Is everything we’ve been told about the sun one big fat lie? The answer seems to be a resounding yes.

A 20-year study of nearly 30,000 Swedish women found that those who avoided the sun had a 60% higher risk of death than those who regularly got sunlight. Even more shocking, non-smokers who avoided the sun had the same mortality risk as smokers who got sun exposure.

This blows apart the mainstream claim that sun exposure is inherently dangerous. In reality, avoiding sunlight may be one of the most harmful public health recommendations ever made.

Sunlight is absolutely essential for human health. Research shows that getting regular sun exposure can:

Lower cancer risk – People who spend more time in the sun have a 50% lower risk of breast and prostate cancer.

Strengthen the immune system – Sunlight helps white blood cells fight infections more effectively.

Support heart health – UV exposure boosts nitric oxide, which lowers blood pressure and improves circulation.

Improve mood and mental health – Not getting enough sun is a major factor in depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD).

Every cell in the body is like a battery. It has charge separation – a positive part and a negative. It is that charge separation that allows us to push toxins out of the cell. Skin cancer deaths haven’t meaningfully declined—despite all these aggressive interventions.

The same fear-based tactics used to promote smoking as “healthy” decades ago are now being used to sell sunscreen and sun avoidance.

The Sunscreen Deception

Many sunscreens are packed with chemicals that get absorbed into the bloodstream. Instead of educating people on how to get safe, natural sun exposure, the industry keeps selling products that could be doing more harm than good—all while cashing in on fear.

Centering in the Truth

Welcome dear readers. Our intent is to teach and assist those seeking higher truth. Many of you have evolved to where you are now able to center in truth even as you witness and experience issues of personal and global discord. This is what you came to do. Try not to focus on the many activities of duality and separation taking place at this time. Be informed, but do not immerse yourself in or become fearful of them because whatever you give your energy to, feeds and keeps it in manifestation. Keep both mind and heart centered in truth, understanding, and love in the knowledge that things are not what they seem to be. You are witnessing the start of a powerful and unstoppable spiritual process that cannot be understood through three dimensional thinking. Trust and allow the process.

The world in general continues to see solutions and change from the past – ideas based in energy that has already become or is rapidly becoming obsolete. Be prepared for things to appear even more confusing and unstable as some familiar three dimensional foundations crumble. Foundations of anything (personal, governments, medicine, religion, education, etc.) are only permanent when they are built on spiritual truth simply because spiritual truth is reality.

Every person is evolving toward a consciousness of oneness. Evolution can take place on earth, another planet, or both. On earth spiritual awareness begins with the intellectual knowledge of truth which then continues to unfold through study and practice over lifetimes that provide the experiences (chosen by the person pre-birth) that are necessary for the person’s learning and spiritual growth. Not all learn what they came to learn and some choose to leave, but eventually every soul evolves beyond needing to learn from three dimensional experiences and is ready to evolve through meditation and inner work.

Mind and consciousness are not the same. Mind is an interpreter, the means of awareness through which the outer is understood. The human mind draws on the collective for information which is why you must go within for real information. Consciousness is your soul, the essence of your being, who you really are, which in reality is Divine Consciousness that cannot and does not fully express as such on earth because the material sense of consciousness is filled with false beliefs of duality, separation and two powers.

Consciousness, not mind, is the creative substance of form. The intellectual knowledge of truth does not and can not manifest outwardly until it becomes one's state of consciousness.

Think of mind as being a bread pan and consciousness as the dough. The shape or material of the pan is irrelevant (rich/poor, male/female, intelligent/not intelligent, black, yellow, brown, or white) because the bread can only ever be the sum total of its ingredients.

You who read these messages came into this lifetime aware of and well prepared to trust the ascension process from levels beyond appearances having already attained an evolved state of consciousness in previous lifetimes. You knew before incarnating that the intense energies of earth’s ascension process would offer perfect opportunities for clearing remaining pockets of old energy, bringing closure to karmic situations, increasing personal spiritual growth, and allowing you to assist others ready for and seeking truth.

Do not be surprised if you find friends, acquaintances, and strangers seeking you out for guidance or information. Never believe that you are unqualified to do this work. The energy of an evolved state of consciousness acts to draw those seeking truth because there is an alignment. This is the Light work you came to do, which may have already begun for many of you. Give pablum to spiritual infants and meat to those ready for it, always trusting your intuition to guide you as to which is which.

In spite of any and all appearances, never forget or doubt that the only reality, power, law, cause and effect is God/Divine Consciousness. One with God is always a majority. In spite of how real situations of hatred, fear, separation, power over, lack, or even death may seem, they are not, never have been, and never can be reality. If they were they would always be permanent, forever held in place by Divine Law.

The physical body has been endowed with having power of its own. If a body had power of its own, it could slap or pet without your even directing or wanting it to. The material body is a concept of the real spiritual body, a vehicle necessary for living and functioning in earth’s three dimensional density. Death is nothing more than the soul/real Self choosing to leave a no longer needed, wanted, or capable vehicle. There has never been a death, how could the individualization of an omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divinity die?

Before incarnating, the incoming soul/real Self does not permanently enter into the developing physical body at the time of conception, but rather may go in and out during the pregnancy while deciding if the parents, situation, and gender would be appropriate for it’s chosen life plan.

Many souls do not enter their chosen physical form until the actual time of birth. Before a soul enters a body permanently, it is just a waiting vehicle. However, we would add that this process, as is true of all creative processes, is holy and sacred, not to be considered unimportant or frivolous.

Every soul has a short period of time after birth in which to decide if they made the correct choice, which is why some babies leave for no apparent reason shortly after birth. Still births are frequently for the learning and evolving of the parents. Life on earth will become increasingly easier for humans when they finally understand and accept that there is much more to life than what they have been led to believe.

Trust that all is proceeding according to plan and never doubt that you are being guided, loved, admired, and watched closely by many in the higher realms as you assist with earth’s ascension. We are the Arcturian Group.

Turn Off the News

 

This moment humanity is experiencing now can be seen as a door or a hole. The decision to fall into the hole or walk through the door is up to you.

If you consume the information 24 hours a day, with negative energy, constantly nervous, with pessimism, then you will fall into that hole.

But if you take the opportunity to look at yourself, to think about life and death, to care for yourself and others, then you will walk through the door.

Take care of your home, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual home.

When you take care of yourself, you are taking care of everyone at the same time.

Don’t underestimate the spiritual dimension of this crisis. Take the perspective of an eagle, seeing everything from above with a wider view.

There is a social issue in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual issue. The two go hand in hand.

Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and meaninglessness.

You are ready to master this crisis. Grab your toolbox and use all the tools available to you.

