available pathways through the wall and be in two places at the same time, while landing on the photographic plate in a single flash of light.

The photon knew when one slit was open and when two slits were open. When passing through one part of the experiment, it knew what was happening in the entire experiment. It did this only when it was unobserved in the process of traveling, displaying the interference pattern of a wave. When a detection instrument was set up to observe the photon, the photon immediately appeared as a particle and passed through only one of the slits. It knew when it was being observed. The photon demonstrated that it was aware of the entire experiment and knew when to adjust its expression between being an observable particle of light or an unobserved wave that can only be known by the trail that it leaves behind.

This experiment works just as well with electrons and countless other sub-atomic particles or waves, suggesting that every sub-atomic entity knows the quantum state of the entire universe.

The quantum world is entirely sentient. Each of its parts is aware of the whole.  The entire cosmos is conscious, and we interact with it in myriad ways that alter the appearance and experience in our own consciousness.

Invocation of the Seventh Ray

Every hu-man is associated with one of the Seven Rays in which one part of the light spectrum is usually predominant The Seven Rays are the sum total of Divine Consciousness, or Universal Mind, constituting all information within the spectrum of light. They each embody divine purpose and express the qualities desired for achieving this purpose. Rays are more or less emanations of energy from the Most High directed throughout the universe.

The Seventh Ray is the Violet Ray of Freedom and Saint Germain, the Vicar of Ascension. It is a ray of conscious invocation, a ceremonial ray, that has the power to increase the frequency and power of all energy regardless of form. It's action is that of purification and redemption and it is the ray of transmutation and sublimation. The Violet Flame is also the Ray of forgiveness and reconstitution. The majority of spiritual people on the earth are born under this ray.

Each of us may call upon this Ray at any time, using a spoken affirmation to effect great change in our life. Keep in mind that the Masters on High are ever present and ready to assist our requests at any time. The affirmation below is most powerful when one focuses the Mind (intention) and the Heart (desire) in a solidified Will. This combined energy will usually be felt most in the solar plexus if one's sincerity is where it needs to be.

Call forth Higher realms at any time with these words:

I call forth the Violet Flame to transform, transmute, and transmute any and all disharmonious, dissident, or discordant energy from my whole being and around my mind and heart, removing anything that would obstruct my highest expression and realization in any way, shape, or form.

The Grand Biocentric Design: How Life Creates Reality

Why are we here? Where did it all come from - the laws of nature, the stars, the universe? Humans have been asking these questions forever, but science hasn’t succeeded in providing many answers—until now.

In The Grand Biocentric Design, Robert Lanza, one of Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People,” is joined by theoretical physicist Matej PavÅ”ič and astronomer Bob Berman to shed light on the big picture that has long eluded philosophers and scientists alike.  What if life isn’t just a part of the universe... what if it determines the very structure of the universe itself?  This new, groundbreaking book provides an explanation of how the universe works, and an exploration of the science behind the astounding fact that time, space, and reality itself, all ultimately depend upon us.  Reviewers call the book "Paradigm-shattering,” “Thrilling,” “Mind-blowing,” and “a masterpiece.”

For thousands of years we’ve looked to the sky and gods for answers. We landed on the moon - and even flung a piece of metal outside the solar system. But despite the development of super-proton-antiproton-synchrotrons, and now, superconducting-supercolliders that contain enough niobium-titanium wire to circle the earth sixteen times, we have no more of an understanding of why we exist than the first thinkers of civilized consciousness. Where did it all come from? Why are we here?

The answer lies deeper. It involves our very selves. We’re like Dorothy in “The Wizard of Oz,” who went on a long journey in search of the Wizard to get back home, only to find the answer was inside her all along. The farther we peer into space, the more we realize that the secret of life and existence can’t be found by inspecting spiral galaxies or watching distant supernovas. It lies deeper. It involves our very selves.

“We are too content with our sense organs,” Loren Eiseley once said. “It’s no longer enough to see as a man sees - even to the ends of the universe.” Our radiotelescopes and supercolliders merely extend the perceptions of our mind. We see the finished work only.  In this world, only an act of observation can confer shape and form to reality - to a dandelion in a meadow, or a seed pod, or the sun or wind or rain. Anyway, it’s impressive, and your cat or dog can do it, too.

