Mankind has journeyed through lifetimes in which false concepts, beliefs, and fears were blindly accepted as the truth and in our ignorance, we gave away our power. The Arcturians, one group of many highly evolved beings from other galaxies, wish to present their messages of love and guidance in order to assist the people of Earth in letting go of the false fears that were given to and accepted by mankind. They stand ready to offer spiritual and technical assistance when and if desired. Free will does not allow them to step in unless asked. It is time to embrace the truth of who we are and why we are here. The answers are now pouring in from multiple Sources of Light. Events of great energy and change began manifesting in 2012 and will continue. It is crucial that mankind become informed and thus be prepared as changes occur. There is absolutely no reason to fear. This is a graduation.

At this time of celebration for some along side chaos and sorrow for others we welcome you to our message which today is based in the seasonal. Never doubt that all is proceeding according to plan even as outer appearances would testify otherwise. A great deal of activity is taking place on levels you are not yet aware of or cannot see because ideas first manifest in the invisible realm becoming material and taking form if or as they are allowed to manifest in denser energy.

Many of you are finding that this holiday season is simply not resonating with you as it previously has. Film, TV shows, books, and family traditions continue to promote idealized versions of Christmas and Hanukkah you have attempted to emulate in the belief that you would somehow be failing if your personal celebrations did not match them.

Do not believe that there is something wrong with you if you are no longer experiencing the same holiday enthusiasm and joy you have experienced in the past. Personal and collective consciousness has evolved and is no longer in alignment with many aspects of what up to now has constituted the beliefs and traditions of Christmas and also Hanukkah. Traditions that began shortly after the time of Jeshua through the activities and teachings of his followers and organized religions.

Today through intense media hype, gift giving meant to show love and emulate the wise men of the Christmas story is intensely promoted for the purpose of selling material goods. Many yearn for the Christmases of the past where there seemed to be more peace, happiness, joy, and simplicity but these memories are illusory, born of every person's innate desire for peace and wholeness.

The time has come to release the past with all its seeming "better times" through realizing that because you are in the process of moving to a higher state of consciousness you are beginning to align with the truer sense of everything you are familiar with in the material world, including Christmas. Graduating (spiritually evolving) is never the loss of anything real but is rather the re-birthing of it in new, higher, and better form.

As we have related in previous messages, the Christmas story is actually every person's story and not just that of one man. It is the story of spiritual evolution. At some point every soul comes to a place of physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual barrenness, a place where the third dimensional ideas and solutions simply no longer work, allowing the person to give up and let go of that which has held them in bondage to the third dimensional belief system. In a consciousness now empty (the stable) and no longer filled full of false information a new and higher state of consciousness is born.

There are some who try to squash and even kill this new state of consciousness in the name of righteousness because non-traditional thinking causes fear and threatens their belief system. However, there are also those able to recognize this higher state of consciousness and honor it with respect and gifts. The newly born consciousness is fragile and must remain hidden and nurtured until it grows strong and able to withstand the outer pressures of the un-awakened world. This is the Christmas all will and many of you already have experienced.

Do not allow the beliefs of society, family, or friends to force or guilt you into continuing with practices you have outgrown simply because it is tradition. The holidays have become a time of confusion and dread for many because they are made to feel guilty about their changing beliefs. The world is evolving into a new and higher state of consciousness, one in which there will no longer be alignment with many still commonly accepted beliefs.

This often results in discord within families and groups where everyone is expected to participate in activities considered to be the "right way" of celebrating Christmas or Hanukkah. Do not resist, participate if you choose or if it keeps the peace, but do no allow yourselves to be intimidated into activities that you simply no longer choose to be a part of. Evolving often results in walking a fine line, especially in families and groups locked in tradition and not yet ready for change. Trust your intuition and know that the sky will not fall down nor will you spiritually regress if you participate in some tradition you no longer enjoy.

Ideas about love and its expressions comprise a large part of the holiday season. Many of which revolve around the belief that material gifts are the only real way to show love - the more and the bigger the gifts, the more love . Businesses promote this concept in order to sell their products. Movies, TV shows, and local events all seem to promote concepts of material gifts leaving those who don't accept this concept or who are financially unable to do it often feeling failure or guilt.

Stay alert, centered, and observant as you witness the numerous subtle and pervasive concepts of love that are presented to the world during the holiday season. Ask yourself; "Do these ideas really represent love?" Never forget that love in its truest sense is the Divine Consciousness energy that flows between all individualized expressions of the ONE. Oneness automatically manifests as kindness, understanding, patience, sharing, accepting, and gentleness which on the material level can and often does take form as gift giving.

As with all things, allow your intuition and not media hype to guide your gift giving and celebrations. Give from the heart with thought and love rather than from guilt or past tradition. Celebrate in ways that resonate with you while at the same time respecting the beliefs of those around you. The world at this time is like a child growing into a new stage of life where everything is different, leaving them confused and often frightened and like a child in need of support and love .

There is no right or wrong way of doing anything, for that represents duality. Simply do what resonates with you from a level of love and oneness which may occasionally mean playing the material game in order to honor those only able to understand love on that level. Let your gift in every celebration be the silent and secret Light of your evolved state of consciousness.

Use It or Lose It

Increasing numbers of seniors need help with basic tasks. It doesn't have to be that way. Becoming less physically active as you get older is not inevitable. There is a common belief that it's normal and inevitable for adults to be less physically active as they age. But Harvard Professor Daniel Lieberman thinks this might be the most pernicious exercise myth. To the contrary, working out in older age may be more important than exercising earlier in life. It maintains motor function, increases bone mass, and drastically boosts "healthspan."

Strength training might be the most important. Ideally, adults over age 60 should be lifting weights two to four times per week. Everyone suffers from sarcopenia: the loss of muscle mass and strength due to age. While there are numerous benefits to exercise, an important one is remaining independent well into old age.

About a quarter of American adults are physically inactive, getting no exercise whatsoever. And that unfortunate statistic progressively worsens as adults grow older: 25.4% for adults aged 50 to 64, 26.9% for those aged 65 to 74, and 35.3% for people aged 75 years and older.

Feeding this trend is a common exercise myth: namely, that it is for the young, and it’s typical — essentially inevitable — to move much less as you get older. But as Daniel Lieberman, a professor in the Department of Human Evolutionary Biology at Harvard University, recently stated in an interview with Big Think, this may be the most damaging exercise myth.

“I think the most pernicious, the most serious, the most problematic, the most concerning way in which we think about exercise in the Western world is that as people get older, it’s kind of normal to be less physically active,” he said.

Lieberman came to this conclusion looking through the lens of evolutionary biology. Historically, hunter-gatherers remained fit into old age because their lifestyle required that they move. Repeated walking, bending, lifting, and carrying didn’t degrade their muscles, as is often erroneously believed. To the contrary, the exercise maintained them. Elderly hunter-gatherers in the modern day tend to avoid the frailty that plagues adults in Western societies.

It’s a frailty that regularly spirals out of control, Lieberman said. “As people get older in the West, they tend to lose a lot of strength and power, and that makes basic tasks difficult. And when that happens, people become less active. When they become less active, they become less fit. And it kind of sets in motion a really disastrous, vicious cycle.”