Learn resistance from the example of the Indian and African people:

Don’t feel guilty for feeling happy in these difficult times. Being sad or angry doesn’t help at all. Resistance is resistance through joy!

You have every right to be strong and positive. And there is no other way to do this than to adopt a beautiful, joyful and radiant attitude.

This has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It’s a strategy of resistance.

When we walk through the door, we have a new worldview, because we have faced our fears and hardships.

Crypto-Mania to End

 

Cryptocurrencies absorb excess printed money. Don’t get caught up in the betrayal, crypto is also a private system, although on paper it has a limited supply until it’s topped out. Cryptos are currently private money on the market, but they’re not backed by assets. In addition, bitcoin forks create a growing supply of units in the aggregate, which can easily lead to a Weimar Republic-style situation.

Cryptos like bitcoin are a technological creation. As soon as something else comes along that replaces bitcoin with a technological advance that does the job better, there will be a mass migration to that superior coin.

Since innovation happens all the time, it is ignorant to think that there will never be something better. So the current claim that bitcoin’s value is due to its limited supply is factually relative and essentially untrue.

There are more than 1500 different crypto versions on the market today, and no one can say for sure which one will prove to be the most talented in Crypto land. However, is it possible that the current crypto storm could push fiat currencies off the playing field?

Cryptocurrencies will certainly have a place in the future, as different specimens rise or fall to the occasion, which cannot be easily predicted on a coin-by-coin basis. For now, it is difficult to predict and understand what is to come in terms of cryptocurrencies.

However, gold, with its 5,000-year track record of reliability, is undoubtedly a better bet. Perhaps one day we will see a gold-backed crypto. For now, cryptocurrencies cannot be considered real currencies, as they have no general acceptance of utility.

The main problem with bitcoin, which applies to all cryptos, is that it’s not really that different from a typical fiat currency. It may be better in the sense that the supply is private and limited under certain conditions, since it’s not created out of thin air for political purposes, but it’s still not backed by anything real or tangible.

This limitation makes many cryptos less attractive, and for good reason.

Money must be a commodity

When money goes bad, everything goes bad. The Rothschild central bank sent the US dollar and its associated paper currencies on their way down in 1971. That was when they took the dollar off its golden handcuffs. Allowing the dollar to pick everyone’s pockets, with the added coercion of cruel sanctions against any country the Deep State didn’t like.

Compared to the pre-1971 dollar, it has lost 98% of its value.

The Fed has showered Wall Street’s financial trading houses – the primary dealers – with trillions in short-term loans. The money is for a Wall Street liquidity crisis that has yet to be credibly explained to the public, but so far the New York Times doesn’t seem to have an investigative reporter assigned to find out what’s really going on.

Just 17 years after the same trading houses blew themselves up in 2008 in the biggest financial crash since the Great Depression, taking the US and global economy down with them.

Look at cryptos. In the early days they were seen as a bet on a new monetary system in which cryptocurrencies, which have no physical existence but are limited by mathematical wizardry, would prove superior to gold. This may yet turn out to be untrue, and the price action in cryptos is just another of the many manipulative tricks coming out of the central bank controllers’ box.

As a result, if there is a blowout in the central bank money system, all cryptos could go down with it.

Since cryptos are not backed by gold or any other valuable asset, they rely on the continued existence of a worldwide electronic internet and can never achieve the stable monetary value necessary to replace currencies.

In the event of war, the internet will be instantly disrupted and each crypto owner will lose control over its immediate use. Because cryptos are quoted hourly, their price does not suffer from the constant manipulative attacks that gold and silver do. This gives the impression that cryptos are accepted by the Deep State cabal.

Because if they accept the existence of cryptos, it means that they pose no threat to the fiat monetary system on which the world now depends. Furthermore, they are used to camouflage the massive money printing that is driving up prices on Wall Street, in real estate and in cryptos.

Each coin does not have an independent existence like fiat money. If you have money in a bank account, you know that you have a certain amount of fiat money in that account, which you can withdraw more or less freely, depending on the nature of the contract with your bank. The value of the account depends on the value of the fiat money it represents.

Bitcoins and all other cryptos have no fixed value. You will not know the total value of your coins until you have exchanged them all for an amount of fiat money.

Right now, the owner of 1,000 bitcoins thinks he owns over $4 million dollars. But he is wrong; he will only have $4+ million when he has sold them all for $4+ million.

Bitcoins cannot be used to buy anything directly from anyone; to buy anything with Bitcoins, you must find someone who is willing to accept them as payment for what you want to buy, and for which that person is willing to accept Bitcoins in exchange.

In such a theoretical operation, both the person offering bitcoins in a purchase and the person accepting bitcoins in a sale calculate their exchange in terms of fiat money, not bitcoins.

Thus, crypto coins do not have an independent existence like fiat money. The value of these coins depends on the existence of fiat money in which to exchange them.

For example, as long as there are more buyers of bitcoin than sellers, the value of bitcoin will continue to rise, and this will attract more buyers, and its value can rise to the sky.

But when the moment comes – as it must – when there are more sellers than buyers, the value of bitcoin will fall.

When holders of these coins begin to see a trend of declining value, there will be nothing and no one to stop the trend. Coin holders will panic and rush to sell their holdings – to other coin holders – before the value falls any further.

As more and more holders try to sell, there will soon be no buyers: no one will want to catch the falling knife! The value of the coin will fall to virtually nothing. Like the famous tulip mania of the 1600s, the losers will at least have their tulips to look at.

The rise in the ‘value’ of crypto coins that has lasted for months – or even years – will be over in a matter of hours. All these coins will become a phenomenon in the history of mass speculation, known as the ultimate mass mortality.

Are You a Victim of Chance?

 

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. The subject of this month and even partially of last month, is timing. The timing we talk about right now is more personal than an overview. In this particular channel, I want to talk about something that is really part of your everyday life and your existence.

We have spoken many times about the energy of expectations, and about your way of thinking, both positive and negative. That subject deals with what happens when you direct consciousness toward something. We are going to talk now about timing and synchronicity.

Specifically, the energies that we want to talk about now are the attributes that bring to you that which you wish to create. Now, you can call that type of energy whatever you want to, but the way it works is very profound. It’s almost too profound for some, because they will tell you it’s impossible.

How Most People Think About Life

If you could interview most Humans on the planet about life, they will tell you that you are born here, and, if you are lucky, you survive. If you’re lucky, you won’t have accidents that may terminate your life or cripple you – if you’re lucky. Of course, if you’re not lucky, it will be the opposite, and you won’t survive. So, at some level, you are, then, a victim of chance. Most would say that this is absolutely correct. After all, why wouldn’t it be? You can’t control the future.

