Thought Projection Acquisition

The U.S. Government developed advanced psychic research programs in the 1970's, beginning with remote viewing. After an extensive Army training program for select individuals, the first remote viewers began performing operations in the intelligence arena in1976. The Defense Intelligence Agency put a lot of energy and money into remote viewing, but believed it's 60-65% accuracy rate could be improved upon.

The DIA, in an effort to explore more efficient techniques, brought in a wide spectrum of persons with psychic talents and tested them with a whole new spectrum of examinations for many years. In 2004, a scientist from MIT and a neurologist from Johns Hopkins keyed in on different brain patterns and developed new techniques before perfecting what they called a methodology referred to as Thought Projection Acquisition in 2007. The actual details of exactly how it works remain classified, but Doty, a former intelligence officer, conveys what he can tell us about the program.

The mostly military personnel involved in the program are called “experiencers”. They are able to sit in front of a chosen target and project something from their brain into the target's brain, opening the target's brain, enabling them to read it. They can also project their mind to a remote target or location and read the target's brain or, say, documents at a remote location. That's not something that a remote viewer can do. While a remote viewer might locate such documents, he or she can not read them verbatim like the experiencer.

In 2009-2010, 88 trainees graduated from the first TPA year-long class at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington D.C. Since that time the program has continued training more and more personnel to perform highly classified operations beyond the public's need to know.

There are a number of psychic modalities involved with this exercise. Trainees perform something that is called trans-spectral positioning, which is projecting something from your brain to a target brain that can be located anywhere. This is very useful, for instance, for enhanced interrogations. Torture is no longer necessary to demonstrate the veracity of what a person is saying. Everything that you want to know from a person – a spy, for instance – can be obtained by thought projecting into their brain, without them ever putting up a defense or saying a word. While this gives our government unbelievable advantage, there are advancements in mind reading and projection that far exceed this capability, but they are classified, of course. and well beyond public knowledge.

It is all psychic. No technology is involved. Given that most of us only ever use about 12% of our brain function, imagine what might be possible if someone was trained to use 30 to 40%.

During training, trainees are instructed on how to entirely clear their mind of thought by controlling the release of emotions, so that when they are in front of a target, their brain is fully engaged in a singular focus with that target. That's what enables them to enter into another brain and plant something or extract something at will. It is both a sending exercise and a receiving exercise. They refer to it as a psychic vacuum such that thoughts can be targeted and vacuumed out so that the experiencer has access.

The program has been employed mostly for military objectives - like looking for prisoners of war or for weapons caches and such things. But, among its possible classified uses, interaction with other species on flying craft or on distant worlds may prove to be its most useful application.