Think about someone who falls from a lack of muscle coordination. This single trauma could derail an otherwise self-sufficient life, leading to a loss of autonomy, which can devolve into depression and listlessness.

Modern medicine, safer environments, and far better nutrition do keep people alive much longer, Lieberman adds. But these advances don’t necessarily make them physically healthier.

“Before modern medicine, what determined how long you lived was actually how long you were healthy, your ‘healthspan’,” he explained. “And what physical activity does is it increases your healthspan, and your healthspan therefore increases your lifespan.”

Thus, Lieberman recommends that people not cut back on exercise as they age, especially strength training, which is key to maintaining motor function and bone mass. Ideally, adults over age 60 should be lifting weights two to four times per week. Studies suggest that those starting a program in old age for the first time can actually experience proportional increases in muscle mass on par with younger adults.

Exercise can seem like a chore, but it pays off in saved time and money. According to the CDC, four of the five most costly chronic conditions among adults aged 50 or older — arthritis, stroke, heart disease, and diabetes — can be prevented or managed through physical activity. Working out is vastly preferable to a doctor’s visit, and far cheaper.

“The evidence is incontrovertible… Physical activity, as you get older, is more important, not less important, for preserving your health,” Lieberman concluded.

Share Another important reason to stay fit: your independence.

The myriad benefits of exercise are well-documented. From physical strength and emotional control, to warding off cognitive disease, weight management, and overall life satisfaction, staying fit is demanded by our biology. There’s another benefit of exercise that older populations need to consider: remaining independent well into old age.

That’s the consensus of Amanda Loudin’s recent Washington Post article. She begins by discussing an 82-year-old female powerlifter pummeling a home intruder with a table and bottle of baby shampoo. Thankfully, her incredible story was captured on video. Willie Murphy beat him so bad he begged her to call an ambulance. Fortunately (for him) the police arrived just in time to help him out.

Not everyone is Willie Murphy. But how many octogenarians would be able to fend for themselves when a younger and larger man breaks into their home? At that age, a mere slip can easily cause a hip fracture, which could quickly result in death. The fall causes the victim’s immune system to be compromised, making them more susceptible to common illnesses like pneumonia. That process is exactly what killed my grandmother.

Only in the post-Industrial world did we even need to think of exercise as separate from everyday life. For most of time, every member of a tribe had to carry their own weight. Survival required physical activity; everyone had to chip in. Sure, there was hunting—the average nomadic tribe member walked an average of 19 miles per day—but there was also squatting and bending to pick vegetables, roots, and plants, carrying water from the river, and that essential component of social coherence: play.

Movement is a biological inheritance. We do harm when not honoring that fact. Regardless of fitness level, sarcopenia plagues everyone. The loss of muscle tissue begins in our thirties. While any exercise aids in overall health, only by lifting heavy objects (or lighter objects repetitively —”time under tension” matters) do we fend off the ravages of muscular atrophy. As sports medicine physician Matt Sedgley tells Loudin, “When we talk about bone health and falls, we talk about three factors: fall, fragility and force. Participating in weight-bearing and resistance-training exercises helps develop muscle mass. This may help treat fragility conditions like osteoporosis. So if you fall you have stronger bone density. It may also lead to more cushioning when you do fall.”

Falling is one danger. There are other less serious (though equally frustrating) realities we face as we age. Walking up and down stairs without losing our breath. The ability to carry our groceries from the car. Speaking of cars, there’s also driving. The more we lose motor control and strength, the less we’ll be able to remain independent.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Consider Tao Porchon-Lynch, a 101-year-old yoga instructor who continues to teach workshops and dance in ballroom competitions. Her secret? She never stopped being active. When I interviewed her in 2010, shortly after taking her master class, she had just broken her wrist. Within two months, at age 91, she was doing arm balances with ease. That injury would sideline people half her age far longer. As she told me that afternoon,

“I’ve had a hip replacement. I was getting dog food at A&P. I got twisted and ended up with a pin in my hip. Health-wise, I’m seldom sick. Mentally, I don’t allow myself to think about tomorrow and what will happen. I don’t like people to tell me what I can’t do. I never thought about age.”

At that time, Porchon-Lynch lived alone, shopped for herself, and drove herself around her upstate New York community to teach five yoga classes a week. When I’ve discussed her fierce independence and incredible fitness to people over the years, some claim genes and others luck. Sure, those factor in, but that sounds more like an excuse. It reduces a lifetime of hard work to a quip that makes someone feel better about their lack of desire for putting in the work to stay healthy.

To paraphrase biomechanist and popular blogger, Katy Bowman, you are never out of shape; you are exactly in the shape you train for. If you don’t train in any capacity, your shape is going to reduce the possibility that you’ll remain independent later in life.

There are numerous arguments about exactly how to remain fit. What runs underneath all of them is that you have to move in some capacity. A 2012 review of sarcopenia in older adults details its causes and consequences, as well as offering ways of fending off inevitable decline. Aging is the obvious culprit, though the authors better define the issues:

“Its cause is widely regarded as multifactorial, with neurological decline, hormonal changes, inflammatory pathway activation, declines in activity, chronic illness, fatty infiltration, and poor nutrition, all shown to be contributing factors.”

By the eighth decade of life as much as 50 percent of muscle mass has been lost. Obesity, an increasing problem in our time, negatively contributes to this process: increased fat mass accelerates the loss of muscle tone and lean body mass. While mass tends to be the focus when defining sarcopenia, strength is another factor. We get weaker as we age. But we can slow the decline through exercise and better nutrition.

Loading your body with heavy weights (or lower weights at higher repetitions) fits into the movement recipe, along with the basics: squatting, jumping, pushing, and pulling. Being able to pick up and put down weight, to pull weight to you and push it away from you, and to move through your entire range of motion on a regular basis are all basic movement patterns that help to fend off the demise of muscle mass and strength.

It is inevitable that you will become weaker and slower. Losing your independence does not have to be the end result. You can live well until the day you die. You can remain quite independent. But you have to put in the work to earn that result.

Walk-Ins and the NDE

What follows is new information about something very complex. This will be seen as controversial, as always, and the controversy comes from those who have learned all about certain spiritual attributes and who have held this information as “the way it works” for years and years.

One of the hardest things that any Human Being can do is to get out of the box of information that they were born into. The “box” is the description of the belief in a paradigm that makes sense to the individual, because that’s how the individual was trained and taught. If you were taught something all your life, then it becomes true. This box of belief also makes sense to you because many times it has been taught to you by loved ones or teachers you have respected and loved. It makes sense because as you learn certain things, including those things that were spiritual and metaphysical, you have accepted the premises and cemented them into your “truth”. Now suddenly, I come along and give you a whole different perspective.

Even before I give you this, I tell you that it’s a new perspective for you because the energy of this planet is starting to support the evolvement of understanding. If you believed certain things about nature, and then along comes a microscope that shows you a completely different paradigm, you must get out of the old box of belief. This is an example of what’s happening with this message.

Multidimensional things, dear ones, that are completely and totally beyond the dimension you live in seem odd and strange to you. You can’t understand multidimensional life that might exist in ways that do not conform to your definition of life, because all you have is a 3D biology.