You may not be able to control the future, dear ones, but you can control the present. We have told you about what some call “The Law of Attraction.” It’s where you put energy in front of you somehow, so that when you arrive at that place where you put that energy of expectation or intent, you get synchronicity. Synchronicity is having something occur that changes your path. Some call it luck.

So, let’s back up and talk a little more about that. There is something on this planet around the energy of consciousness which is not necessarily esoteric. It is physical, and it is called The Field. It is a multidimensional soup of energy, where the consciousness of Human thinking and action reside as a type of field.

This entire idea, odd as it sounds, is being studied and validated at so many levels, that someday, it will have a name given to it than is much better than The Field. Additionally, the experiments determine if consciousness can affect randomness. In other words, can you create your own “Luck”? The answer has been YES!

For those who expect good things to happen and put the energy of expectation and intent into The Field, synchronicity begins to happen far too often to be called luck, and those Humans have a lot more control over their own paths.

Let me put it this way: When you travel on unknown roads, you don’t know where the potholes and rocks are or where the smooth areas are. So, in life, it’s the same. It’s like you are blindfolded, and you may trip on the rocks or step in the potholes. It’s called chance and luck.

Then I come along and tell you that, if you were to project the energy of your travel path to the smooth areas, there is some kind of energy that leads you there. That is synchronicity. Indeed, some just call synchronicity luck! “Boy, are you lucky you met that guy,” they might say. I’m going to go further. I’m going to call it created synchronicity. It wasn’t luck at all.

Sending Intent Works in Both Directions

Now, synchronicity doesn’t always have to be positive. I have discussed with you before something you cannot hear too many times: If you are always negative, if you are invested in how this planet has victimized you, and that you’ll never get ahead, you are creating your own synchronicity. You are actually custom-building energy that will take you directly into what you are verbalizing. You’re going to step into every pothole that exists. Are you getting this? Then you turn to someone else and tell them you are a victim of the planet. The truth? You ordered this from your own “menu.”

It’s Not Creating the Future

You create your present reality as you walk. You’re not necessarily creating your future. Instead, you’re creating your present. You have put in front of you the expectation of synchronicity for your NOW, and you’ve given it a positive twist. Consciousness is energy, and this has now been proven. You are now learning to use this energy, in combination with The Field. You might say, The Field is what is giving you information to have the intuition of where to go to meet the ones who are there for you.

Remember that all things that are currently happening are in The Field.
“Kryon, is this positive thinking? Is this just something you hope for?”
When it comes to synchronicity, it’s not created by hoping, dear ones. We have given you information in the past that this energy of expectation is almost like ordering from a menu. If you expect benevolent things on a daily basis, they occur. Now, there are always those who doubt this and are going to say, “Well, that’s absurd because, if I have a problem and I don’t know the solution, how can I put in front of me, what I don’t know, Kryon?”

So, oh linear one, let me give you the answer to that. Here is your projection. Here is a sample of your affirmation: As I walk forward, I will always step into that which will give me solutions to my problems.

In other words, you don’t have to put in front of you the details of absolutely everything that you’re wanting or looking for or expect. Instead, see what is best for you, which is whatever the synchronicity of the moment will bring.

Dear Spirit, let me always walk in the light.

Dear Spirit, put me in the best places I could be.

Now, there are things you can give yourself in these affirmations and intentions that people seldom think of.

Some Situations to Know About

What kind of control do you think you have with this method? Let me ask a question. Have you ever had an experience where you are about to do something, something you planned perhaps, something you looked forward to, or something you’ve expected … and you were stopped? Did you ever think this might be an answer to your intent? What if there is something better for you than what you are proceeding with?

If you were asking to create synchronicity and there is something in front of you that’s inappropriate, intuition may stop you if you’re tuned into it.

I’ll tell you what gets in the way, dear ones. It’s when you set your mind to something no matter what, and you get all kinds of esoteric signs and signals and intuition that perhaps you should wait. Do you “listen,” or do you just plow forward because you want it? Then immediately you proceed, metaphorically, to step into a pothole! I think some of you have had this experience. 

It’s One of Your Greatest New Tools

We are talking about one of the greatest tools in this new energy, and it’s being enhanced all the time. Some of you who are learning how this works have had these amazing things happen more than one time. Some of you who understand how all this works are expecting things, and know the way it feels as you do it, and are using it every day.

You wake up in the morning and say: “No matter what happens to me this day, I will project the things that will solve them. I won’t know what those things are, but I will be led to be in the right place at the right time, meeting the right people, and staying attuned to the synchronicity that I need to see.”

There are also those who are starting to understand something very special: Those you meet along the way may very well have something for you, even though it doesn’t seem like it. Those you might meet along the way, who you might normally just say “hello” to and move on, may have profound information or direction for you that will change your life.

So, that means that you need to examine differently situations that Spirit brings to you, because you asked for them! You simply didn’t recognize what they were.

More than synchronicity, now we’re talking about gifts that you have actually projected and asked for, which sometimes you miss. It’s all about timing. It’s a beautiful thought, is it not, that, perhaps, you, as a Human Being, have control over your life or luck?

I want you to think with me for just a moment, maybe even project your path a bit. There you sit. For some of you, this is new, and perhaps you’d like a little more of an idea of what I’m talking about. So, let’s go through it.

It’s so important that you understand that this is doable. More than doable, this is something that you can use now. It’s everyday, practical, esoteric information that works.

“Dear Spirit, I’m uncertain about my future.”

“Dear Spirit, I may have this or that wrong with me.”

Then, project how you want this to unfold: Say, “Let me project in front of me what I need for my life to be smooth.”

Do this for yourself, not for others. They must do it for themselves, since it’s “Human-specific.” But in the process, others will see in you what you have done, so it can help them as well.

“Dear Spirit, let me walk into my solutions.”

“Dear Spirit, bring me the right scenarios, and the right people, and the right relationships that I need to move forward in love.”

And – the best one we told you about many times: “Dear Spirit, show me what I need to know.”

If you have the courage to say that, then also have the courage to dismiss the details of what you expect. What if you were expecting “A” and you got “B” instead? What if “B” was far more valuable than “A,” but you were so stuck on “A” that you went down the “A” path and you missed “B”?

These are things that you must get used to: Dismissing the details of your expectations and being okay with something better. You never know what Spirit is going to give you, especially when you’re more open to love and beauty than you even expected.

You are magnificent. God loves you so much and is so willing to take your hand and lead you right into the synchronicity that you deserve. But with free choice, your intent is KING!

You do not live in a chance-world if you choose to use this tool for a smoother path, dear ones. I would not tell you these things if they were not true. There are now many who have experienced this exact thing, and they now depend on it for their day-to-day lives.

Blessed is the Human Being who understands the power they really have over everyday life and occurrences. Relax in this, dear ones. And so it is.

