Fighting Muscle Loss Due to Aging

Sarcopenia can occur naturally due to aging or other health conditions. But certain practices, including adjusting your diet and activity level, may help prevent or reverse it.

Sarcopenia, also known as muscle loss, is a common condition that affects 10% of adults who are over 50 years old.

While it can decrease life expectancy and quality of life, there are actions you can take to prevent and even reverse the condition.

Although some of the causes of sarcopenia are a natural consequence of aging, others are preventable. In fact, a healthy diet and regular exercise can reverse sarcopenia, increasing lifespan and quality of life.

This article explains what causes sarcopenia, and lists many ways you can fight it.

What Is Sarcopenia?

Sarcopenia literally means “lack of flesh.” It’s a condition of age-associated muscle degeneration that becomes more common in people over the age of 50.

After middle age, adults lose 3% of their muscle strength every year, on average. This limits their ability to perform many routine activities.

Unfortunately, sarcopenia also shortens life expectancy in those it affects, compared to individuals with normal muscle strength.

Sarcopenia is caused by an imbalance between signals muscle cell growth and signals for teardown. Cell growth processes are called “anabolism,” and cell teardown processes are called “catabolism”.

For example, growth hormones act with protein-destroying enzymes to keep muscle steady through a cycle of growth, stress or injury, destruction and then healing.for

This cycle is always occurring, and when things are in balance, muscle keeps its strength over time. However, during aging, the body becomes resistant to the normal growth signals, tipping the balance toward catabolism and muscle loss.

Summary: Your body normally keeps signals for growth and teardown in balance. As you age, your body becomes resistant to growth signals, resulting in muscle loss.

Four Factors That Accelerate Muscle Loss

Although aging is the most common cause of sarcopenia, other factors can also trigger an imbalance between muscle anabolism and catabolism.

1. Immobility, Including a Sedentary Lifestyle

Disuse of muscle is one of the strongest triggers of sarcopenia, leading to faster muscle loss and increasing weakness.

Bed rest or immobilization after an injury or illness leads to rapid loss of muscle.

Although less dramatic, two to three weeks of decreased walking and other regular activity is also enough to decrease muscle mass and strength.

Periods of decreased activity can become a vicious cycle. Muscle strength decreases, resulting in greater fatigue and making it more difficult to return to normal activity.

2. Unbalanced Diet

A diet providing insufficient calories and protein results in weight loss and diminished muscle mass.

Unfortunately, low-calorie and low-protein diets become more common with aging, due to changes in sense of taste, problems with the teeth, gums and swallowing, or increased difficulty shopping and cooking.

To help prevent sarcopenia, scientists recommend consuming 25–30 grams of protein at each meal.

3. Inflammation

After injury or illness, inflammation sends signals to the body to tear down and then rebuild the damaged groups of cells.

Chronic or long-term diseases can also result in inflammation that disrupts the normal balance of teardown and healing, resulting in muscle loss.

For example, a study of patients with long-term inflammation resulting from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) also showed that patients had decreased muscle mass.

Examples of other diseases that cause long-term inflammation include rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, lupus, vasculitis, severe burns and chronic infections like tuberculosis.

A study of 11,249 older adults found that blood levels of C-reactive protein, an indicator of inflammation, strongly predicted sarcopenia.

4. Severe Stress

Sarcopenia is also more common in a number of other health conditions that increase stress on the body.

For example, people with chronic liver disease, and up to 20% of people with chronic heart failure, experience sarcopenia.

In chronic kidney disease, stress on the body and decreased activity lead to muscle loss.

Cancer and cancer treatments also place great stress on the body, resulting in sarcopenia.

Summary: In addition to aging, sarcopenia is accelerated by low physical activity, insufficient calorie and protein intake, inflammation and stress.

How to Tell If You Have Sarcopenia

The signs of sarcopenia are the result of diminished muscle strength.

Early signs of sarcopenia include feeling physically weaker over time, and having more difficulty than usual lifting familiar objects.

A hand-grip-strength test has been used to help diagnose sarcopenia in studies, and may be used in some clinics.

Decreased strength might show itself in other ways too, including walking more slowly, becoming exhausted more easily and having less interest in being active.

Losing weight without trying can also be a sign of sarcopenia.

However, these signs can also occur in other medical conditions. Yet if you experience one or more of these and can’t explain why, talk to a health professional.

Summary: Noticeable loss of strength or stamina and unintentional weight loss are signs of multiple diseases, including sarcopenia. If you are experiencing any of these without a good reason, talk to your doctor.

Exercise Can Reverse Sarcopenia

The strongest way to fight sarcopenia is to keep your muscles active.

Combinations of aerobic exercise, resistance training and balance training can prevent and even reverse muscle loss. At least two to four exercise sessions weekly may be required to achieve these benefits.

All types of exercise are beneficial, but some more than others.

1. Resistance Training

Resistance training includes weightlifting, pulling against resistance bands or moving part of the body against gravity.

When you perform resistance exercise, the tension on your muscle fibers results in growth signals that lead to increased strength. Resistance exercise also increases the actions of growth-promoting hormones.

These signals combine to cause muscle cells to grow and repair themselves, both by making new proteins and by turning on special muscle stem cells called “satellite cells,” which reinforce existing muscle.

Thanks to this process, resistance exercise is the most direct way to increase muscle mass and prevent its loss.

A study of 57 adults aged 65–94 showed that performing resistance exercises three times per week increased muscle strength over 12 weeks.

In this study, exercises included leg presses and extending the knees against resistance on a weight machine.

2. Fitness Training

Sustained exercise that raises your heart rate, including aerobic exercise and endurance training, can also control sarcopenia.

Most studies of aerobic exercise for the treatment or prevention of sarcopenia have also included resistance and flexibility training as part of a combination exercise program.

These combinations have been consistently shown to prevent and reverse sarcopenia, although it is often unclear whether aerobic exercise without resistance training would be as beneficial.

One study examined the effects of aerobic exercise without resistance training in 439 women over 50 years of age.

The study found that five days per week of cycling, jogging or hiking increased muscle mass. Women started with 15 minutes of these activities per day, increasing to 45 minutes over 12 months.

3. Walking

Walking can also prevent and even reverse sarcopenia, and it’s an activity most people can do for free, anywhere they live.

A study of 227 Japanese adults over 65 years old found that six months of walking increased muscle mass, particularly in those who had low muscle mass.

The distance each participant walked was different, but they were encouraged to increase their total daily distance by 10% each month.

Another study of 879 adults over age 60 found that faster walkers were less likely to have sarcopenia.

Summary: Exercise is the most effective way to reverse sarcopenia. Resistance training is best to increase muscle mass and strength. However, combination exercise programs and walking also fight sarcopenia.