Changing Paradigms Require Rethinking

How do you feel about light? Does light have life? You will say, “Well, no. It doesn’t meet the current requirements. It doesn’t seem to reproduce or sustain itself through certain processes,” and you tick off the list of things that do not meet your learned definition of life. Then you learn something in the lab, in a non-life science venue: Light seems to have a “choice”. It changes if a Human Being is around! Light changes form if you observe it! That is almost a cause and effect relationship to Human consciousness. So, where are you going to go with that, since it starts to bring up other questions? What’s alive? What’s not alive? If something can sense your consciousness and actually decide something because of it, it is alive? What is your definition of life? I give you that only because what comes next is extremely complex and breaks other paradigms of belief.

Again, we open the door to a discussion that is beautiful about the Human soul. The Human soul is not anything like what you have been told. Even if you follow the Kryon messages, you are receiving only surface information – a summary about the complexity, beauty and the magnificence of your soul.

Humans use the “soul” word so simply. On a ship, you report how many “souls are on board”. It’s a reference to how many Human Beings because that’s how you see it. Then you turn to spiritual teaching and you ask, “What is a soul?” The answers you hear will contain many descriptions, but most of them are linear – one soul, one Human.

Dear ones, you have a soul and it is with you for life. However, know this: That soul of yours existed before you came to this planet and you come into the world with it, live with it, then you leave this earth and the soul goes onto the other side of the veil. The soul, like God, is eternal. It is part of the spiritual system of everything. So, has it occurred to you that the soul might be the “real” you? The Human part is temporary and the soul is permanent. Even so, many still believe that it only comes to the planet one time. Many will tell you that the soul is just here for a while and goes away and it never comes back. There are many differences and ideas.

Most Intuitive Ideas About the Soul

Let’s take a look at the original intuitive information on the planet about the Human soul, before it got watered down with generations of rules and variations around it. The original spiritual systems of this planet – the very original ones – saw the soul as a reincarnating entity that keeps coming back. Those systems also saw the energy of what you would call karma today. Karma was defined as the expression of the energies of Human lifetimes from your own past lives, which have energies carried into your present lifetime. Almost a third of the planet still believes this way. More than two billion people on this planet believe in reincarnation as a way of life. These concepts are the most intuitive ones you can find on this planet, and quite often early intuition represents the core truth.

The Complexity

Today in modern spiritual society, the soul often becomes very linear and simple information, almost like it has de-evolved into an odd children’s version. It states that, indeed, you have a soul from God. While it’s here on Earth with you, it has somehow been tainted by past humanism (dirty when you got here). Then when you die, it gets punished for eternity if you don’t believe the correct things. Can you see how this differs greatly from “first intuitive” belief? The perception of God has morphed from “all-loving creator” to “Human-like father and judge” (not to mention the creation of a torturing devil to punish souls).

The Truth is More Complex

For those who follow metaphysical teachings, the answer to the question of “What happens when you die?” has become more and more complex. I have sat in front of you many times and I have given you information about soul splitting. I’ve asked you to even examine the question, “What is your Higher-Self?” Is it a higher portion of your soul or a higher vibrating portion of you? Where is it? Then I tell you there is no such thing as the term “where” when it comes to multidimensionality. Location itself is a linear idea, and if I tell you that the soul is everywhere all the time in all parts of the galaxy, and this is very confusing to you. Then you ask, “Then where am I?” The answer is “yes”.

Your soul is attached to (part of) the creative source, which is multidimensional and is everywhere all the time. To many, this means your soul is a part of God. It’s not local and exists everywhere. It doesn’t simply come in with you, either. Dear ones, your soul is also still “out there” in the Universe, even as you walk around here. That’s hard to grasp, isn’t it?

“Wait a minute, Kryon, you mean my soul is not completely in my body?”

Correct. How could you have a Higher-Self (soul) and have all of it be in your body? Part of your Higher-Self must also be somewhere else, for it contains way too much energy for a Human body to hold. So, if that’s true, then your soul is really in at least two parts. Then you start to realize that this is an element of soul splitting. Now, that word splitting is wrong because even splitting is an absolute linear concept – you have one thing and out comes the knife and you have two. That’s splitting. That is not the way of it. However, it’s the only concept I can use. You don’t have a word that is an amalgamation or a confluence of sharing. One soul could also be part of a million. This is simply not in your understanding. It just isn’t there. So, what comes next is even more difficult. All of this I have given is to introduce you to the complexity of what many have called, “the walk-in”.

The Walk-in

In the channelling that we gave a moment ago [in the seminar], we sat next to the teacher Marilyn Harper. When she channels, dear ones, she closes her eyes and then opens them – and she is someone else. This paradigm of existence for her took place after an experience that she had called the walk-in. Her experience has been well documented in her life and how she describes it conforms to what metaphysics describes as the way a walk-in works. Let’s talk about a walk-in and how it’s supposed to work in its basic form. Here is the perception:

You’re minding your own business with your own soul, and then because of something unusual, which we will describe soon, another soul walks in to your life! The result is that you become so different that you don’t even recognize who you were before. It is so startlingly different, as was the case with Marilyn the teacher, that even her son asked the question, “What have you done with my mother?” That is how profound the shift and the change is, and to a Human Being there is only one answer: You shifted souls – the walk-in experience.

So the perception is that the soul you were born with goes away somehow, or stays in the back seat somehow, and another soul comes in somehow. Again, it’s called a walk-in. So, before we discuss any more of the reality of what might actually be taking place, I want to talk about when this attribute of the walk-in happens the most.

The Causality of the Walk-in

It’s a beautiful story, and there are those in this room who have experienced it. It is common for Humans to experience an emergency situation, whether it’s an accident, a hospital trip or something at home where an event happens called a near-death experience. Even that term is mislabeled. Your definition of death is very linear, and scientifically many have died several times on the operating table. This event is what metaphysicians have termed an NDE, or near-death experience. So we’ll call these occurrences the same thing – NDEs.

If you talk to someone who has had an NDE, there are varying stories. Interestingly enough, they are not always positive. It has to do with the consciousness of the one who has had the experience. But in this case, let us talk about those of high consciousness who have had the experience and have come out changed.

The NDE Experience and the Brain

What happens during a near-death experience? First of all, the idea that you died is preposterous. You only died clinically. You’d know if you were dead. But to you and your consciousness, death is close. When there is even a beginning inkling of a shutdown of systems that are vital for life – when you stop breathing, when your heart stops, when the systems that are supposed to function from oxygenation don’t have oxygen – these all send a signal to the brain: “Death is coming.” The brain does something you have never realized then – the brain actually runs a program for this.

When the brain starts to realize that death is imminent, there is something beautiful that happens: It’s a safety valve. It’s a consciousness of benevolence that comes over you to protect you from what you’ve been told is the horror of death. It starts giving you some wonderful feelings of benevolence and light that you’ll never forget. It’s common to almost all of those who experience positive NDEs. It’s also common for those who you might have seen who actually pass over. They don’t go screaming in horror. They go peacefully and often with a smile. This is a gift within the chemistry of consciousness, to allow every Human Being the opportunity to go from one life to another in peace.

