Rules for Thee, but Not for Me

 

That's the honest slogan of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). As we've pointed out, while the DSA rails against private property, they — or their families — all own expensive houses in nice neighborhoods. They hate the wealthy, but most of them are trust fund nepo babies, like Zohran Mamdani and Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson. They want to fight climate change, but fly private jets, as Bernie Sanders does, and who can forget AOC wearing that 'Tax the Rich' dress to the Met Gala, where tickets cost $100,000?

In Michigan, U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed is running on a platform of getting Medicare for All passed. The socialists paint this as an issue of fairness, but it's not. It's about control. They want to have power over our medical decisions, so they can force us to comply with their political agenda at the threat of withholding lifesaving care from us. If you don't believe they'd do that, remember how many Leftists were clamoring to deny treatment to the unvaccinated during COVID, and the countless stories about healthcare providers saying they'd inflict pain on or deny care to conservative patients. That's why it's very interesting that El-Sayed's wife, psychiatrist Sarah Jukaku, refuses to accept any insurance. Instead, she makes patients pay out of pocket for her services.

Message to Hateful Politicians that Preach Extreme Change

People all over the political spectrum are getting tired of the antics of people like Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan. Every time the woman speaks, it’s a fire and brimstone diatribe about the evils of America.

She doesn’t talk like a member of congress. She sounds more like the unhinged leader of an invading force, threatening to take down the very country she claims to represent. Everyone is sick of it.

Actress and filmmaker Justine Bateman is not a conservative. If anything, she is a centrist, yet even she has had it with this. Read what she wrote in response to Tlaib...

These people are ridiculous.

They have lost all tethers to a sense of self. Their entire identity now relies on this treasonous hate of America. They make up fantasies of how horrible America never was to justify their need to “fight tyranny.” They have no identity but this. And they cling to it with a death grip, because they have nothing else.

None of it is true. Not the fantasy about America about which she is shrieking, not her identity of believing herself to be some “hero” in a movie about an oppressive government, and not the resulting congress-free, senate-free, President-free, childish (and completely chaotic) future she sees for this country.

She is an infant.

She and others like her will not get their way. Not even close. If you have a modicum of common sense, it’s time to let your line in the sand about tolerance be made known.

Myself, I have a limit to tolerance.

I have a limit to patience.

I know there is a limit to free speech.

If your plan is to tear down the United States of America, if your plan is treason, I will not tolerate you, I will have zero patience for you, and I will not defend your right to free speech.
