Just as everything else in the universe, we are made of energy and a field of energy constantly flows through us and surrounds us.
There comes a point on the warrior’s path when we no longer seek awakening as a distant horizon. Awareness is already here—it always has been—and we have become it. Presence already breathes through us. Energy is already moving, shaping and dissolving in every moment. We find that we have already touched the ground of awareness and feel the current of energy moving within and around us. It is for those who no longer look for truth as something hidden, but wish to embody it more fully in the movement of daily life.
All spiritual belief systems and religions have a similar goal in mind: to attain deeper states of spiritual awareness. For some, this is called ascension, for others it can be wisdom, insight, enlightenment, or connection to the divine. I was raised Roman Catholic and when I turned eighteen I left the church to explore other options. These have included many spiritual paths that ultimately lead to unity consciousness. Some people on their spiritual journey are content to remain invested in the philosphies and principle’s of their specific path—to follow it through to the zenith of their commitment. Other’s find themselves longing for more in alignment with freedom and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all things.
The journey ahead is not a linear ascent but a dance — a weaving of energy and awareness, motion and stillness, shadow and light. Like all true dances, it cannot be mastered by watching from the side. It must be stepped into, embodied, and allowed to unfold in its own rhythm. Here we find openings to step through. Not teachings to adopt, but doorways into what you already know.
When we release our grip on the very teachings that once liberated us, we come to recognize that power simply Is. This is not a release of the sacred, rather, it is direct integration with the Source from which all teachings emerge. Power is and power moves.
From this realm of unified awareness, we begin to see that paths exist to be traversed until their gifts are fully integrated and their boundaries transcended. The warrior’s dialogue, so necessary in earlier phases, gives way to spontaneous impeccable action flowing directly from the deep well of unbending intent.
As we approach the portal where the island of everyday awareness merges seamlessly with the vast ocean of awareness, where the distinctions of first and second attention dissolve into the humbling recognition of third attention—the pure consciousness that we have always been emerges as the result of the magnificent insights we have experienced along the way.
From this expanded perspective, we begin to see how attachment to any single story, no matter how luminous or enticing, can become a beautiful prison. The very words and concepts that once opened doors begin to form walls when held too tightly. This is why we sample multiple teachings, integrate their essence, and then release their forms to move freely into the abstract realms where direct knowing replaces borrowed wisdom.
As we continue to deepen, we discover what we have always known: there is no truth, there is only perception. Each viewpoint offers its unique facet of the multidimensional plane of existence. In true awakening, we begin to recognize that we carry within ourselves the complete map to the Infinite. The moment we truly remember our essential nature as consciousness itself, all seeking transforms into a natural expression of spontaneous being.
To step fully into the dance, we must inhabit our bodies as instruments of awareness. Breath, posture, gesture, and attention become the vocabulary through which energy speaks. When we move with intention, presence is not something we carry—it is the ground beneath every step, the thread that weaves awareness through every motion.
The dance is not only in movement. Stillness is the counterpoint, the space in which energy gathers and awareness deepens. In the pauses, the gaps between steps, the unspoken currents of life reveal their subtle instructions. To know the dance is to know when to move and when to remain, to trust that both are equally necessary.
The dance frees us from linear striving, from measuring progress by external markers. It invites us to experience life as an unfolding expression of energy, awareness, and choice. Each moment is both a culmination and a beginning, a spiral that lifts us into ever-deeper resonance with the world and with ourselves.
We have arrived as pure awareness floating in an endless, infinite field of energy where everything exists. When we allow ourselves to dissolve into this field, there is no longer any separation between us and the universe—divine intelligence. We are one with the infinite field of pure energy, connected to all of creation. The universe flows through us and as us when we breathe love and gratitude back into the field.
Keep Dancing!