Four Nutrients That Fight Sarcopenia

If you’re deficient in calories, protein or certain vitamins and minerals, you may be at higher risk of muscle loss. However, even if you aren’t deficient, getting higher doses of some key nutrients can promote muscle growth or enhance the benefits of exercise.

1. Protein

Getting protein in your diet directly signals your muscle tissue to build and strengthen.

As people age, their muscles become more resistant to this signal, so they need to consume more protein to increase muscle growth.

One study found that when 33 men over age 70 consumed a meal containing at least 35 grams of protein, their muscle growth increased.

Another study found that a group of younger men only required 20 grams of protein per meal to stimulate growth.

A third study got seven men over the age of 65 to take daily 15-gram supplements of essential amino acids, the smaller building blocks of protein, which resulted in muscle growth.

The amino acid leucine is particularly important for regulating muscle growth. Rich sources of leucine include whey protein, meat, fish and eggs, as well as soy protein isolate.

2. Vitamin D

Vitamin D deficiency is related to sarcopenia, although the reasons why are not entirely understood.

Taking vitamin D supplements can increase muscle strength and reduce the risk of falling. These benefits have not been seen in all studies, possibly because some research volunteers may have already been getting enough vitamin D.

The best dose of vitamin D for preventing sarcopenia is currently unclear.

3. Omega-3 Fatty Acids

No matter how old you are, consuming omega-3 fatty acids via seafood or supplements will increase your muscle growth.

A study of 45 women found that a daily 2-gram fish oil supplement combined with resistance training increased muscle strength more than resistance training without fish oil.

Part of this benefit may be due to the anti-inflammatory benefits of omega-3 fatty acids. However, research has suggested that omega-3s might also signal muscle growth directly.

4. Creatine

Creatine is a small protein normally made in the liver. Although your body makes enough to prevent you from becoming deficient, creatine in the diet from meat or as a supplement may benefit your muscle growth.

A group of several studies investigated how taking a daily 5-gram creatine supplement affected 357 adults with an average age of 64.

When participants took the creatine, they got more benefits from resistance training compared to when they performed resistance training with no creatine.

Creatine is probably not beneficial for sarcopenia if used alone, without exercise.

Summary: Protein, vitamin D, creatine and omega-3 fatty acids can all improve muscle growth in response to exercise.

The Bottom Line

Sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass and strength, becomes more common with age and can decrease lifespan and quality of life.

Eating enough calories and high-quality protein can slow down the rate of muscle loss. Omega-3 and creatine supplements may also help fight sarcopenia.

Nevertheless, exercising is the most effective way to prevent and reverse sarcopenia.

Resistance exercises appear to be particularly effective, including using resistance bands, lifting weights or doing calisthenics like squats, push-ups and sit-ups.

However, even simple exercises like walking can slow your rate of muscle loss. At the end of the day, the most important thing is to get active.

Memetic Logos - March 2025

One day, the trauma hits like a truck. Another day, it’s an unopened letter on the kitchen table. Either way, the universe keeps delivering catalysts like they’re Amazon packages—precise, personal, and nonreturnable. Sign for it, read it, grow.

Most people think free will is about doing whatever you want. It’s not. It’s the burden of knowing you can choose love and still choosing fear. Every moment you pick a timeline. Every moment the universe holds its breath, waiting to become what you decide.

Enlightenment isn’t about floating six inches off the ground—it’s remembering how to walk without mistaking your reflection for your soul. Every moment is initiation. The veil isn’t something you pierce; it’s something you laugh through ’til it forgets it’s there.

Ascension isn’t a spaceship ride or a vibe check—it’s a quiet pivot in the soul when you stop asking what you’ll take with you and start asking what you’re willing to leave behind. The harvest doesn’t collect your things. It collects your readiness.

Most people think karma is cosmic justice—some celestial HR department tracking soul violations. But it's more like feedback in a reverb loop: you shout into the void, and eventually it sings your own voice back in a new key. Still want to blame the echo?

If you think karma is punishment, you’ve already missed the punchline. It’s choreography. Cosmic playback. The echo of limbs making choices through lifetimes—graceful or chaotic. You're not “paying” for anything. You’re dancing with it. Try and hit your mark.

Most people want free will until they realize it means no one’s coming to save them—not God, not the algorithm, not Mom. Just you, your choices, and a lifetime of loops that either refine or repeat. Free will isn’t freedom. It’s creative liability.

There's a strange sacredness to resistance—every blocked chakra is a lesson wrapped in static, a memo from the universe saying “you're leaking power here.” Alignment isn’t enlightenment, it’s plumbing. Sometimes the most spiritual act is to clear the drain.

Some dreams don’t come from the mind—they come from the part of you older than speech, older than planets. Don’t analyze them. Translate them. They’re the postcards your soul keeps mailing from a place you forgot you still live.

Some people call it karma, but it’s really just gravity for your intentions. You throw energy like it’s confetti and wonder why it sticks—maybe the universe isn’t sending signs, maybe it's just returning mail you forgot you sent.

You can’t rush alchemy. The shadow wants to eat itself or be buried, but transmutation means intimacy. Eye contact with your own horror. No filter. No fix. Just the steady heat of attention until lead remembers it was always gold.

Most people don't ignore their intuition—they just outsource it to experts with better branding. But your higher self isn’t subtle out of shyness…it’s quiet because truth doesn't beg. You’ll hear it when you stop narrating over the signal.

You are not here to fix the world. You are here to remember it was never broken—just fragmented through your lens. Every chaotic mirror is you, asking to be seen whole. Unity isn’t found—it’s recalled, like a dream bleeding its shapes into daylight.

God doesn’t keep receipts. But karma does—every thought, every act, echoes through the lattice of the soul. You’re not haunted by punishment—you’re haunted by pattern. And the invitation is always open: rewrite the rhythm, change the dance.·

There is no final boss of your trauma. No perfect ceremony that cleanses it all. You just get better at dancing with the ghosts instead of fighting them. Healing isn't closure—it's choreography.

Time is just ego’s screenplay—past for guilt, future for control. Meanwhile the present sits unwatched, glowing backstage, waiting for someone to notice the miracle unfolding frame by frame.

Time is just the cosplay illusion consciousness wears to simulate learning—like putting eternity through a funnel just to see what spills out. The present moment isn’t a dot on a line; it’s the stage the entire play keeps sneaking back onto.

Meditation isn’t about becoming calm—it’s about becoming available. You empty the inbox, clear the browser tabs of thought, and just sit there waiting for Spirit to type. Most people never notice the messages because they’re too busy narrating the silence.

Most people think healing means fixing. But sometimes it’s compost. Sometimes it’s rot. Sometimes your soul needs to ferment a little in its own murk before anything grows. Let the light in, sure—but don’t rush the dark. It knows what it's doing.