Why We Cannot Prevent Collapse

 

In the lived-in world, our quality of life is unraveling in myriad ways as algorithmically-driven under-competence and mediocrity are now the norm.

When deployed by monopolies/cartels, automation institutionalizes mediocrity, and soon everyone forgets excellence and quality because they no longer have any experience of either one. And since our economy is dominated by monopolies/cartels, automation has reduced our quality of life across the board.

Once the "market choice" of price-constrained consumers has been reduced to one option (monopoly) or a handful of options offering the same price and quality (cartel), then monopolies/cartels have an irresistible incentive (increase profits) to slash costs by automating everything that can be automated, along with reducing the quality of customer service, for why bother spending money on customer service when the customers have no option other than another member of the cartel?

With the customers corralled, the incentives are to algorithmically optimize mediocrity, as mediocrity is the most profitable optimization possible. If customer service and quality are degraded to the point of failure, consumers might rouse themselves and demand some improvement. But the pursuit of excellence is a waste of money, as the customers are effectively prisoners, so why waste money making gourmet meals for prisoners?

Here's a good description of how automation institutionalizes mediocrity, and by automation I don't mean just chatbots, robots, voice-activated menus, etc. - automation includes automating via algorithms the organization and processes of all services and procedures.

In other words, employees of the monopolies/cartels have to follow the optimized procedures under pain of being punished, even if the procedures complicate tasks, inhibit solutions and reduce the quality of customer service. Simply put, the nonsensical insanity of Kafka's everyone's busy 24/7 but nothing useful gets done Castle is optimized by automation. Monopolies come in two flavors: government and private. Both optimize mediocrity via automation.

The automation of mediocrity is part of the systemic optimization of under-competence: employees receive just enough training to follow procedures in normal situations, but this purposefully thin training (why waste money training employees when a cheap algorithm can do the heavy lifting?) leaves the employees completely incompetent when a crisis arises that can only be resolved by those with experiential knowledge of the entire system.

Mediocrity - oh so profitable in normal circumstances - guarantees failure when something outside the norm destabilizes the over-optimized machine.

This reliance on algorithms has stripped us of competence outside the narrow boundaries of normal transactions. Here's one way to understand this drawn from my own experience: the service is broken, but the problem isn't one of the three menu options offered - and there is no other choice but one of the three algorithmically programmed three options. So the problem is unfixable.

We can understand deep experiential expertise as a type of human-capital buffer or redundancy which seems like an unnecessary expense when everything is operating normally, but when anomalous events reveal the limitations of algorithmic procedures, there's nobody left with the experience needed to stop the system from collapsing.

This is how automation has optimized under-competence, rendering all these organizations prone to sudden, surprising failure.

In summary, automating mediocrity optimizes profitability and sloth. Never mind if the quality of the service or product is low, because the customers have no real choice. It's easier to just follow procedures, and more profitable for private monopolies/cartels to optimize the automation of mediocrity.

The Mythology of Technological Progress demands our worship of technology as the font of all goodness in the world. Meanwhile, in the lived-in world, our quality of life is unraveling in myriad ways as algorithmically-driven under-competence and mediocrity are now the norm, even as this optimization has eroded systemic resilience in ways few understand.

Understanding How We Shift Dimensions

 

We are free to pick a vibratory level that we want to live in and experience in our lives. We do this by the polarity and frequency of our thoughts and emotions and how we feel about ourselves. How we react to encounters that we have believed are outside of ourselves is purely an inner process within ourselves, apart from outer appearances. The outer appearances are only a mirror of our state of being. It is all within our own consciousness. In our presence of awareness, we are beyond spacetime. Only our focus of attention is localized, and we control this.

If we want to, we can use our attention to transcend our limiting beliefs about ourselves. By opening our awareness to our intuitive knowing in the heart of our Being, we gain understanding that, in our essence, we are infinite and multidimensional. In every moment, we can align ourselves with unconditional acceptance and gratitude for all of our experiences. They are reflections of our energetic signature, which we create with the vibratory quality of our state of being. We are present within the consciousness that constantly creates everything, and we arise as fractals of infinite consciousness. We can imagine ourselves living in any quantum dimension that we can choose to pay attention to. Dimensions are numberless within and beyond the empirical world. Every time we change our perspective we move into another dimension. Usually this is subtle, but it can be dramatic. Our life experiences change in alignment with our state of being, which is a combination of our subconscious and conscious operations.

The subconscious holds our limiting beliefs about ourselves. To find them, we must delve deeply into the hidden parts of our consciousness, places that have been imprinted with great fear of survival on many levels. By opening our awareness to them in acceptance, and by understanding what they are in their essence, we can neutralize them in our subconscious. We can come to accept everything about ourselves with the acceptance of a loving parent, who wants to enhance and empower the lives of her creations. In our lives, we are playing the roles that we have created. Events in our lives are all creations of the energy of our attention and alignment.

By choosing to live in a single polarity, we can intentionally enter the deepest darkness or the most powerful light. Either choice creates a personal transformation. We can also move incrementally in either direction in our imagination and emotions, changing dimensions as we do so. The good or bad part for us is how we invite experiences into our lives and how we feel about them. All of this is personal choice. We can feel however we want. We are bound to events only by our willingness and vibratory engagement. By changing our attention and feelings, we enter another dimension, in which everything comes into alignment with our new state of being. We can know this by doing it.

Moringa as a Treatment for Cancer

This "drumstick tree" is a powerhouse of essential nutrients, including proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Moringa is known for its antioxidant properties, which help fight free radicals in the body, essential for people with cancer. Moringa leaves can be boiled and made into a tea or added to soups and stews. Moringa powder can be sprinkled on salads or blended into smoothies.

Moringa oleifera is a tree native to a number of Asian, African, and Central American countries and has been used in traditional medicine for an assortment of medicinal uses for centuries. Due to bioactive compounds within Moringa leaves, it is believed that Moringa leaf extract may possess cancer-selective antiproliferative properties. Previous research has been conducted in regards to this topic, but poor experimental design due to lack of necessary controls limits the legitimacy of anticancer claims. While previous research has shown that Moringa leaf extract has the potential to kill cancer cells, the research fails to demonstrate the effects of Moringa leaf extract on healthy cells. In order for anticancer claims to be sufficient and yield the possibility of a future cancer treatment, Moringa leaf extract must not harm non-cancerous cells. This is essential in order to be considered a cancer-selective killing agent. The current study was designed using tissue type pairs including both cancerous and non-cancerous cell lines. These cell lines were treated with increasing concentrations of Moringa leaf extracts. After 48 hours, cell proliferation was measured with CellTiter 96 Aqueous Non-Radioactive Cell Proliferation Assay, and statistical analyses were completed. Results showed that the Moringa leaf extract had no statistically significant effect on either of the breast cell lines, cancerous or non-cancerous. However, the results suggest there is a statistically significant difference in cell proliferation between the lung cell lines. Low concentrations increased cell proliferation in the healthy lung cells while having no significant effect on the cancerous lung cells. The effects reversed at higher concentrations. This could be due to the difference in cell responses between cancerous lung cells and healthy lung cells. Microscopy findings provided qualitative results that helped determine the method of cell death occurring by cells treated with Moringa leaf extract. Ideally, an effective cancer treatment would cause cancerous cells to die by apoptosis, rather than necrosis. However, the findings suggest necrosis is the primary mode of death occurring in the cancerous lung cells, while the cancerous breast cells showed no signs of cell death. This research contradicts previous findings that Moringa leaf extract is a cancer killing agent; therefore, more research should be completed to understand these new findings.

