Learning how the Universe works makes life so much more fulfilling. For instance, it has always amazed me how difficult it is for many people to give freely without expecting something in return. The way that the Universe works is that no matter what it is that we give – a hundred-dollar donation, a generous tip, or just a smile or a thank you – we end up drawing toward us this wondrous thing called “grace” that equates to gifts from the Universe. This is not wishful thinking. It is one of the fundamental laws of how the Universe works, one that our holy books have ever reminded us of:
Give, and it shall be given unto you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