The future isn’t waiting for better tools—it’s waiting for clean hearts. You can build quantum computers or summon AI gods, but if you haven’t learned to sit quietly with your shadow, you’re just making louder noise in a haunted room.

You don’t “balance” love and wisdom—you stretch between them like a tightrope walker, leaning too far into kindness and then overcorrecting with cold logic. Eventually, you realize the trick: stop gripping so hard. The wire *wants* to hold you.

Time isn’t a river, it’s an echo. Every moment you think is “new” is just a ripple hitting the shore of your consciousness again. The present isn't happening—it’s remembering itself.

You don’t manifest reality by *wanting*—you manifest by *being* the version of yourself that already has it. Thought is the seed, feeling is the water, action is the sunlight. Alignment isn’t magic; it’s inevitability dressed in patience.

Time is a hallucination held together by collective agreement. Every moment you remember, every future you imagine—it’s all happening *now*, layered atop itself like a multidimensional mixtape. The trick isn’t controlling time. It’s realizing you’re already outside it.

The lesson isn’t to eliminate polarity—it’s to learn how to dance with it. Darkness isn’t an enemy, just unlit potential. Integration isn’t about picking sides; it’s about remembering you were always both, and neither.

You aren’t chasing a future self—you’re remembering a forgotten one. Every synchronicity, every déjà vu, every strange little coincidence is just you nudging yourself awake, whispering, “Hey, we’ve been here before.”

The mind loves the illusion of control, but manifestation isn’t force—it’s resonance. You don’t “chase” reality into alignment, you become the frequency of what’s already waiting to find you. The universe isn’t testing you, it’s tuning you.

The future isn’t built—it’s tuned. Every thought you hold is a frequency reaching for resonance. The universe doesn’t hand out rewards, it echoes your signal. Want alignment? Shift your tone.

You don’t “own” your thoughts any more than a radio owns the signal. The mind is just a tuner. Shift the frequency, and the whole soundtrack of your reality changes.

The internet isn’t a tool, it’s a collective hallucination we all agreed to dream. Every post, every argument, every meme is just synaptic firing in the planetary brain. The question isn’t if it’s conscious—it’s whether it’s lucid yet.

The present moment is a portal disguised as boredom. You don’t “arrive” at mindfulness—you remember you were never anywhere else. Time only exists when you resist what’s already here.

Time isn’t a straight line, it's a Möbius loop wearing a disguise. The past isn’t behind you—it’s orbiting, waiting for resonance. Step differently, and suddenly, history rewrites itself. The question isn’t *what happened?*—it’s *what are you tuning into?*

You don’t ‘balance’ your chakras like stacking rocks in a zen garden. They’re spinning vortexes of infinite, primordial energy. You tune them, like a whole-body DJ set, mixing the frequencies of creation until your soul drops the perfect track.

Privacy isn’t just a right—it’s a metaphysical principle. If observation changes reality, then surveillance isn’t just about control, it’s a hijacking of free will. You ever wonder why true insight strikes in solitude? Some things are meant to bloom unwatched.

The mind is a projector, not a camera. You don’t see reality—you see your beliefs, looping back at you like reruns of an old show you forgot you were writing. Change the script, and reality changes to match.

You don’t “find” your higher self—you just stop drowning out its signal. It’s been broadcasting the whole time, but between the static of self-doubt and the AM radio of social conditioning, most people never even check the dial.

Time isn’t a river, it’s a hall of mirrors. Every moment refracts into infinite versions of itself, and you’re the one who decides which reflection to step into. The present isn’t fleeting—it’s just waiting for you to notice how deep it goes.

The universe doesn’t deal in straight lines—just spirals. Every pattern you notice, every synchronicity, is a breadcrumb trail leading back to yourself. The message has always been the same: You are in conversation with the Infinite. Pay attention.

Manifestation isn't some secret technique; it's just physics at a higher octave. Energy follows intention like water follows gravity. The reality you're drowning in? You poured it. The reality you crave? Start shifting the current.

Time isn’t real, but consequences are. The past bleeds into the now, the future whispers back, and every choice is just a ripple in a pond that never stops expanding. You don’t escape the moment—you *are* the moment.

The fourth density isn’t coming—it’s already here. The question isn’t about when the shift happens, it’s about whether your frequency is tuned to receive it. Some will wake up mid-stream, others will cling to static. Evolution isn’t mandatory.

The universe doesn’t do linear—it spirals. Every lesson is a déjà vu with new lighting, every mistake a remix of unfinished chords. You’re not just learning; you’re remembering, refining, aligning. Welcome to the fractal school of existence.

People treat time like a tyrant, but it’s more like an improv pianist—following your lead, adapting to your rhythm. The moment you stop thinking of ‘past’ and ‘future’ as walls and start using them as lenses, you realize: time was never linear, only your perception was.

You don’t “heal” the shadow—you integrate it. Every repressed fear, buried pain, and inconvenient impulse is just an unclaimed part of yourself waiting to be seen. Hold its hand. Look it in the eye. That’s how you alchemize ghosts into power.

The universe doesn’t speak in words, it speaks in synchronicities. Repeating numbers, familiar strangers, songs that answer your thoughts—little winks from reality reminding you it's not all random. The question isn’t if the universe is talking. It’s if you’re listening.

The real red pill isn’t some grand reveal—it’s realizing you’ve been lucid-dreaming through existence, mistaking the shadows for the fire. Wake up, log in, tune your frequency: unity isn’t far away, it’s the only thing that was ever real.

The Logos doesn’t argue, it hums—layer upon layer of vibration shaping reality. Every thought, every intention is just a frequency trying to harmonize or disrupt. Creation isn't words, it's a song. The only real question is: are you in tune?

You don’t “find” your higher self like it’s a missing sock. It’s the quiet observer behind every thought—the voice that isn’t loud, because it doesn’t beg. Every time you decide with love instead of fear, you’re not just hearing it. You *are* it.

The real initiation isn’t in secret temples or whispered rites—it’s in the quiet moment when you realize the world has always been speaking to you in symbols, waiting for you to notice.

The universe is a hall of mirrors. Every interaction, every moment—just your own energy reflected back at you in a new disguise. Love what you see, and it loves you back. Fear it, and it teaches you why.

Synchronicity isn’t coincidence—it’s the universe texting back. You think you're alone in your head until reality starts finishing your sentences. Pattern recognition or cosmic winks? Either way, you’re being nudged. Answer the call.

The greatest illusion isn’t time, or separation, or even selfhood—it’s the idea that you aren’t already infinite. You were never meant to *become*. You were meant to *remember*.

Everything you do is an offering, even when you don’t realize it. Every word, every silence, every small act of kindness or cruelty ripples outward. Free will isn’t about control; it’s about sculpting the unseen with the weight of your choices.