Your Unique Path

 

Dear friends, I am Jeshua. I was the representative of the Christ Energy on Earth at a time when that energy was not welcomed or understood. But it was necessary to sow the seeds of that energy so as to give an impulse to consciousness. The collective consciousness at that time had became stuck and stagnant. When energy or consciousness stagnates, it increases the pain and suffering in humans, and so it becomes increasingly difficult for people to connect with their soul and to absorb any sparks of its light.

The more that fear and ignorance prevail, the more people remain deprived of a connection with their souls: the living source of all their creativity. Everything you truly choose and create out of freedom – not determined by your circumstances, your youth, or your other lives – comes from the soul as the source of that creation. The greatest threat to the collective consciousness of the Earth and humankind is that individuals lose the connection with their souls: their inner creative source. When that happens, humans lose their center and become fragmented, and as a result they become the playthings of outer influences – of fears, especially – and then they tend to rigidly adhere to the existing order.

A person who lacks a soul connection seeks certainty by belonging to, and desiring direction from, the existing order, the social circles of which he or she is part. Through meeting outward expectations, one seeks acceptance and certainty. This, however, is a wrong path that leads a person astray because, at this time, the collective consciousness on Earth demands renewal, change, and the unlocking of new paths.

You are essentially doing what I did in my time, although now there are more openings in the collective field around the Earth. There is a broader impulse that can grow into a heart-borne consciousness in which unity is again felt between all that is alive: between humans and also between humans and nature. You all are being moved by this sincere desire to contribute to this consciousness change that is coming from your soul.

When you feel that call in your soul, it is a sign that your heart is awakening, and that you are connecting to deeper layers in yourself. It takes courage to follow your soul and to free yourself from the expectations of parents, family, friends, colleagues, and working conditions. The way inward – restoring the connection with your own soul – requires courage and the ability to bear your pain consciously, and also to honestly face your own fears which undoubtedly arise when you turn inward.

When you awaken, when you hear the call of your soul, it often happens that life seems to get more difficult, more burdensome. And that is because you become very conscious of your fear and your compulsive wanting to adapt, of your desire to be recognized and to not be rejected. You will be confronted with this fear when you begin to follow the whisperings of your soul. When you follow your unique path, you will be challenged in all sorts of areas: in relations with your family, with your loved ones, in your work, in everything.

I ask you to be very gentle with, and respectful of, yourself. Following the path of your soul makes you vulnerable, sensitive, open, yet herein lies your great power – a vulnerable person is infinitely more creative and vital than a restricted one. But to be able to bear this vulnerability in this harsh world, it is necessary to appreciate what you are and to surround yourself with the attention and care you need as an awakened person. You can not expect to be understood and supported by your surroundings. If you take a step out of the mass consciousness, you stand alone. So it is of great importance to realize who you are and what your role is and, as I said, to surround yourself with attention and care.

I ask you to do that now by going inward with your attention and descending with your breath to your abdomen. Withdraw your attention from your surroundings and instead focus completely on the presence of yourself. Feel the field of energy that surrounds you and belongs to you. Become aware of your feet on the ground, your connection with the Earth. Feel the energy of Mother Earth and feel how she recognizes you. She is a living vital creature with tremendous intelligence, a very old “knowing”. Feel how she welcomes you and wants to help you complete your soul’s mission, your soul’s path. The Earth is there to support you. In part, the Earth is in you through your body of flesh and blood. Your body carries in itself the language and intelligence of the Earth, of Gaia. Connect with this earthly aspect of yourself.

The cells of your body are made of earthly substances, of matter, but their driving force and source is your soul. Your unique soul is the true creator of your living body. There is a collaboration between the natural power of the Earth and your soul. The body that you now inhabit is a manifestation of these two forces, so observe your body with reverence. Release all the outer judgments you may have about your body. Feel the inner life and the divine nature of your body; become aware of the presence of your soul in your body. Your soul is in your body, not somewhere far above or outside you. Without your soul, your body would not exist. Imagine that in every cell of your body, the intelligence and information of your soul is present as sparks of light. Feel that light flow throughout your entire body. Welcome your soul in your body.

Then see if there is a place in your body that feels tense or painful; where there is something that makes you suffer. Is there a place in your body or in your energy field that attracts your attention; where you feel the flow of your soul is stagnate or blocked? Let that place become aware of itself. And if you want to do so you can make an image appear that suits this stagnant energy, something that gives you understanding about this blockage. Feel what is there and look at it lovingly. You do not have to do anything about it. Just feel it and observe where it blocks you, and look at it with gentleness.

You may see a child in that blocked or stagnant part; a child who belongs to you, an inner child who would like to free itself, but is burdened by certain fears and judgments. See if you can open to that child by asking it what it would take to be able to express itself in the world and to develop more freely. Imagine you are seeing this child. Realize that healing begins immediately when you connect with a blocked part in yourself in this way. If you look freely and openly, observing without judgment, at the dark parts in yourself, love flows. And this in itself is healing: a part that is lost comes back to you. Let this happen. Receive the child into yourself who has become lost or held back. It is a source of life and wants to come to you.

Now I want to say something about the lightwork you do in the world. When you go deep within yourself, and examine and confront the dark parts of yourself, you are also doing something for the collective consciousness. You dig a new path, you open up new opportunities for the greater field of consciousness to be lifted to another level, one of more openness, warmth, love. This road that sometimes seems very lonely, asks for courage and direction and not just for yourself. What you have to give to others, ultimately, is your own path of development, the way you have traveled with much pain and effort.

The healing and transformation that is yours to complete is your greatest gift to humanity. You can do all kinds of things to develop yourself: obtain skills, training, and tools to be at your disposal, but the essence of what you share is you – which is your unique soul linked with your earthly personality and the integration and transformation you have accomplished internally. This is the light that you radiate, a unique light that is your own.

