These monks understood something terrifying... that the official version of history, of religion, and of reality itself was being curated to keep humanity asleep. The men who buried these texts knew exactly what they were doing. They were creating a time capsule. They understood that a time would come, perhaps when these teachings would resurface, when the frequency of the planet would be high enough for the right people to find them. You know that voice, the one that narrates your life, the one that judges you, worries about tomorrow, and regrets yesterday. You think that voice is you. It is not. That voice is the receiver. In Aramaic, Pthac means to open, but it specifically refers to the opening of something that was previously blind or sealed shut. It is the same root word used in the Bible when Jesus heals a deaf and mute man by saying, "Ephatha, be opened". But you are not healing physical ears. You are healing the spiritual heart. Here is how you use it.

After you have used Shivak to silence the mind, bring your entire attention to the center of your chest. You might feel numbness there or a tightness or a heavy wall. That is the seal. Do not judge it. Just observe it. Then direct the sound of the word Pthac into that tightness. Visualize the vibration of the word shattering the seal like a high note shattering a crystal glass. You are giving your own energy system permission to be vulnerable again. You are announcing that it is safe to come online.

They can only pick up frequencies of duality, fear versus safety, us versus them, good versus bad, pleasure versus pain.