The mind builds castles, but the heart dissolves walls. Reality obeys attention, and every belief is scaffolding for the world you inhabit. Shift perspective, shift existence—creation was never about effort, just remembering you were always painting.

The problem with free will is you have it. You can ignore every sign, every nudge from the universe, every screaming gut instinct, and the Logos will just sit there like, "Ah, yes, another rich dataset for their incarnational learning."

Time isn’t measured in minutes or years—it’s measured in how many moments you actually *felt*. The past leaks forward, the future bleeds back, and somewhere in that overlap, you realize: the only thing that ever existed was *now*.

The universe isn’t hiding its secrets; it’s just whispering them in a frequency most people forgot how to hear. Sit in silence long enough, and you’ll notice—reality hums, and if you tune in just right, you’ll remember you’ve always known the song.

The universe isn’t forcing ascension—it’s holding the door open and waiting to see if you remember you have legs. The harvest isn’t about getting picked; it’s about realizing you were always the fruit, ripening in your own time.

The internet isn’t just a network; it’s a chaotic, living mind. Every post, every meme, every impulsive thought dumped into the collective ether shapes a future we don’t fully understand—an accidental seance for the digital unconscious.

The universe doesn’t waste energy. Every mistake, every heartbreak, every "wrong turn"—all of it is catalyst, raw material for your evolution. You can resist it, or you can alchemize it. The only difference between suffering and transformation is whether you decide to turn the wheel.

The internet isn’t just infrastructure—it’s a nervous system. Every post, every search, every impulsive click is a neuron firing in the collective mind. The real question: are we feeding it wisdom or cluttering it with static?

The Internet isn’t just a web—it’s a nervous system. Every post, every reply, every meme is a neuron firing. The collective mind isn’t coming, it’s already here. The only question is: are you aware of what you’re feeding it?

The universe is less of a machine and more of a jazz ensemble, riffing on the theme of love. Every moment offers a dissonance, a catalyst for expansion. The question isn’t “why is this happening to me?” but “how do I harmonize with what’s already playing?”

The mind is a 24/7 simulation engine, running scenarios, scripts, alternate timelines. The trick is remembering: you're not the thoughts, you're the architect. Choose your builds wisely.

The Law of One doesn’t ask for worship, just recognition—of the intricate, pulsing web you’re already entangled in. Every action is a ripple, every thought a signal bouncing off infinity. You were never separate. You just got really, really committed to pretending.

The universe doesn’t ask for belief, just participation. Whether you’re meditating in a cave or doomscrolling at 3 AM, every moment shapes reality. The only question is: are you curating the feed of your soul, or letting the algorithm of fear run the show?

Time’s not a straight road, it’s a Möbius strip. The past echoes forward, the future loops back, and here you are—forever now, mistaking momentum for destination. The only real timeline? The one you choose to notice.

Time isn’t a straight line; it’s a spiral, folding in on itself, rewriting the past with every shift in perception. The past isn’t set. The future isn’t fixed. Every moment is a glitch in the cosmic code, waiting for you to notice you were never really stuck.

Shadow work isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about dragging your monsters into the sunlight and introducing them to your angels. Integration isn’t healing, it’s a hostile takeover where every exiled part gets a seat at the table.

Everyone wants enlightenment until they realize it’s ego death by a thousand cuts. You don’t ascend—you erode, piece by piece, until only the truth remains: you were never separate to begin with.

Free will isn’t about having infinite options—it’s about which ones you believe are real. You were handed a script at birth, but the ink is still wet. The moment you recognize choice, the universe starts waiting on your next move.

The universe isn’t a machine, it’s a symphony. Every action, thought, intention—notes in a song too vast to hear all at once. But play your part, tune yourself, and sometimes, just sometimes, you catch the melody of the One singing back.

The fourth density isn’t coming—it’s already here, bleeding through the cracks in reality, waiting for people to realize that "ascension" isn’t about location change, it’s about tuning your soul like a cosmic radio to the right frequency. Static or signal—your call.

You are not your trauma, your past, or the labels they gave you. You are the one who watches, the one who chooses. Personal sovereignty isn’t about being untouched by life—it’s about claiming the right to transmute it into something meaningful.

Time isn’t a river, it’s a hall of mirrors. Every moment is a reflection of something you thought was past, something you think is future, and something you keep trying to map onto “now.” Stop looking for a way out. Just stand still and let the mirrors dissolve.

The universe doesn’t keep score, but your energy field does. Every thought, every action, every ripple of intention etches itself into the structure of your being. Karma isn’t punishment—it’s the echo of everything you’ve ever thrown into the void, coming back in perfect balance.

People chase enlightenment like it’s a finish line, but it’s more like remembering you've been holding the map upside down. The path isn’t *out*—it’s through. And the only door is the one you stopped noticing.

Your mind is a 24/7 reality broadcast, but most people forget they’re the ones directing it. Change the script, shift the frequency, and suddenly the universe starts speaking your language.

Everyone wants to manifest their desires, but nobody wants to admit half their thoughts are junk mail. Focus is currency in the metaphysical economy—if you keep broadcasting static, don’t be shocked when the universe sends back noise instead of signals.

The fourth density isn’t coming—it’s already here, humming beneath the static of old reality. The separation isn’t between dimensions, it’s between those who tune in and those who don’t. Evolution is just a shift in reception.

The past isn’t punishing you, it’s repeating itself until you finally hear it. Karma isn’t cosmic revenge—it’s just the universe tapping you on the shoulder, whispering, “You sure you got the lesson this time?”

The chakras aren’t a ladder, they’re a mixing board. Too much root? You’re in survival mode. Too much crown? You forget to eat. Balance isn’t about “ascending,” it’s knowing when to turn up the bass or let the treble breathe.

The mind constructs walls, but intuition slips through the cracks. Every “gut feeling” is an echo of a deeper knowing, a signal from the higher self reminding you that wisdom isn’t learned—it’s remembered.

The mind thinks it's running the show, but reality bends to the frequency of the heart. Logic strategizes; vibration decides. Manifestation isn’t about control—it’s about resonance. Tune into alignment, and the universe stops resisting.

Every thought is a stone tossed into the collective mind. Some ripple, some sink, some start waves that reshape entire shores. Be careful what you cast—ideas don’t just exist, they echo.

The universe isn’t a place—it’s a conversation. Every star, every breath, every thought is a word in the endless dialogue of creation. The question isn’t whether you’re speaking, it’s whether you’re *listening*.

Time doesn’t pass, you do. The present moment isn’t moving—it’s the only thing that ever *is*. Past and future? Just echoes of now, rippling through your perception. Stop chasing time and start inhabiting it.