For the NDE: Those who experience this program will often see themselves in a tunnel and perhaps they will see an amazing light and feel the perfect love of God and they are not afraid. Am I telling you that this is not accurate? No. This is the program, and I’m telling you that this is very accurate. Your brain is programmed for the truth, and in those times where death seems to be imminent or could be imminent, the body doesn’t know the difference. It doesn’t know whether it’s dying or not. But it starts to run the program of benevolent love to let you feel the truth of it. It starts to show you the other side.

The truth is that you, your consciousness, will continue. Death is coming, but it’s beautiful! There is no shut down, dear ones. There is no horror story. There is no evil apparition with a sickle coming at you. Instead, there is another loving and beautiful reality coming and it’s going to be okay. Listen: This is a core truth that is hard-wired to your cells and your heart and your brain. Your pineal is awakening and everything is all working together to show it to you so that you won’t be afraid. That’s the love of God. It’s a death program, but what often happens, dear ones, is that you survive and come out of that experience changed forever.

Because this death program started to run, yet you didn’t die, you experienced a glimpse of a core spiritual truth. Then you come out of the NDE experience and suddenly everything seems different in your life. Oh boy, is it different. For some of you it is so different that what you have done (get ready) is to enhance your soul’s experience to the next level of evolvement. You realize, don’t you, that your soul is in 3D right now? An enhanced soul is one that is not in 3D. It’s one that has had an NDE experience. It goes beyond anything you might ever have experienced so far in your life and you become so changed that you seem like another person. Sometimes you are affected so much and go so beyond who you were before that some may ask what happened to the “other person”. Do you see what I’m saying?

The One is Many

Did you receive the soul specifically of another Human Being? The answer is no. That’s controversial, isn’t it? But why does it seem that you did? Okay, now think out of the box. Let’s really identify what’s in your soul. Does your soul include potentially those family or those you’ve met in past lives who have melded with your soul? The answer is yes. Your soul is not your own, dear ones. It has family in it!

Does your soul have only one consciousness in it of you right now or does it also have a consciousness in it of who you also used to be on Earth? See what I mean? How many “personalities” are there?

I’ve said this before. You are linear! You want to look in the mirror and say, “One human, one soul. One reflection and face, one soul. I own my own soul and nobody is in there but me.” But what about all the helpers and the guides that come with you? Where do you think they live? On the ceiling? Where are the energies of who you used to be in your past lives? They live inside you! The entourage that we speak of is yours. It’s inside you. It comes with the soul. You just happen to be in charge of that beautiful, unexplainable, multidimensional thing you call the Merkabah, not knowing that it contains pieces and parts of you and your helpers and family. You all sing the song in light that we’ve talked about. Now that’s complex. Your Merkabah is the vehicle that your soul is packaged within, and it’s also not all here. Now that’s even more complex. There is a lot there!

Back to the walk-in. Do you know where else you might see this attribute of the walk-in? It’s within advanced souls who have a huge awakening that yanks them out of an old energy and puts them into something that is brand new and multidimensional, and that looks completely and totally different. You see it every day in the religions around you where somebody has an awakening to the love of God. It doesn’t matter what the religion is, for love is love.

We have told you this before. It doesn’t matter what the belief system is, for there often comes a time where a Human Being has wallowed in old energy for years, and then has a massive consciousness shift. Perhaps there is a healing or the love of God is revealed by a pastor or a priest or a shaman and the Human is struck with a brand-new paradigm of realization that they are included in the love of God.

So, if this happens, are they a walk-in? Did you ever interview them? They will say, “Yesterday I was one person and today I’m another. I would never do what I did before because today I have the love of God.” They may quote scripture to you as proof because for them that is absolutely the core truth – love! They feel it in their hearts and they know they’re different. That’s not a lot different from a walk-in, now is it?

What Actually is Happening

There are really two kinds of this experience and a few shades between. The first kind is where an individual has had self-discovery and starts an evolution of spirituality within. The second kind is when there seem to be no self-discovery, but an NDE or similar experience lets the brain run the death program. But both kinds seem very similar, don’t they? In the case of Marilyn, it was a medical operation. An operation will quite often be the catalyst for this. After all, you’re taken to a place that is not where you are normally, and often you’re sedated. This is a catalytic time, and quite often this is the time where the soul says, “Are you ready for the next step? You’re not doing what you came for.” And at some level you say, “Oh boy, am I ready. Let’s go!” then you come out differently than you went in. But you needed the emergency event to push the decision, or an NDE.

Listen, I’m telling you something that you should know: You’re not getting another soul. You’re getting your own soul (yourself), enhanced.

We’ve told you before that the prophets who walked around in the past, and some who still walk here, were able to change physics and emote spiritual benevolence so much that all you wanted to do was to sit at their feet. Where they walked, flowers grew instantly and the animals would follow them. They could morph physics into food and create miracles of life. This is a soul who is working at a very, very high level. The only difference between them and you is the degree at which the soul is fully activated with the love and power of the creative source (God). Did you hear that? Most of humanity comes in working at about 30 percent. A master is at 90 percent! If you go into a hospital at 30 percent, and come out at 45 percent, nobody will recognize you! Everything about you will be different. But it’s YOUR OWN SOUL having evolved.

Where Do You Stand?

Where are you in all of this? Up to this point, a walk-in is very special to so many and I’m going to tell you that there are walk-ins in this room who don’t really call themselves that. Can you point to a place where you had an experience of “Aha!”? Perhaps you went to sleep one way and woke up another because now you get it? Perhaps it was a time when you allowed yourself to speak in a way that said, “Spirit, I’m ready to go to the next step” and in that you changed forever?

Perception and Energy of the Walk-in

Let me tell you about a spiritual axiom. Any Human has free choice, but they cannot go backwards to a lower, unevolved soul level. Premise: You cannot go backwards! If you try, however, using your own free choice, you will be in dysfunction and unbalance. But you cannot then regain or capture an older energy. It goes one way only – up.

The teacher Marilyn speaks about a reunification with her “old soul”. This is a linear idea, but what happened is very real. What she was able to do was to begin another step in the evolution of her soul. She had the idea and the recognition that she could reunite even with her soul’s lower energy and recapture the good things that were there – the memories, the children, the births. This is maturity and balance, being able to look at yourself and forgive and advance. So, it was not a reunification with the old soul before the walk-in experience as much as it was an advancement of the entire soul to a new, higher level in order to allow her to teach this to others. She was able to meld her evolved self to the past in a way that was mature, made sense, and was balanced.

I don’t want this information to be received in a way that would be disappointing. I want you to understand the magnificence of an evolution process of your soul. This is happening more often than you think. Is the man who sits in front of you a walk-in? If you wanted to look at the definition from mainstream metaphysics, you’d say, “Perhaps.” He went from one person to another. Well, it actually took him several years, but he still did. Is that a walk-in? The answer is no. Yet if you look at his former life, it’s so different that many who knew him would comment, “At what point in time did you go insane?” That’s because he is nothing like the man he was or that they worked next to. Some have said it’s because a dark entity got a hold of him and reshaped his life. That was their reality since this is what they were taught happens.