George Church, Robert Winthrop Professor at Harvard (and on Thomson Reuters short-list for the Nobel Prize) said “The Grand Biocentric Design adds new turf to the physics of making universes, and includes ‘solid evidence’ at last, that observers define the structure of physical reality itself."

The authors show that if life and consciousness are really central to everything else, then countless puzzling anomalies in science enjoy immediate clarification. It’s not just bizarre laboratory results like the famous “double slit experiment” that make no sense unless the observer’s presence is intimately intertwined with the results. On an everyday level, hundreds of physical constants are “set in stone” at precisely the values that allow life to exist. This could merely be an astounding coincidence. But the simplest explanation is that the laws and conditions of the universe allow for the observer because the observer generates them.

Since the authors’ first two books on this topic were released, new research has emerged that makes the case for biocentrism stronger than ever, allowing them to explain formerly fuzzy aspects of how our biocentric universe actually works.

The questions The Grand Biocentric Design answers are those every one of us has asked, basic questions about life and death, about how the world works and why we exist.

The book recounts the history of astounding physics discoveries that all lead inexorably to the bizarre but reality-shaking conclusion that the basic structure of the cosmos—things like space and time and the way matter holds together—requires observers. It visits the rise of quantum theory, and the discovery of the strange quantum behavior that challenged the idea that an external world exists independent of the perceiving subject. It dives into what Niels Bohr, the great Nobel physicist, meant when he said “we’re not measuring the world; we’re creating it.”

The book explains for the first time, the entire mechanism involved in the emergence of what we experience as time—from the quantum level, where everything is still in superposition, to the macroscopic events occurring in the brain’s neurocircuitry. Along the way, it shows how information that breaks the light-speed limit suggests the mind is unified with matter and the world.

The book recognizes life as an adventure that transcends our commonsense understanding, providing hints about death. It looks at the mind-twisting thought experiment called quantum suicide, which can be used to explain why we are here now despite the overwhelming odds against it—and why death has no true reality. It shows that life has a non-linear dimensionality, like a perennial flower that always blooms.

There is no time, no reality, and no existence of any kind without an observer. Throughout The Grand Biocentric Design, the reader will find countless commonsense assumptions turned on their heads. For instance: “the histories of the universe,” said the late theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking, “depend on what is being measured, contrary to the usual idea that the universe has an objective observer-independent history.” While in classical physics the past is assumed to exist as an unalterable series of events, quantum physics plays by a different set of rules in which, as Hawking said, “the past, like the future, is indefinite and exists as a spectrum of possibilities.”

And while they’re at it, the authors look at physicists’ century-long frustration at that very fact: that quantum mechanics exists via a “different set of rules.” After all, making sense of gravity, among other things, requires finding a way to reconcile Einstein’s theory of general relativity, which accurately describes the macroscopic, large-scale cosmos, with the altogether different rules governing the quantum realm of the tiny. Why can’t science-at-large-scales communicate with science at the subatomic level? Astoundingly, this book arrives at a breakthrough in exactly that quest, a Holy Grail of physics.

That breakthrough comes in the final chapters, where the authors explain how time itself emerges directly from the observer. We learn that time doesn’t exist “out there,” ticking away from past to future as we’ve always assumed, but rather is an emergent property like a fast-growing bamboo stalk, and its existence depends on the observer’s ability to preserve information about experienced events. In the world of biocentrism, a “brainless” observer does not merely fail to experience time—without a conscious observer, time has no existence in any sense.

But this book is not merely an arrow targeted at the shocking revelations in the final chapters. Nor even at the flabbergasting scientific evidence that there is simply no time, no reality, and no existence of any kind without an observer. Instead, it’s an odyssey engineered to inspire as it reveals the workings of the cosmos and our place in it.

You can expect fireworks at the end, as the old paradigm is decisively replaced by the new. But watching this amazing story unfold is a journey that is its own reward, with surprises at every turn.

Ralph Levinson, professor emeritus at UCLA, said it’s “a masterly tour de force that will change your life . . . You will never look at science the same way again."