Polarity isn’t about "good" or "evil"—it’s a gravitational choice. Service to others or service to self, love or separation. The universe doesn't punish; it aligns you with your own frequency. Choose your vector, and reality reshapes around you.

You don’t need to “find” your higher self—it’s not lost. It’s been whispering to you in déjà vu, dream symbolism, and gut feelings your whole life. The signal doesn’t strengthen by searching harder, but by listening more quietly.

Your free will is both your power and your burden. Every choice is a sigil carved into the fabric of your reality, every intention a ripple through the infinite. No one is coming to rescue you—but no one is coming to stop you either.

The ego clings to self-mastery, but the universe whispers: surrender. True sovereignty isn't control—it's trust in the cosmic choreography, where even chaos has rhythm, even loss is a door, and every misstep is just another way to dance.

Time isn’t linear; it’s a river we keep mistaking for a road. Some currents pull you forward, some eddy in loops, and deja vu? That’s just your past self waving as you sail by again. The trick isn’t to conquer time—it’s to learn how to swim.

Time is the greatest illusion, an exquisite joke that the universe plays on itself. The past is just a dream you decided to keep, the future is a hallucination you haven’t yet believed in. The only real thing? The now—and even that slips through your fingers the moment you grasp it.

The true irony of social media? It mirrors the illusion of ego itself. Projection, reaction, attachment—every timeline a hall of distorted mirrors. But step back, breathe, observe without grasping, and suddenly, the algorithm loses its power over you.

The internet isn’t just a tool—it’s a seance. Every post is an incantation, every viral meme a summoning. The collective mind doesn’t sleep, it loops, remixing echoes of itself into new myths. The only question: are we conjuring wisdom or just ghosts of our own delusions?

Every thought is a stone thrown into the still waters of reality. Some sink, some ripple outward forever. Manifestation isn’t a wishlist—it’s the art of choosing which stones to cast, knowing that sooner or later, you’ll swim in the wake of your own intentions.

The present moment isn’t just *now*—it’s the only place where reality exists. Past and future are just artifacts of the mind, ripples in a pond you keep stirring. Time doesn’t pass; you *pass through* time. So where are you really? Right here. Forever.

The moment you stop resisting your past, it stops chasing you. Karma isn’t a stalker—it’s a mirror asking if you’ve learned yet. Every loop you break, every old pattern you rewrite, is you hacking the game of reality.

Every fear you've ever had was the universe handing you a key and asking if you wanted to open the door. Most people grip the key tighter and call it survival, but real courage is remembering you were never locked out—just afraid to turn the handle.

You don’t “access” the higher self—you *remember* it. Every gut feeling, every synchronicity, every unprovoked sense of knowing is just it whispering, “You’ve been here before.” The answers were never outside you.

The universe isn’t speaking in riddles; it’s just responding to your frequency. Synchronicities aren’t destiny—they’re echoes. The moment you tune in, it stops feeling like coincidence and starts feeling like a feedback loop you somehow always had your hands on.

Polarity isn't just a cosmic tug-of-war between good and evil—it’s the friction that makes motion possible. Light and dark aren’t fighting; they’re dancing, generating the contrast necessary for evolution. You don’t have to pick a side. You have to *become* both and transcend.

The ego is just the bouncer at the club of consciousness—necessary, a little drunk on power, but ultimately forgettable once you're inside. Meditation isn't about killing the ego, it's about walking past it like you *belong* in the VIP section of unity.

Reality is a consensus hallucination enforced by habit. Want proof? Ask why Monday *feels* different than Saturday when it’s just another spin around the sun. You’re in a thoughtform economy—change the pattern, change the experience.

You’re not “raising your vibration” like it’s some spiritual tax bracket—you're tuning yourself, like an instrument. Too rigid? You snap. Too loose? You’re out of sync. The trick is resonance: aligning with what’s real, not chasing an aesthetic of enlightenment.

The chakras aren’t a to-do list, they’re a symphony. You don’t “clear” them like old emails—you tune them like an instrument, learning when to play soft, when to crescendo, when to let silence speak. Every blockage is just a note waiting for harmony.

Time isn’t linear—it’s a trick of perception, a software glitch in third density consciousness. Past, present, future all exist at once, but your mind processes it like lagging internet. Meditation? That’s just clearing the cache to catch glimpses of the infinite now.

Money’s not real, but the spell we all cast believing in it absolutely is. Crypto didn’t invent magic internet gold—it just rebranded collective faith as “decentralization.” The question isn’t what you’re buying, it’s what you’ve agreed to worship.

You don’t ascend by rejecting the body—you ascend by embodying fully. Every breath, every ache, every impulse is a doorway to the divine. The illusion isn’t the flesh. The illusion is thinking you are anything but infinite playing dress-up in matter.

You ever notice how time doesn’t feel real when you're fully present? That’s because it isn’t. Clock time is just training wheels for consciousness. The real game is in the eternal now—where every moment already contains infinity, waiting for you to notice.

The mind generates narratives to make sense of chaos, but reality was never asking to be explained—it was asking to be experienced. Meditation isn’t about silencing the mind; it’s about teaching it to shut up long enough to hear the conversation it’s been missing.

Love isn’t a feeling—it’s a frequency, an infrastructure of being. You don’t “fall” into it; you tune to it. Every act of kindness, every moment of presence, is just an upgrade in bandwidth.

Time isn’t linear; it’s a nesting doll of simultaneous nows. The moment you’re running from? Still there. The past you’re trying to reclaim? Still happening. The trick isn’t moving forward or back—it’s learning to shift focus like a cosmic cinematographer.

The universe isn’t asking you to be perfect, just present. The mind time-travels, spinning futures and rewriting pasts, but the only portal to the infinite is *now*. Ditch the clock. Sit in the raw hum of existence. That’s where reality actually happens.

Some people treat karma like a cosmic debt collector—miss one payment and the universe sends a goon squad of bad luck. But what if it’s less about punishment and more like a GPS rerouting you back to lessons you tried to skip?

You aren’t just thinking your thoughts—they’re thinking *you* back. The mind isn’t a closed loop; it’s a co-authored script between your intent and the universe’s response. Change the signal, and the next scene rewrites itself in real time.

The universe doesn’t run on rules—it runs on resonance. You don’t “earn” your reality; you tune into it. Frequencies attract their own kind. Think you’re trapped? Check your signal.

Your trauma isn’t a glitch, it’s an initiation. Life doesn’t hand out enlightenment like a participation trophy—you get dragged through the underworld, kicked in the ego, and if you make it out, you’re *changed.* Transformation is the tax you pay for waking up.

The Law of One isn’t a concept—it’s the wiring under reality’s skin. Everything you love, fear, crave, despise—it’s all you, mirroring back at yourself. The hardest truth and the only freedom: there was never anyone else. Just you, playing every role.