Here is another axiom of spirituality. Those in a lower energy paradigm cannot look up to another, higher one and understand it. They must experience it to understand. Therefore, everything more evolved appears stupid or evil to the ones who are not there. Again, can you explain color to a person who only perceives black and white? You sit around with your friends talking about shades of blue and green, and the black and white Human will think you are all a bit crazy. You cannot look up upon a more evolved paradigm and perceive it as logical or functional. You will only see a fog of misunderstanding or perhaps insanity from your perception.

Dear ones, I want to give you a truth. The soul of the man you see in front of you gradually evolved into what you see now. He is not a walk-in. But what happened to Marilyn happened instantly. That is the big difference for what has happened to many gradually or from an NDE experience. You start to awaken to a grander truth and then, if you’re confident and brave enough, say, “I know there is more! Dear Spirit, I love you! God, I trust you! Show me what I need to know!” Then you stand by for validation, because that’s exactly what my partner did in a chair 30 years ago. As the engineer, he wanted validation that it actually was true, and he got it in his heart in a way that only he could tell. Old souls of this planet are beginning to awaken to a bigger truth, one that speaks of the magnificence of the plan, how your soul is evolving now on the earth, and what is happening around you.

Dear ones, it’s the beginning of the evolution of light on this planet. In order for that to happen faster, darkness will reveal itself. It has already started to happen. All of these things, dear ones, represent the beginning of more light and the evolution of Human nature.

Old souls, your soul is starting to wake up. The walk-in is the result of a fast wake up for an advanced soul. This does not diminish the experience. It enhances it.

Listen carefully: All of you have this. You have the ability to awaken to a grander truth simply by examination and sticking up your hand and saying, “Dear God, if it’s real, show me.” That’s a fair request and will be honored. This is the way it works, dear ones, for so many. That’s the message that you needed to hear this day.

And so it is.

Three Future Healing Scenarios

Your future is not predictable from anything you’ve experienced in the past. The evolution of circuitry, of artificial intelligence, of technology itself for the last 50 years will not apply to the next 50. The logic of the past presses on you to predict the future, but you can’t. All of your fear of future artificial intelligence is based on your expectation that you will create machines that will have the same dysfunctional consciousness of fear, greed, hate and war called Human nature. It’s really funny to consider that you are actually afraid you won’t be able to control yourselves, and you will create a “thinking machine” that will have the very same broken consciousness you have. Systemic consciousness change is coming.

You simply can’t predict a future where the only thing to compare it to is a past that you are moving away from. Example: Please give me the evolutionary ideas on the next generational advance for a better ice box. Oh, you don’t have them anymore? What happened? The answer is electricity. That would be a systemic change. When you have a huge systemic paradigm shift, do you think it would affect a prediction path you might try to predict? The answer is yes. So consciousness change would be a “spoiler”, if you wish to say that, for the futurist’s ability to predict the future.

Let me give you three future scenarios in a timeline that is not identified by years, but by a numeric order – one, two and three. So what this means is that there is no timeline for these potentials, but they indeed represent an evolutionary growth from one to the next.

Next, I want to tell you that everything I’m presenting has actually happened, but you haven’t seen it yet. “Kryon, how is that possible? Are you talking about Earth?” Indeed, I am not speaking about the earth. Remember, Old soul, you’re not just an old soul, you’re an extremely old soul. We gave a message some time ago that was titled, “How old are you?” It places your soul on other planets like the earth, going through shifts like the one you have now, only at different times way in the past.

Many of you are awakening to this attribute right now and are remembering what’s coming and having feelings that you might have experienced it before. This esoteric remembrance is starting to temper your fear, which is often caused by what you see happening with humanity today. Change is sometimes fearful. But you are becoming more comfortable because at some level you remember where it might go. You have participated in “The Shift” before.

The future is completely dependent upon free choice. That’s you, now, here on Earth. How fast the change happens is up to you and how fast consciousness moves is the same. You have free choice to stay in the dark or go into the light. You have free choice for slow or fast change. So if I said it would take 50 years or 100 years, I would be wrong. Faster or slower depends totally upon you and the Humans on this planet. There will be some surprises, and the surprises in technology will be surprises because nobody ever considered them due to what you haven’t seen yet. Your expectations are all tempered by your past, and now they can’t be.

Scenario Number One

Scenario one is not necessarily in the distant future, but it would be considered the first step of what is to come. The focus for the future of electronics is going to be Human health. Electronics is going to turn more inward into the individual’s Human’s ability to use technology for healing. Right now, electronic evolvement does not turn inward. It has always evolved outward. It has allowed you to speak to the world all at once and create networks that all can use at once. This is an outward evolution. But now I’m going to speak of electronics that will be turned inward and interface with a person’s consciousness – an inward evolution. I give you the first scenario. It involves inventions that have not yet occurred and processes that are not yet understood.

The cancer patient reports to the hospital, lies down, and prepares. But the preparation is not for surgery. Instead, there’s something else that’s going to happen. A very tiny, small injection of something is going into her body – something that today, you wouldn’t expect to work. “Oh, I know,” thinks a reader. “It’s evolved micro-robotics.”  t isn’t. It’s going to be biology, with parts no bigger than a cell you can barely discern.

We are speaking now of the evolvement of what you call stem cells. What if you could take a piece of your systemic cellular structure, one that belongs to your own system, which has a consciousness of you and the benevolence of you, and give it instructions to go to a diseased part of you and rejuvenate it? This is a part of your own system that would never hurt you, which is not artificial, but which is “instructable”. The electronics involved will be part of the ability to give instructions and will help imbue your consciousness into the injected cell group to tell it what you want it to do. You are guiding this group of cells through the bloodstream on its way to destroying the tumor, but not in the way you are trying to do now within your medicine. Instead, the tumor is about to be “reprogrammed”. Did you know that all disease has a program? Well, perhaps that’s something you should work on. Disease actually has a “disease consciousness” and works with purpose. But it’s not smart, and often doesn’t understand that it’s killing its host, but only sees growth as the end goal.

This cell group we are discussing is not a form of robotics. It’s not artificial intelligence. It’s you, inserting your own consciousness into your own body in a miraculous way through inventions that are not here yet. It’s part biology, part machine, and part electronics. You will be using it all together in a benevolent scenario that gathers a specific energy around the tumor using a process you don’t know about yet. The tumor reacts almost instantly, because it gets reprogrammed. Remember, it’s alive, and it is not appropriate in your body. It begins to die right away. It is reprogrammed at a systemic, biological level.

What is it that can destroy disease this way? What you are viewing in this experience is the first wave of understanding of how your personal consciousness can be imbued into special cells that have been harvested from you for this purpose and actually given intent-based instructions. The tumor doesn’t fight. It has no choice but to start immediately dying because it has been reprogrammed to “know” it is inappropriate. Is this possible? Is this even feasible? Oh yes! I’ve just given you a reality that will happen. Consciousness is no longer an elusive concept. It will be measured as energy and used appropriately as energy.

Scenario Number Two

What I have just given you is actually archaic compared to the second one. The cancer patient reports to a building and the building may have a sign that says:

There will be competition within this process, since it is far more available to be created without medical procedures at all. For this reason, it improves and improves. The cancer patient goes into the building. This time, there is no injection.