No one walks the same path. Your unique light attracts certain people and, at the same time, you attract possibilities on your own path, both in private and in the field of endeavor. So even when you go outward again from that connection with your soul, as you manifest in the world, remain very conscious of the creative source within you: the soul within you.

Also, when it comes to lightwork, it is the intention that you follow your unique path and not adapt too much to existing standards and ideas. You need to be aware of what suits you, the form in which you serve, and not so much what it is that you serve. This is what I am pointing to when I say: take yourself seriously and pay attention to taking care of yourself as a lightworker. You are, and remain, vulnerable and sensitive, just because you are so brave in following your inner way

Now imagine for a moment your unique gift or gifts to this world that stem from the flow of your soul. See them as a flower that radiates its light outward from your heart. Discover the flower in the center of your heart that reflects your energy. Imagine that you share with the world, with society, this precious energy born from your inner transformation. See what that flow appears like. Do you feel that this unique energy, which belongs to your path, finds its way into your work, into your relationships in the world around you? Or do you feel that you are holding something back? And also observe how this energy, this radiant flower in your heart, is received by the people around you.

Imagine you are facing a person who is very important to you and that you give out to that person, from your heart, the energy of your flower. See if that person can actually receive it; whether he or she offers resistance to it or is open to it – and look without judgement. This also can be done with the work that you do: feel whether your energy can flow out in a certain place, or in a particular situation, and if it is actually received; which is to say understood and appreciated. This is important. Please treat yourself with care and respect. Preserve and cherish the flower in your heart that is so very valuable.

Finally, I ask you to feel my presence. I am not alone here. You all are surrounded by loving guides who support you on your path, as a human and as a lightworker. You are surrounded by light and support from non-earthly spheres. You are so loved. Feel the respect and care that comes from our sphere to you. And treat yourself in the same way.

Certain ancient teachings describe God not as a figure, but as a state of being or energy, an idea that challenges traditional perspectives and urges us to rethink our understanding of our existence. If God is not a person or form, then what is God? And how can we begin to comprehend this truth?

The answer lies in breaking free from external influences and turning inward. Many live disconnected from their divine nature, seeking answers in religion, politics, or societal structures, unaware that the essence of God resides within them.

To truly grasp what God is we must recognize that God is not confined to definitions, forms, or even the term frequency. God simply is an infinite presence beyond human understanding. As outlined in Hermetic teachings, God transcends perception and language. These limitations force us to use imprecise terms, like frequency to explain what cannot be fully articulated. Why refer to God as a frequency? Frequencies help bridge abstract spiritual concepts with tangible understanding.

Imagine reaching a state of meditation where thought ceases, senses fade, and only pure awareness remains. In that void, you exist, an undeniable yet indefinable presence. This awareness parallels the divine essence, infinite potential residing in absolute nothingness where all creation begins.

Nikola Tesla captured this eloquently. If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. Everything in existence, from thoughts to physical objects, vibrates at unique frequencies. At the core of this vibrational reality is the infinite void, the source from which all forms arise. Some call it light, love, or energy, but they are facets of the same truth, the All.

This infinite potential imagines realms and realities into existence. Kabbalistic wisdom describes creation as the All dreaming infinite worlds into being, an endless intentional act of imagination.

As reflections of this source, we too wield creative power. Our imagination aligns with the divine process, allowing us to manifest our desires. Ultimately, our connection to God lies not in external forms, but in our awareness of the All within.

As Neville Goddard taught, our focused thoughts shape reality, mirroring the creative power of the divine. Recognizing this, we step closer to understanding and embodying the frequency of God.

The power of belief operates not nearly as an abstract idea, but as a tangible force shaping reality. Consider how rituals, prayers, and intentions have influenced history. While these acts may appear symbolic, they are rooted in the collective imagination that breeds life into them. This principle mirrors the nature of the All, the source of infinite potential, which imagines universes into existence.

Humanity's collective consciousness plays a pivotal role in this dynamic, co-creating the world that we perceive. Life can be hard at times, and we may look for meaning and understanding, wanting to know how the forces we cannot see shape our world. At those times, connecting with the fundamental truth of people's share imagination and their link to the divine can lead to endless possibilities.

As historical examples suggest, the human mind has always sought to interact with forces beyond comprehension. Ancient texts, like the Sumerian tablets or the Vedic scriptures, describe beings with advanced capabilities who interacted with humanity. People often thought of these beings as divine or from another world, and they have had a huge impact on societies. Whether these entities were divine manifestations or visitors from beyond remains a mystery.

But the deification of such figures demonstrates humanity's tendency to project divinity onto the unknown. The phenomenon of cargo cults serves as a striking parallel. Primitive societies, encountering advanced civilizations, interpreted their technology and knowledge as godlike. This way of making something holy shows how limited understanding can change very powerful beings into things that people worship.

Such examples illustrate how belief is a powerful force that can shape narratives, cultures, and spiritual frameworks. Even within contemporary spiritual thought, the idea exists that external forces, be they divine, extraterrestrial, or otherwise, continue to influence human consciousness.

Yet, as much as these narratives suggest the presence of external power, they also point inward, revealing the transformative potential of human imagination. The ability to shape reality through thought aligns with the creative process of the All, where intention gives birth to form.

While these stories of divine encounters or advanced beings ignite curiosity, they also serve as reminders of the profound connection between humanity and creation. By recognizing this connection, we begin to see that the divine is not distant or separate, but an integral part of existence reflected in every thought and action. The way imagination, confidence, and divine potential work together shows how many options we have when we match ourselves with this universal truth.

One of the most important things about being human is how difference and unity work together. This dynamic reveals itself in how we navigate the contrast between the egoic self and the divine connection that resides within us. As we forget our true origins, we immerse ourselves fully in the human experience, driven by survival instincts and a perceived disconnection from the All. This separation, however, serves a greater purpose. It provides the conditions for growth, learning, and self-realization.

Ancient myths and spiritual teachings often reflect this dichotomy. The concept of the Annunaki, for instance, introduces the idea of external forces shaping humanity's consciousness, sowing seeds of division to fuel a sense of individuality. Whether these narratives are literal or symbolic, they highlight the inherent tension between unity and duality.

Similarly, Delores Cannon's perspective of earth as a spiritual school suggests that our forgetfulness of divine origins is not a flaw, but a tool. This veil forces us to rediscover our connection to the All, transforming separation into a catalyst for awakening. Through this lens, the idea of evil takes on a different dimension. It is not an inherent force, but a consequence of living within the illusion of division.

The survival instincts that stem from egoic awareness perpetuate conflict, as we perceive the world through a lens of scarcity and competition. Yet, even within this perceived chaos, there is an opportunity to transcend.