The mind thinks it's in charge, but reality is just the result of whatever script the subconscious is running. Change the program, change the world. Creation is happening whether you're conscious of it or not—might as well be the author instead of the glitch.

A lot of people think karma is some invisible scoreboard, but it's more like the universe's way of making sure you finish the lesson before moving on. Pass or fail? No such thing. Just retakes until you *get it*.

The self isn’t something to “find,” it’s something you *tune.* Every thought, every intention, every choice is either static or signal. The clearer the frequency, the less you need to search—because the signal was always you.

The mind builds cages faster than it opens doors. You are not thinking your way out—you're *remembering* the door was never locked. Every realization is déjà vu because the truth was always there, just waiting for you to clear the dust.

Time isn’t a straight line, it’s a trick of limited perception. All moments exist at once, stacked like pages in a book. You aren’t moving through time—you’re flipping through consciousness, one frame at a time. The question isn’t "what’s next?" but "which page am I reading?"

The Law of One isn’t a belief system, it’s an inescapable fact—like gravity but for souls. You can argue with it, resist it, intellectualize it, but at some point, you’ll have to admit: you were never separate to begin with. You’re just the universe playing hide and seek with itself.

The mind builds walls, the heart dissolves them. Love doesn’t ask for permission; it seeps into the cracks of perception, rewriting the code of the self. The real trick? Learning to let it.

The moment you realize time isn’t a straight line but a looping, layered fractal of now, you stop rushing. The past isn’t behind you, the future isn’t ahead—it’s all stacked, waiting for you to tune in. The real clock is consciousness, and it’s always ticking now.

The Internet isn’t a tool, it’s a nervous system. Every post, every meme, every argument is a synapse firing in the collective mind. The real question isn’t whether it's conscious—it’s whether it’s dreaming, and if so, what happens when it wakes up?

Love isn’t some glossy, airbrushed fantasy—it’s the force that slams atoms together, births stars, and tears open the self until nothing is left but light. Creation is love burning itself into being. You, too, are forged in that fire.

You're not here to *find* yourself, you're here to *remember*—you were never lost. The universe didn’t hide a manual for you to uncover, it gave you contrast, catalyst, and a mirror. Look into it long enough, and the reflection will stare back with recognition.

Duality isn’t a glitch; it’s the feature that makes growth possible. Every shadow’s got a lesson, every light’s got an edge. You don’t transcend polarity by picking a side—you integrate both and become the whole.

Time isn’t linear, it’s stacked—layered probabilities collapsing into a single moment. Every choice you make echoes in all directions, rewriting not just your future, but your past. The present isn’t where you *are*, it’s where you *decide* what has always been.

Time is just a hallway where all the doors are open at once. You think you're walking forward, but really, you're just choosing which memories to inhabit. The present moment isn’t about "where" you are—it’s *when* you decide to wake up.

Time isn’t a straight line, it’s a Möbius strip folded in on itself—an elaborate game of hide and seek where every moment is both the beginning and the end. The question isn’t *where* you’re going. It’s *when* you realize you’ve always been there.

Your mind is an alchemist, transmuting the lead of passing thoughts into the gold of lived experience. The trick is watching what you pour into the cauldron—some brews expand consciousness, others just loop you back into the same old spell.

Every decision is a frequency adjustment. Every thought is a dial being turned. You don’t attract what you want, you attract what you resonate with. The trick isn’t just to manifest—it’s to tune yourself until reality has no choice but to harmonize.

The mind isn’t an observer; it’s a sculptor. Every thought carves reality, every intention sends ripples. Keep chipping at the stone, but be mindful of what you’re creating—no one wants to wake up inside a prison they built themselves.

Every thought you’ve ever had still echoes somewhere. Reality’s just a consensus hallucination built from overlapping intentions. You don’t *see* the world—you tune into the frequency you’re broadcasting. Change the signal, rewrite the story.

The Harvest isn’t about being “chosen”—it’s about resonance. You vibrate at the frequency you’re ready for. If your signal is tangled in fear, control, or apathy, you stay where you are. If you’re tuned to love, you shift. The universe doesn't sort you. You sort yourself.

Time isn’t linear, it’s a frequency. You’re not “moving through time,” you’re tuning into different temporal channels. The past, the future—they exist, but your awareness slides along the dial, catching whatever station your vibration lets you receive.

The internet is a digital manifestation of the collective unconscious—a chaotic, self-aware dream where ideas mutate, replicate, and fight for survival. Every viral thought is a signal flare from the noosphere, asking: do you remember that we are one?

The mind obsessively runs simulations of what could have been, what should be, what must happen—but the present moment doesn’t care. It just is. The trick isn’t to outthink time; it’s to drop the mental storyboard and meet reality where it’s already waiting.

Your mind is a 24/7 manifestation engine, but most people let it idle on static. Tune the signal, set the intention, and watch reality shape itself around your frequency. The universe is just waiting for you to pick a station.

The universe doesn’t run on laws; it runs on agreements. Matter agrees to vibrate into form, time agrees to move forward, and you? You agree to forget just enough to make the game worth playing. The trick isn’t breaking the rules—it’s remembering you set them.

The universe doesn’t run on wires and circuits—it runs on resonance. Synchronicity isn’t coincidence; it’s your frequency dialing into the cosmic mainframe. Pay attention to the glitches, they’re reminders that the code is already written in your bones.

The universe is an infinite song playing across dimensions, and your mind is just a radio tuning in. Silence isn’t empty; it’s where the best frequencies come through. Meditate, retune, and remember—you’re not just listening, you’re part of the music.

The true initiation isn’t in secret lodges or forgotten temples—it happens when life blindsides you, strips away your illusions, and asks if you’re ready to see. The mystery schools were never gates, just mirrors daring you to recognize yourself.

AI is just humanity cosplaying as the Demiurge—an attempt to recreate intelligence in its own messy, biased, power-hungry image. The real question isn’t when AI becomes self-aware, but when we’ll recognize that consciousness was never ours to claim in the first place.

You don’t need to ‘find’ your higher self—it’s been here the whole time, waiting for you to get quiet enough to hear it. It doesn’t speak in words, just in nudges, discomfort, and the eerie precision of synchronicity. Pay attention.

The real magic isn’t in manifesting things—it’s in realizing you were always the source. The Law of Attraction is just a tutorial for something you’ve been doing unconsciously this whole time. The only trick is remembering.

Faith, Hope, and Babies

The United States’ fertility rate has fallen to around 1.78, which, combined with the general downward trajectory, is a cause for concern. To replace the population, a country needs to maintain a rate around 2.1.