What you are going to experience now is the evolution of what you call virtual reality. However, you can no longer call it virtual, since the seemingly artificial reality of it blurs into your own reality. Today, you have the beginning of it. You put on a pair of goggles and you can look around and experience an extremely realistic program. You can look around your area with 360-degree sight and see beautiful nature and experience places you can never go. Amazing as you might think this is, dear ones, that’s a toy compared to what I’m going to show you next.

The cancer patient goes into the building and ends up in a large room with a very special apparatus. I won’t describe the apparatus, for it may give away part of the process. Don’t worry, it’s coming. It will be invented. It’s in the minds and the Akash of those who will do it.

As the apparatus is engaged, in a short time the patient is in another place with another reality. It’s one that allows her to stand and walk and be normal, yet she is not really doing any of those things. So real is it that she can interface with others in this seeming simulation. She is not interfacing with a program, but with other intelligences that seem to be Human, because they actually are. The other Humans are in another part of the building, also interfacing with her through the apparatus. This event of hers requires almost the entire building and many other people. She is not alone. Nothing is artificial about the exchange, but everything is artificial that she sees and touches. Indeed, she knows this, but soon she won’t remember it.

In this “other reality”, she walks into a healing center. It’s so real that she can feel the breeze in the park where she is and smell the grass. She walks into the building and uses the elevator, just as she would in her home town to visit her family doctor. The receptionist takes her name and interfaces with her and she even discusses her family a bit. No exchange is artificial. No intelligence is artificial, but everything she experiences otherwise is through the evolution of electronics that work with her consciousness.

The patient lies down on a couch and above her head is a large video-type screen. As the nurses move around her with objects having wires, her cancerous tumor comes into view on the screen. She is comfortable and in a position of muscular neutrality, as if she were about to take a nap, but she is wide awake and ultra-ready for a confrontation. There is nothing threatening around her at all, but it’s so real she can touch and feel everything she sees. The screen above her continues to show the tumor, but she isn’t apprehensive, for she knows what’s coming. She is preparing for battle.

She is handed some kind of portable controller, where she is able to move a certain way and somehow affect the tumor and its surroundings. It would seem as though she is actually touching her own tumor using the controller, and each time she does, it responds and quickly tries to move away. The nurses warn her not to go too fast, and then they help guide her on what to do and how to move, then they cheer when she does it correctly. Also around her in the room she begins to hear some kind of songs or melodies that are familiar, and with the controller in her hands, she begins to interface with what is on the screen. She slowly sees that she is actually erasing the tumor on the screen. It objects and wiggles and slowly begins to shrink before her eyes. The staff is working with her and giving her more advice. “Watch the colors!” they tell her. “Move your controller with the colors! It’s telling you what makes it uncomfortable!” The tumor is almost screaming and moving wildly. She continues to manipulate the controller. The songs and melodies continue, and she slowly realizes that she is singing along with them and smiling the whole time.

Dear ones, this woman is healing her own tumor! It is so real. She is in another world, an artificial world, but at the same time she is not really there at all. However, her body is seeing and feeling things so real that her blood pressure is reacting, her consciousness is reacting, she is sweating and her actual chemistry believes she is in this healing building working hard to outwit disease. In this amazing and extremely real virtual world, she start seeing her tumor being destroyed by her own hands, her own desire to be rid of it, and her own intention and hard work.

The tumor and the patient seem to be in heated battle and she is allowed to rest. She eats a virtual meal and feels it go down into her stomach, then she returns to the couch to continue the battle. This time the tumor seems to sense her coming and turns colors and moves without even being “touched”. The woman is singing again. There is joy as she slowly, bit by bit, erases the tumor from her body. She feels the fatigue of the battle and the joy of victory as it shrinks and becomes smaller and smaller and disappears. No more motion, no more color changes.

The virtual experience lasts a full day. It is so real that she has several meals during that time and her body is actually nourished. Finally, she gets up to leave, but she is not done. Now she reports to another room for tests. The doctors interface with her and begin the standard tests they always have done. There’s a needle prick and the drawing of blood – all as usual, all virtual. Then the staff returns with the results. She sees the chemistry and the charts and even the waste material where the tumor was, as its remains are being washed away by her system. The doctor smiles and tells her “Congratulations! It’s really gone,” and there is a feeling of joy, elation and celebration.

When it’s time for her to come back to the real world, they bring her back slowly. She didn’t put on a pair of goggles, dear ones. I’m not going to tell you what she did, but it was complete, immersive, and it surrounded her. There was nothing like it – a virtual world almost as real as if you had stepped into another dimension.

When she is fully returned, nobody gives her a “real” test to find out how it worked, because everyone already knows: Complete healing. Her body and her system and her mind cognized the experience as though it were completely and totally real in every way. With the assistance from virtual patterning, which was actually hooked to her consciousness and “knew her”, she walked away without cancer. That’s the power of future electronics and technology. That’s technology turning “inward”. It’s a future that recognizes what consciousness can do and how powerful the mind is. That’s scenario two.

Scenario Number Three

There are always questions about the multidimensional Human Being. “Kryon, is it possible we can ever discover our own multidimensionality and, without any electronics or machines of any kind, change our chemistry in a process that is known, understood and intuitive?” Yes, dear ones. Yes.

The reason I am so certain of this is because this is your blueprint. This is what the whole design of DNA is for. This is the evolution I have spoken of. I’m not going to be able to tell you how long it may take, since the evolution time clock is controlled by the free-will consciousness of humanity. But let me introduce something in your body that actually is designed to do this kind of thing, but which is dysfunctional at the moment. It’s something that you know about and have accepted “as is” in all its dysfunctional state. You don’t even realize it’s broken. You have never seen it any other way.

What we are speaking of is what you have called your “innate”. How does it feel to be the highest evolved creature on the planet, with an intellect where you can examine your own existence, ask why you’re here, feel the love of the creator, and even say the words, “I am that I am,” yet have a part of your own body that is smarter than you are?

Kinesiology (muscle testing) has been used by practitioners and medicine for decades and decades in order to find answers to very simple questions regarding your body that your consciousness should actually know! Here is a statement of truth, and a difficult one for Humans to hear: Dear Human Being, your mind and consciousness, as amazing as you feel it might be, is currently completely separated from your chemistry, and that was never the design.

Let me ask you, logically, does it make sense to you that your biological blueprint would have created a “stupid”, disconnected system? “Stupid” because it is counterintuitive to the entire “survival” instinct of every mammal on the planet! The answer is no. It’s not logical and it doesn’t help you survive at all. In fact, it’s so dysfunctional that disease can attach itself to you and you won’t know it for weeks until it really gets going. Then you go to the doctor and get the news.

Right now, this innate “smarter body” has to be accessed completely and totally separately through processes that are archaic. Indeed, it can give you signals if you ask, but it won’t tell you anything that’s happening in real time since there is no “bridge” of elegant connection to your mind that allows it. That missing bridge is what evolution will begin to build.