Recognizing the illusion of separateness allows us to reclaim our awareness of unity and begin aligning our intentions with the creative energy of the All. The mechanism for this alignment lies in shifting our state of being. Emotions, as described by Dr. David R. Hawkins, vibrate at specific frequencies, forming the foundation of our interaction with reality. By elevating our internal vibration through gratitude, compassion, or love, we harmonize with the higher frequencies of creation.

This process is not idle. You have to consciously choose to ignore your ego's urges and focus on the greater truth that connects everything.

What the divine game is all about is how forgetting and remembering work together. The veil that shrouds our awareness is not a punishment, but an invitation, a call to participate actively in the act of creation. The divine, through us, experiences itself in infinite forms, evolving through the choices and realities we shape. With each step toward awareness, the illusion of separation begins to dissolve, revealing the infinite potential that has been within us all along.

Even though the veil of separation is necessary for growth, it has also made it possible for outside systems of control to manipulate people. Throughout history, institutions such as organized religion, political regimes, and societal hierarchies have leveraged this separation to maintain power. By keeping individuals unaware of their inherent divinity and feeding the illusion of dependency, these systems ensure obedience. They create frameworks that perpetuate lower vibrational states - fear, guilt, shame – keeping people tethered to cycles of compliance and disempowerment.

This control is not simply physical or social, it operates on a deeper energetic level. When individuals vibrate at lower frequencies their connection to the divine within becomes obscured. This disconnect limits access to intuitive knowledge, creativity, and spiritual insight. It is a deliberate strategy to stifle awakening.

However, the path to liberation begins with awareness. Recognizing this imposed separation is the first step in reclaiming autonomy over one's spiritual journey.

At the core of this manipulation lies the suppression of imagination and creativity. The human imagination is a direct conduit to the divine, capable of shaping reality through intention and belief. By encouraging conformity and discouraging independent thought, these systems effectively sever individuals from their most powerful tool of co-creation. The result is a world where people rely on external authorities for guidance, validation, and salvation, rather than seeking answers within.

The process of breaking free involves unlearning these conditioned beliefs and rediscovering the divine presence that exists within. This begins with practices that quiet the ego's noise and cultivate a state of presence. Meditation, mindfulness, and intentional breathing are powerful tools for reconnecting with this inner essence.

As the mind becomes still, the divine awareness beyond thought begins to emerge, revealing the truth of who we are. When we are in this state of presence, we realize something very important. The outside systems of control only have power over us because we allow it. The moment we reclaim our sovereignty and align with the All, their influence begins to fade.

By raising our frequency and stepping into the fullness of our being, we dismantle the energetic structures that bind us. This is not an act of rebellion, but of remembrance, a return to the natural state of unity and divine potential.

The Rule of Law vs Lawfare

 

If you want to know one paramount reason for institutional failure in our country, look to the evil enterprise that calls itself “Lawfare.” It originated as a blog launched on September 1, 2010, founded by three key figures: Benjamin Wittes, Jack Goldsmith, and Robert Chesney. Over time it evolved into an activist operation, The Lawfare Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to (cough cough) “Hard National Security Choices,” and run under the shady umbrella of the Brookings Institution.

The point of Lawfare is self-evident in its name: it is an instrument of warfare against a perceived enemy which, for the past decade, has been the political faction led by Mr. Trump, the once-and-current chief executive of the federal government. Mr. Trump is a danger to the bureaucratic arm of the federal government because he has defined it as a racketeering operation and moved decisively to end its depredations. Lawfare is the praetorian guard of the permanent DC bureaucracy, including especially its rogue intel actors, who function as enforcers for the Democratic party that largely staffs the bureaucracy.

Norm Eisen, a Brookings senior fellow, is the chief operational strategist for the Lawfare enterprise. He has been active in all its ops, capers, and mind-fucks since Mr. Trump came on the scene in 2015 vowing to “drain the swamp” (i.e., end the racketeering). Norm Eisen holds leadership roles in two subsidiary Lawfare orgs: States United Democracy Center and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW). Eisen’s broader connection stems from his history of orchestrating legal challenges against Mr. Trump — advising the Mueller investigation, drafting impeachment articles, and leading CREW’s 200-plus lawsuits in Mr. Trump’s first term.

Now, following the Biden interregnum, Norm Eisen leverages a network of nonprofits (ACLU, Public Citizen, etc.) and left-leaning judges to file hundreds of new lawsuits to thwart the MAGA clean-up effort under Elon Musk’s DOGE. Tax filings show that CREW’s funding, in part, comes from George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. Item: during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, CREW received $432,000 in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans from Newtek Small Business, which evolved into a financial holding company after acquiring National Bank of New York City in January 2023, rebranded as Newtek Bank.

The money-laundering through multitudinous foundations, NGOs, and “non-profits” is the essence of the Democratic Party’s racketeering mode in league with federal bureaucracies such as USAID that dispensed billions of dollars to a vast network of activist recipients. Translation: it provides salaries (often six-figures) to party foot-soldiers whose only duties are to move the money through the organizational layers and to be available for such party tasks as ballot harvesting, vote-counting, and organizing riots.

This is the mischief that Mr. Trump seeks to put an end to, and so he must be thwarted at all costs by those whose lifeblood depends on the ongoing rackets. The so-called “Resistance” alliance between the Democratic Party and the bureaucracy seeks to prevent reform by any means necessary. Since they no longer control potent executive agencies such as the DOJ and the FBI for intimidating and punishing their enemies, their only recourse is the federal judiciary and its officers of the courts, that is, lawyers and judges practicing Lawfare.

The federal judges are political appointees, such as John J. McConnell from the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, who was a personal injury lawyer (i.e., “ambulance chaser”) and major Democratic Party doner, giving nearly $700,000 to party causes, and serving as Rhode Island Democratic State Committee treasurer. Judge McConnell issued a wide-ranging restraining order against the DOGE-advised freeze of federal funding launched in February of this year. McConnell’s daughter, Catherine, is a senior policy advisor at the U.S. Department of Education, appointed by President Joe Biden in 2022. See how that works?

Similarly, James Boasberg, a RussiaGate cast member, and as a presiding judge in the DC federal court in sixty J-6 cases. Independent journalist Laura Loomer alleges that Judge Boasberg’s daughter, Katherine, works for Partners for Justice (PFJ), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to defending “criminal illegal aliens and gang members,” including opposing their deportation, and that it receives significant funding from U.S. government grants, such as those from USAID. Judge Boasberg notoriously issued a restraining order last week against the deportation of Tren de Aragua gang members labeled by the DOJ as a terrorist organization. See how that works?