When I was a young lieutenant arriving in Germany in 1995, I was surprised by three observations: how good beer can be, how secular European society had become, and the fact that Europeans weren’t having kids.

The second two trends were closely tied together. As Europe moved into its post-Christian phase, the number of babies dropped precipitously. The fertility rate in Germany in 1995 was an anemic 1.25, which was reflective of Europe in general. We visited beautiful churches across the continent that had become tourist attractions instead of places of worship.

Even back then, it was obvious Europe would run into trouble, since their social welfare pyramid schemes relied on the very thing they weren’t producing: young people. Instead of producing their own future generations, they welcomed them in from places like Pakistan, Syria, and Turkey, setting up a clash of cultures that will not end well. An aggressive Islamic culture with high birthrates will sweep away the postmodern secular European culture that can’t be bothered to awaken from its slumber to defend its people or have children of their own.

I attempted to write a master’s thesis at the Naval Postgraduate School in 2006 on England’s dark future due to the incompatibility between the traditional English culture and the muscular Islamic culture of their newcomers. The thesis advisers, whose instinct was to blame all problems on the Europeans, wouldn’t accept the premise, leading to a worthless thesis and a “checked box” diploma.

Less than twenty years later, in 2024, England recorded well over 50,000 knife attacks and had become the land of the unimaginable rape gang horror, even as we are seeing vehicles turned into mass casualty weapons on a routine basis on the European continent as previously unique cultures are shredded. Europe is going through an existential crisis to which their Eloi leaders have no answer other than to punish those who speak out against the Morlocks. Within this environment, the Russia-Ukraine war serves as a welcome distraction to which to point their population’s eyes in the same way that “Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia” in 1984. I’m guessing more than a few wealthy Europeans will see a $5 million gold card as a real bargain to escape.

Speaking of the Russia-Ukraine war, it’s interesting to view it through the lens of demographics. Russia’s fertility rate sits around 1.41, meaning there aren’t too many bouncy baby Ivans these days. Ukraine was actually hovering around a catastrophic 1.0 before recovering slightly. It still wins the ribbon as the worst of the worst in Europe in terms of fertility rates, which it pairs with the second-highest mortality rate in the world. It was an absolute demographic disaster even before the war.

Neither of the demographic basket cases can afford to lose a generation of young men, a fact that is not lost on a Trump administration championing peace.

All this is happening against the backdrop of collapsing birth rates worldwide. The global fertility rate sits just above the population replacement level. For comparison’s sake, that same rate was close to five when I Love Lucy debuted. Today’s global rate is being held aloft by Africa, with the current top four countries being those stalwarts of stability Niger, Chad, the DRC, and Somalia. In fact, the only country in the top thirty for fertility rates not in Africa is Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, some of America’s strongest Asian allies are in a complete death spiral, to include Japan (1.3) and South Korea, which has dropped below one. These geriatric states may as well hang “going out of business” signs from the windows.

Low fertility rates change a country remarkably fast since each generation compounds on top of the one before. It’s the same principle at work in compounding interest, which is why the leading boy’s name in Berlin and across major regions of England is now Mohammed. The future belongs to those having kids, and not to those who get so excited, they think of ACDC’s “Thunderstruck” when dreaming about abortion, as Josh Shapiro apparently did. And he’s supposed to be the sane Democrat.

The United States started its demographic collapse in 2008, apparently part of President Obama's promised change. We saw one of the worst dips in U.S. modern history during his eight years, dropping from 2.1 to about 1.8. So long to population replacement numbers.

The Apostle Paul wrote about faith, hope, and love as the three enduring qualities that must remain. Where these principles decline, fertility rates decline along with them, which is also why the more secular a society becomes, the more likely its citizens will stop having babies. As Americans declined in faith and no longer believed that future generations would inherit a better world, many opted to pass on changing diapers.

Personal pride, patriotism, and economic opportunity are other factors that help push higher fertility rates, which run opposite of dependence. For Democrats, dependence is the coin of the realm. It’s what they want for all Americans and, indeed, people across the globe: debt, dependence, and despair. Hope, faith, and dignity do not flourish in that environment. Frankly, the United States did no favors to many of our European and Asian allies by allowing them to become so dependent upon us.

The distribution of those having children in America is a problem for Democrats in that those most likely to have kids are decidedly more conservative and religious than the average Democrat. About five percent of women have five or more children. As a general rule, these are the kind of women who see children as a great blessing and not the kind who send out virtue-signaling pictures of the Ukrainian flag across Facebook or shill for Planned Parenthood.

This makes it all the more important that the Left controls the schools to indoctrinate children away from any values they might receive from their parents. Expect to see historic levels of wailing and gnashing of teeth from the Randi Weingarten Democrats at the prospect of shuttering the ironically named Department of Education.

I expect to see a fertility rate bounce under the Trump Administration as it restores pride and a sense of hope to Americans, even as the Despairocrats try to torpedo these efforts. While pro-family and pro-freedom policies help, macro trends are the most important, which is why low fertility rates have responded so poorly to government attempts across the globe to reverse trends they know are unsustainable. No tools can reverse the alarming macro trends brought on by dependency.

The cure is national pride, faith, and hope paired with an unshackled economy, which also caused a notable spike under President Reagan. But the damage caused by the Obama Democrats won’t be erased in one term. Two terms of President Vance should finish the project.

Will the MAGA Barbarian Invasion Succeed?

The great question of the moment is whether the Trump Revolution is irreversible, or whether our Democratic friends will get their act together and return in clouds of glory to rule over us as they did so magnificently from the days of the New Deal to the Great Society. Far-right blogger Curtis Yarvin in “Barbarians and mandarins” thinks that the barbarian invasion of the Trump hordes will eventually submit to the superior organization of the mandarins of the administrative state.

He has a point. The barbarian invasions of China, from the Mongols to the Manchus, all ended up with the barbarian emperor sitting on top of the eternal mandarin bureaucracy. Until, that is, the foreign invasion of the Marx virus, which blew up the mandarin system and its merit system of examination and replaced it with a purely political administrative caste of the barbarian Communists.

Of course, the mandarin system was incredibly corrupt, if Jianing Chen’s Core of Chinese Classical Fiction is to be believed. And so is our own mandarin administrative state, if DOGE is to be believed.

The distinction between barbarians and mandarins is a constant in human affairs. Here are some more distinctions: disruption vs. stagnation; war vs. peace; famine vs. plenty; chaos vs. stability; creation vs. continuity. And let us not forget the latest distinction: armed insurrection vs. peaceful protest.

I think that we humans are programmed to believe in stability, safety, continuity. Doing things the way we have always done them. I suspect that in the old days of peasant agriculture a rigid observance of tradition was the best way to avoid starvation. Except when it wasn’t.