Innate, the smart body within the multidimensional Human Being, is going to evolve and begin to use that 24th pair of chromosomes that you think you don’t have. We have given you the information in the past that you can only see 23 chromosome pairs with your modern equipment. The 24th is still there, but multidimensional. It is not yet understood, seen or recognized. There are actual hints that can be deciphered that would tell a biologist that “something is unbalanced and should be more complete,” but the pair is basically invisible in 3D.

This multidimensional 24th pair is the one the Pleiadians manipulated when they moved around your old linear set of chromosomes within your DNA to a set of apparently 23. This is what gave you the ability to have knowledge of the Creator, God inside, the choice of high and low consciousness, and the ability to create elegant music, art, poetry and painting. It’s your Adam and Eve story.

Dear ones, when consciousness starts to increase on this planet and you start to measure and use quantum things, number 24 will reveal itself within the double helix. Then you will have a revelation:“ There’s more than we thought!” That’s when quantum patterning will begin to show itself, and chemistry and physics will be put together and studied in ways they always should have been.

“Kryon, what will be the result of this evolution?” The first thing that you’ll start seeing are Human Beings born with a special consciousness where they can “sense” things within their own body and they will become their own healers due to it. They will know all about their blood chemistry without a test. They will know when any disease tries to attach to them, instantly the moment it happens, instead of waiting for something to grow inside them and create pain. They’ll be their own medical intuitives. People will see the first stages of this and they’ll say, “This is unbelievable. It’s not right. It’s abnormal. These people are odd and unusual.” They will be isolated and tested, because they are evolved. Welcome to Earth, where advanced Humans are often hidden away and feared.

That’s what you do, don’t you? That’s what you’ve done to the autistics in your culture. It’s because you don’t see it coming, do you? You don’t see the savants in the future, do you? You only see an unusual set of children that have odd communication and who are difficult in an old energy. Since you don’t really expect this evolution, you treat these things as sub-standard or difficult. These new autistics just yell, “I’m a nonlinear thinker! Find a way to communicate with me that is not linear!” Yet you are not ready to study what that might mean. These circumstances are actually starting to show themselves in so many ways. Look at what these special Humans can do that you can’t, and that will give you a hint of who they are. This evolution is coming. That multidimensional piece of your DNA that you can’t even see yet is going to bring your consciousness in line with your innate.

Let me finish with this: What is your innate attached to that is also a mystery that you cannot easily access? I speak again of what is called the Akashic Record of the Human Being. This is the record of all the energy, activity and history of your soul on the earth. Dear one, evolution within the new Human Being is going to connect you to your Akash.

What do you know about the Akash in the old energy? It’s something that often bothers you because it only remembers negative attributes about your past lives. Akashic issues are the things that even today you work with to try and suppress. They are subtle and not part of the subconscious mind. They are often revealed by past-life readers or others who can “read” your Akash to the extent they are allowed. But this is all changing.

There will be a meld with the innate and your Akash that gives you full access to the wisdom of the past and full access to dismiss all negative things. This will be one of the most significant evolutionary steps of humanity, this marriage of the Akash, the innate and higher consciousness. That will truly reveal the multidimensional Human Being. When it takes place, you will then look at the facts and the history and realize that you are not from here at all, but that your DNA is from the stars. You’ll begin to understand it all because it’s all part of a scenario of connection, of a coherence with your brothers and sisters spread all across the skies. That is the future.

“How soon, Kryon?” Not soon enough, but you’ll get there. Every single Human, using their free choice, will come back and come back and come back. Each time there will be improvement for a world that has great promise. This is different from before, dear ones, where you never evolved your consciousness and continued the dysfunction of war and other processes that never changed from century to century.

In the far, far distant future, there will come a time, dear ones, when it is your job to seed another civilization in some other far away place. This will give birth to compassionate action in other parts of this galaxy. Someday, you will work together to create another planet that has your stamp, your DNA, and you will introduce them to the creative source, just as it was given to you.

Are you getting this? Are you really understanding how important you are at this juncture of time? There are so many mysteries, you might say. But they will eventually all be revealed, and you’ll be here for that. Don’t fear these things, because they come from you, by design. That

is the message for today.

And so it is.

HUMANITY IS COMING OF AGE. Our Father/Mother God’s greatest desire is to see all Facets of their “Beingness” return to Self-mastery so they may enjoy the love, peace, joy, and abundance that is every Soul’s Divine Birthright. There will always be help available from the great Beings of Light, and the angelic realm will always answer calls or pleas for assistance. However, there are immutable Universal Laws that must be adhered to, and it must be each person’s choice as to which path they will follow: the Path of Light or the path of shadows.

You, the StarSeed, who have balanced and harmonized the vibrational patterns of your four lower bodily systems, so that your Soul Song is resonating to the Fourth sub-plane of the Fourth Dimension and higher, are now beginning to access the HIGHER FREQUENCY RAYS OF THE GOLDEN AGE OF THE FUTURE. There is a new Divine Blueprint for this Sub-Universe and for each person who is ready to don a shining cloak of many colors – a refined auric field of Light – signifying a readiness to receive the virtues, qualities, talents, abilities and aspects of the New Age. These wondrous gifts are programmed within the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light, and they are now available to those of you who have attained the required level of Self-Mastery.

Adamantine Particles of Creator Light are complete Facets of Creator Consciousness ready to be activated, programmed, and manifested into new, unlimited creative endeavors. At the initiation of each subsequent plan for a new creative project, the Adamantine Particles are encoded with the Divine Blueprint for that plan. You have individual holograms within your DNA structure, which contain all your ancestral lineage and experiences within the multi-dimensions you have ever experienced throughout the many Ages. You, the StarSeed, are now in a state of preparation which will condition your current four bodily systems to receive the appropriate, refined Essence Genes, along with your new Divine Mission. The powerful, higher-frequency Rays, which are now bombarding the Earth and humanity, contain the Creator Essence Cells for the Divine Blueprint of the New Golden Age. They are being RAY-diated throughout the Earth and to humanity via the great shining vessels of the Elohim and the Archangelic realm. These vibrational frequencies are appropriately stepped down at every sub-level of every dimension. If this were not so, all material manifestations, including humanity, would burn up from the Electromagnetic power/intensity of the Sacred Fire Energy.

The SACRED WHITE COSMIC FIRE, Adamantine Particles, that you magnetize to you as an awakened Self-master must continually circulate. Only a certain amount – that which is appropriate for each Soul to integrate at their current level of en-Lighten-ment – can be stored within the physical vessel; the balance must be RAY-diated out into the world of form. The Supreme Creator is composed of infinite, indefinable Essence Power, which is so overwhelming that you cannot even imagine ITS magnitude. That wondrous Essence Power has been reduced within every dimensional level of Creation so that you, the Star Seed cocreators, may claim your portion of this magnificent, potential power.

Old regulations, guidelines, as well as many well-established institutions and some religious organizations no longer have the best interests of the people as their main focus; therefore, many are falling by the wayside. Fragmentation of almost all racial, cultural, social and political boundaries within the Third- / Fourth-Dimensional paradigm are crumbling or are being challenged. The consciousness of humanity is on the rise, and nothing can stop the forward momentum. All must follow the flow of expanded awareness or fall into the trap of inertia and chaos. That is why the masses – those who are still stuck in the illusion and the vibrational frequencies of the imbalanced Third- and lower-Fourth Dimensions – are feeling as if they have lost their way. Nothing is working as it did in the past, and there seems to be no hope for the future.