Now, the difference between Lawfare and the practice of law is that Lawfare trafficks lavishly in lies to do its business in the courts and actual law practice is supposed to be dedicated to ascertaining the truth in matters that come before the courts. Lawfare is grounded in dishonesty — as is its main client, the Democratic Party. That is exactly why Judge James Boasberg went along with FBI Director James Comey’s false warrant applications in the FISA court that enabled the RussiaGate operation to do its dirty business. Thus, the grand orchestrator of the Lawfare enterprise as a whole, Norm Eisen, is a sort of Father-of-Lies.

What you’ve got here is an obvious seditious conspiracy, plain for all to see, orchestrated by the same legal Nosferatus as RussiaGate, the 2020 election, and the J-6 witch hunt. The catch is, this time it is discoverable and subject to prosecution because the party running this legal insurrection no longer has its hands on the levers of power in the DOJ and the FBI as it did when they ran the aforementioned ops. And so, the mighty silence emanating from those two agencies just now should tell you something: namely, that cases are being carefully constructed to finally bring these despicable caitiffs to real and chastening law.

Remember beyond all this sturm and drang stands an essential principle: the truth is sturdy and untruth is fragile. Like you, I am standing by to see what eventually comes out of the Trump DOJ in the way of cases that might definitively settle this mighty battle between Lawfare and the law.

There’s a reason why lawyers are so broadly despised. Law is humanity’s instrument for creating order out of the terror and chaos of nature, where anything goes. The result of law theoretically, is a civil society, where only the good, true, and right things can go.

These days, lawyers are hard at work to replace civilized order with the terror and chaos of nature — which is to say, the seeking of raw power: this is what I can do to you! That primal despotism is the motivating engine of the Democratic Party in its terminal phase, a feral, power-seeking monster. It was why, in case you hadn’t noticed, the essential drive of Woke politics was the sadistic pleasure it took in exacting its endless punishments — cancellation, personal ruin, censorship — not correcting alleged injustices against marginalized minorities. And that tells you, by the way, exactly why the J-6 defendants were treated so harshly by the likes of Judge James Boasberg, Tanya Chutkan, and their colleagues of the DC federal district.

The enabling device for that monstrous power seeking of the Democratic Party was the colossal racketeering operation they implanted in every corner of the federal government, an insidious process that accelerated during the Obama years, eluded discipline during Trump One — with the many distracting ruses such as RussiaGate — and surged into final overdrive during the perfidious term of “Joe Biden,” America’s first false-front president.

The racketeering operation was perfectly illustrated in the DOGE’s recent deconstruction of USAID. That agency worked as a gigantic money laundering matrix to pay Democratic Party activists for the sole purpose of maintaining and expanding the party’s power — its ability to push American citizens around, control our lives, tell us how to live, how to think, and, ultimately, in the Covid-19 scam, telling us to take our shots, get lost, and die. Pitifully, a lot of those vaxx victims were the Democratic Party’s own rank and file, which shows you how psychotically suicidal the Democratic Party became.

By and large, it was conservatives who avoided the vaxxes because they were able psychologically to entertain the evidence that Covid was a nefarious set-up and that, month-by-month, the vaxxes were proving to be both ineffective and harmful. Democrats, in their Woke fugue state, could not do that. Even today, they insist that their vaxx injuries are “long Covid” and would be worse if not for the additional boosters they took. Poor dumb bunnies.

Mr. Trump was played masterfully in the initial 2020 Covid roll-out by the likes of Dr. Fauci, Deborah Birx, and the faithless Veep Mike Pence who directed the Coronavirus Task Force (and whoever was behind it). The president could not bring himself to oppose or cast doubt on their diktats and to this day he must remain embarrassed about how that all worked out. But he also probably learned to not be fooled again.

And so, after the fishy 2020 election, and during the disastrous “Biden” years, Mr. Trump had time to lay careful and comprehensive plans for ending the massive racketeering and for restructuring the federal apparatus into a leaner, more efficient, and more lawful enterprise for managing the civil society known as the USA. Which brings us to the present.

Mr. Trump’s lawfully appointed agent, Elon Musk, and his legally chartered investigative advisory unit, called DOGE, has begun making recommendations for severe cuts in agencies and employees, which have been executed by the lawfully confirmed heads of agencies, and the chief executive himself. Thus, the rapid, systematic disassembly of the Democratic Party’s grift machine and the end of its immense revenue stream. No more USAID and its thousands of NGO money laundromats. No more Department of Education and its Grant-O-Matic depredations in the universities. No more work-from home (but not really) nonsense. No more DEI reverse racism in hiring. No more flooding the swing state voting precincts with illegal aliens. No more stupid proxy war in Urkaine. No more gender pretending chaos. You see how it goes now.

Also, thus, the Democratic Party’s last resort: the federal judiciary, 235 new judges jammed into office in the twilight weeks of “Joe Biden” (as Senate Minority Leader Schumer bragged on Sunday’s TV talk circuit), plus the ones such as Boasberg, Chutkan, et al., already on the bench, primed to thwart Mr. Trump’s efforts to govern at every turn. They are the Dem’s only remaining lever of power. And they can only be activated by lawyers filing suits against Mr. Trump — hundreds having been filed in the past eight weeks. And these, as you learned in the Friday post here, are directed by attorney lawfare field marshal Norm Eisen, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, using the many well-paid lawfare lawyers at his disposal.

In politics, momentous things often happen on weekends. This past Saturday, Mr. Trump released a White House memorandum directing the Attorney General and the Director of Homeland Security “to seek sanctions against attorneys and law firms who engage in frivolous, unreasonable, and vexatious litigation against the United States or in matters before executive departments and agencies of the United States.”

More specifically, the president’s memo asserts:

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 prohibits attorneys from engaging in certain unethical conduct in Federal courts. Attorneys must not present legal filings “for improper purpose[s],” including “to harass, cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the cost of litigation.” FRCP 11(b)(1). Attorneys must ensure that legal arguments are “warranted by existing law or by a nonfrivolous argument for extending, modifying, or reversing existing law or for establishing new law.”

This is the first time that legal discipline has been leveled directly at the lawfare lawyers themselves. (Election-rigging maestro Marc Elias is mentioned by name in the memo.) It means that after eight years of this noxious gamesmanship, they are going to have to start answering for their actions, they will have to lawyer-up on their own account, and they are going discover (the old saying goes) how the process is the punishment.

Next, if it is not already underway at the DOJ, Mr. Trump must direct AG Bondi to explore the parties financing this lawfare — this “frivolous, unreasonable, and vexatious litigation” — and you should suppose that it has been emanating from the checkbooks of George Soros, Reid Hoffman, and other wealthy seditionists, who, likewise, will have to some serious ‘splainin’ why they should not go prison. One thing for sure: the money for all this is going to dry up.
