The Creation Story

Sumerian legend has it that the Annunaki came down from the sky (the Sky People) and created humanity. There is a conflicting myth, however, one that also has historical records, which suggests that it was the Nummo (or Nommo - the Star People) who were our creators long before the Annunaki arrived.

Looking at the Christian Bible at the original words before it was translated, one can quickly see some words that have come down to us over time may have been poorly translated, perhaps even purposefully mis-translated so as to create a sort of fog in the human mind. Consider the word that is translated as the Holy Spirit, or Holy Ghost. It is a very explicit word which means “that which can fly over water as well as land”. It very easily may relate to the Annunaki.

There is quite a substantial body of evidence that supports the idea that the Annunaki actually visited us. There is also some archeological evidence that they altered our genetics. Nothing specifically says, however, that they are in fact our creators. The evidence and stories we have that our creators may have been the Nummo instead date back between 8 and 12 million years ago, long before the Annunaki showed up some 200,000 years ago.

The Nummo and the Annunaki were known to each other. This knowledge comes from a variety of indigeousness people surrounding the Pacific Ring of Fire in their oral traditions, which show great consistency in this regard despite their separation by geography. Their common history reflects that the Nummo and the Annunaki had a contentious relationship, engaged in a long-running war with each other. Their traditions indicate that the indigenous peoples did not believe their creators to be the Sky People and since the Nummo were at war with them, so too were the people of earth. The Sky People were famous for kidnapping primitive people on earth, who often fought back to rescue their kin, sometimes successfully against the advanced technology of the Annunaki.

On every continent on the planet we find little statues, bas reliefs, and extensive cave and rock drawings of the Nummo. The one consistent characterization of the Nummo is that they were ugly amphibians that lived in water mostly and had difficulty walking on land with their seal-type feet. The shoes that they used on their flipper feet were little flying transports that moved them across the land, according to the Dogons and Melanesians.

The creation myth of the Nummo is that they owe us a debt because of a long-ago accident that destroyed nearly all life on the planet the first time they came here. Rituals have been passed down through European royalty and throughout the Masonic guild that celebrate this fortuitous accident which resulted in their return a second time.

The myths that have been passed down through the indigenous Salish peoples of the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. and the Dogon tribe deep in Africa, In both cultures going back into antiquity, there was scientific knowledge impossible for primitive peoples to have discovered without external sources. They knew that the Nummo came from Sirius, a star system with three suns, which was not discovered by modern science with advances in technology only fairly recently. They knew specific distances, cycles, sizes, and angles, all without any devices to derive such knowledge. The said the Nummo had given them such specifics.

The Nummo set about to cleanse the earth after they polluted it on their first visit, which is the derivation of the Biblical flood mythology. Being aquatic creatures, they first set about to repopulate the oceans of the world, creating salmon for the benefit of the Salish in the process. They also created the raven, the wise trickster, on the land to keep them company. Tradition suggests to us to consider that we are descendants of the Nummo. We're not as ugly, perhaps, and not amphibious, but we are their creation, made to populate this earth. Like the Nummo, we have a soul, and like the Nummo, we reincarnate life after life. The Annunaki, on the other hand do not have souls, but live for tens of thousands of years.

The original Nummo left the planet, but with the promise that they would return to visit us again once we discovered who we really are. The Annunaki also may pay us a visit but will not be well received by the modern world as they have been longstanding enemies and not our creators, whether we remember or not.