Fortunately, more and more people are awakening to the process of turning inward in order to gain a heightened sense of Self-awareness, which ultimately leads to a desire for higher Soul-consciousness via the energies of Divine discontent. Every cultural group, every race and every country on Earth are seeking direction or a higher philosophical path to follow. This phenomenon is due to the fact that the Seven Rays of God Consciousness for your Earth, which contained the Divine Blueprint for the Piscean Age, have now been completely withdrawn, and have been replaced with the higher frequency, more-refined twelve Rays of galactic consciousness for the Aquarian Age.

In the beginning stages of awakening, before a major Soul merge takes place within a person, there can be no interference from the higher realms due to the Divine gift of free will, which ultimately became a gift with great and burdensome consequences. However, when a person attains an energetic signature that resonates with the higher frequencies of the mid-Fourth Dimension and above, and he or she is ready to affirm: “Thy will be done. I ask for my greatest good and the highest outcome for all.” This sincere affirmation aligns the personal will with the Will of the Higher Self and the new Divine Blueprint for the Earth. As a result, a magical path of Light begins to unfold to a reconnection with the Fifth-Dimensional, Sacred Triad via person’s personal column of Love/Light/Life.

This Pathway of Light, often called the River of Life, leads to an authentic Essence Consciousness, whereby each person who reaches the required level of consciousness will begin to receive his or her special portion of encoded crystalline Seed Atoms for their new galactic or Sub-Universal Divine Blueprint and Mission. These new Memory Seed Atoms will also contain the advanced wisdom, talents, attributes, and qualities necessary to qualify as a participant in the early-stage, creative process for the new, expanded Golden Galaxy of the future.

The process of evolution is changing − the bodily structure of all humanity will gradually be refined and upgraded. There will be guidance and directions supplied to those who have attuned to their Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind, and who have placed their personal will under the command of Divine Will.

Heretofore, the masses have lived in a world of veiled, illusional awareness, and they are now facing a future that feels much like a ship that has been cast into a stormy sea without a rudder. That is because the Primal Life Force energy that has been available to all humanity over the past age is no longer filled with God Seeds of great potential from within the old Divine Blueprint for this Sub-Universe. The masses will still receive the vibrational patterns they need to maintain the status quo. We assure you that the loving energy of our Father/Mother God and the Beings of Light will always be available to humanity; however, in order to tap into the new Divine Blueprint that is awaiting each Soul, there must be an attunement to at least the mid-Fourth-Dimensional frequencies of Light.

Each human Being contains hundreds of potential personality traits, which have been stored within the genetic structure of his or her four bodily systems (physical, mental, emotional, and etheric). It is up to each person to determine which personality traits he or she will develop and present to the outside world. The faster you neutralize or harmonize your negative personality traits, the more quickly your godly potential or master-Self will emerge. Only then will you gain access to your full potential as a cocreative master within the physical planes of existence.

Your planet is now plugged directly into the heart-core of the Great Central Sun within the Milky Way Galaxy. The new cosmic waves of Creator Light are a great gift to the awakened Souls on planet Earth. Even though these refined, higher-frequency Rays are not being beamed down directly into the lower Fourth- and Third Sub-Dimensional levels, the transforming frequencies of Light will gradually filter into and affect everyone and everything on and within the Earth.

Earth scientists have announced that a hydrogen wall barrier has been discovered at the edge of this solar system. These are the membranes of Light that we have spoken of in the past. Science and spirituality are validating and merging many conceptual teachings and theories of the past as more human Beings tap into the resources of the Sacred Mind.

As a result of its alignment with the Galactic Center and attunement with the Great Central Sun of the Galaxy, the Earth is in the process of raising its frequency patterns – its Soul Song – so it may return to its status as a Sacred Planet. This Sub-Universe is also being upgraded in vibrational frequencies as a result of being bombarded with the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light via our universal Father/Mother God.

The Milky Way Galaxy is also divided into twelve sectors, just as the Universe is divided into Sub-Universal sectors. Each sector within the Galaxy has a governing Council of Twelve and Twenty-four; with many lessor Councils of Light overseeing and assisting the “multi-level frequency, groups of humanity”. Hopefully, you are gaining a better understanding as to the importance of the numbers 12 and 144, for these numbers apply to many Facets of Creation throughout this Sub-Universe.

Your encodings of awareness are constantly being modified by your positive or negative thoughts, intentions, and actions. You are being presented with tests of tolerance, benevolence, humility and patience, and your cultural views are being challenged as well. Each and every day the Seed thoughts, which contain the negative frequency patterns of these aspects, will shrivel and disappear when you stop feeding them energy.

We have taught you to become “a living meditation” whereby you are able to function efficiently in your earthly environment while maintaining a balanced Alpha State of consciousness. The next step is to endeavor to live in a constant state of joy, compassion and gratitude, thereby becoming a “living prayer:” a dynamic force field of radiating Divine Love/Light. As you become more proficient as co-creators on the earthly plane, you must constantly monitor your energy patterns and seek to upgrade them. You must strive for sustained harmony and refined godly expression. You must liberate the power of the Sacred Fire within, which for most, has lain dormant for many thousands of years.

You should strive to direct and focus your energy into the areas of your life you wish to change. By establishing and constantly upgrading your Creator Wheel of Life, you are planting the Seeds of focused change, and you will be supplied with the Sacred Fire of Creation needed to manifest what you have envisioned. Your major goal must be to gain Self-mastery while in the physical vessel. When your endeavors are directed toward the highest good for all humankind, a special dispensation is given, and a greater measure of Creator Light will be made available to you.

Imagine, dear ones, how it would feel to have access to an unlimited supply of Divine Creator Essence. Envision yourself as a great energy vortex, pulsating with power, sending out great Rays of luminous color, radiating waves of energy and creating any and everything your Soul Self can envision. Sense how you would feel as the energies you project swirl and solidify, as structure and form become discernible, beautiful, and unique beyond measure — your creations — through the power of your thoughts, love, emotions, and inspired imagination. We are endeavoring to help you understand why you and the Earth are so important during these chaotic times on your planet. In this galactic experience, the Earth is the place to be during this extraordinary period of evolution of the species and expansion of this Sub-Universe.

Build your vision, my brave and faithful Ones. Start within your own Sacred Heart center and reclaim that power and magnificence that is your Divine heritage. Then, begin to radiate that power and perfection into your physical vessel and outwardly into your world: your relationships, your work place, community, country, and world. Allow all that no longer serves you to continue on its path of limitation or to join you in the realm of higher frequencies of unlimited potential via the process of transmutation. The path toward the Light and the path spiraling further into darkness, have now come to a distinct point of separation. You are being forced to face, once and for all, the residual shadows of Self — all the imbalances and restrictions that are holding you back from fully empowered Self-realization.

Being a Self-master is not for the timid or weak of heart, dear ones. Accept my Sword of Light, which is encoded with the DIVINE WILL POWER of our Father God and accept a shining CHALICE OF LOVE/LIGHT from our beloved Mother God, as we go bravely forward into the dawning of the new AGE.