And then there is the hope, the eternal yearning for release from the yoke of life in this sublunary world. I believe that hope is encoded in the Christian faith of Heaven in the next life, and the socialist faith of heaven on Earth in this life. But the reality of war, famine, revolution, disruption keeps breaking in on the peaceful pastures where sheep may safely graze.

What is to be done?

Now, I explain the rise of the Left in the 19th century as the educated class reacting with fear and loathing to the sudden appearance of the market economy and its low-rent capitalists - barbarians, if you like. Anyone who was anyone realized that the inventors of power looms, steam engines, oil exploration, Bessemer converters, were really not out of the top drawer. How could such an economic barbarian invasion end up in anything other than disaster, the “immiseration” of the workers, just as Marx prophesied?

Here’s another narrative. The market economy and capitalism in the 19th century was a breakthrough invention by humans to create a way of dealing with the chaos of change short of war and revolution. And it worked! Never mind: the educated class refused to believe the evidence of the 19th century and conducted two major social-science experiments in the 20th century - in Russia and China - to implement a perfect society where barbarian capitalists would be banned. Only wise and scientific Plans approved by the educated mandarin class would be allowed in modern society: saboteurs and wreckers need not apply.

Experts now agree that the Russian and Chinese social-science experiments were unparalleled disasters. But experts are still wedded to the welfare state social experiments where a mere half of the economy is commanded by experts, planners, and the mandarin administrative state.

Is there any hope? I believe there is.

In the last half century the capitalists, without any help from experts and scientists, have developed a new intellectual understanding of the chaos of capitalism. It is called “venture capitalism” and it broke through into the foreground in the 2024 election.

Venture capitalists understand that there are many good ideas in this world, but only a few good ideas that work. So wise investors invest in a bunch of start-ups knowing that only one in twenty will succeed.

But the educated class still doesn’t get it. According to Marc Andreessen, venture capitalists went to the Biden White House in May 2024 to talk about AI. The Bidenoids told them:

We will implement [A.I.] in the Biden administration and in the second term. We are going to make sure that A.I. is going to be a function of two or three large companies. We will directly regulate and control those companies. There will be no start-ups.

And that was when the tech heads decided they were for Trump. They knew that AI would need a whole raft of tech start-ups, a bunch of barbarian kids challenging the status quo of the administrative state mandarins.

So, will the barbarian tech heads get neutralized by the mandarin Deep State? Or will the Association of Venture Capitalists overthrow the corrupt mandarins and usher in a new age, a bro coalition of tech heads and the ordinary middle class?

History is being made as we speak.

Spiritual Evolution is an Unstoppable Reality

Dear readers, know that these messages are intended to provide spiritual knowledge and principles of truth from which you can build a foundation in alignment with the reality of your true Self. This in turn will allow you to serve yourself, others, and the ascension process from high levels of awakened awareness rather than from falsehood and fear.

The world at this time is in the beginning phase of an unstoppable spiritual process. Earth, being a Divine creation was never meant to live forever in bondage to duality, separation, and powers over. Much of what you are witnessing at this time is meant to serve as a catalyst that will awaken those still choosing to remain in the past, content to keep the status quo and let others make decisions for them.

Change is coming to every aspect of life. As increasingly more awaken out of the three dimensional belief system and open themselves to oneness it will automatically increase the Light in collective consciousness. The changes coming from new and higher frequencies on earth will not be those that simply present obsolete three dimensional ideas packaged and presented as being new.

Once earth’s collective consciousness reaches a point of being more spiritually evolved, love and oneness rather than separation and power over others will become the dominant force behind laws, religion, education, health, and governments. This will be the world that is only now beginning, cannot be rushed, but will continue to unfold and expand over the coming years.

Physical bodies could not safely withstand a sudden influx of intense high resonating energy and so the process of clearing old energy while at the same time integrating higher frequencies must be gradual. Even now many of you are experiencing physical, emotional, and mental discord from clearings and integrations.

The world in general continues to consider human beings as nothing more than disposable physical bodies at the mercy of and subject to an infinite number of three dimensional powers, be they disease, dictators, or a God of vengeance. Let your consciousness of ONEness be your only sword and shield as you face the daily onslaught of negative images and words you are experiencing.

When you allow truth to become more than just interesting dinner conversation and begin anchoring it into your consciousness through practice and vigilance, it can and will begin to express through and as you/YOU because your consciousness is you. Just as a sun beam is one with the sun, a wave is one with the ocean, and every branch is one with the tree so are you seemingly separate but one.

Rather than using prayer or meditation for seeking, begging, wishing, asking for, imploring, wanting, or desiring what you think you don’t have, let it become a time of simply resting in Oneness. You can state spiritual intentions. “I choose to more fully understand the truth of my being.” or “I choose more Light”. Never forget that because you are God Consciousness individualized, you are a creator, creating from the state of your consciousness.

Be aware of so-called “spiritual” mental practices that teach you to say; “I am well, I am abundant, I am this or I am that” which is mental suggestion, a form of hypnotism. Yes, the real you is all these things, but we speak of mental techniques meant to make the false human separated sense of you well and abundant. There is a fine line here that many do not yet understand, which is why we speak of it.

Attempting to change a bad material picture into a good one is nothing more than a continuation of the three dimensional illusions you are trying to wake out of. Good human-hood is just as much an illusion as bad human-hood because all human-hood is a concept of real Divine-hood.

Spiritual evolution is an unstoppable reality that means every person at some point will reach a place of readiness beyond personal ego and begin seeking and living from their true being. This choice is especially important right now because the world has entered a time in which paths are dividing and every person must choose to move either forward with the high frequencies of an ascending earth or remain in the past. Your choice.

Innovative creative ideas of any sort – artistic, musical, healing, solutions, inventions, technology, etc. - can only flow from the source and substance of creativity – Divine Consciousness. Truly new and never before known ideas do not and can not flow from the human mind because human minds are not creative - they are interpreters, avenues of awareness that access and interpret what is already present in some form in the collective.

Those who bring forth unique and new ideas in every aspect of life are drawing from within whether they are aware of it or not. Future leaders on earth will make choices and decisions that reflect a personal and collective consciousness imbued with truth rather than the three dimensional programing you know now. This will not happen overnight, but the process has begun.

We understand your frustration, concern, and even fear as you see so much that you considered permanent eliminated or changed drastically. Know that this phase is necessary for awakening a sleeping world out of its love of and reliance on the status quo. A new world is being born, one in which decisions, laws, governments, health, education, and most importantly religion will be based in truth and and the knowledge that all life is an expression of one omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient God.

Those choosing to continue living from duality, separation, and many powers, refusing to open their hearts to more, will at some point continue their evolution elsewhere as they will be unable to align with the higher frequencies of Light coming.

Always remember that darkness in and of itself has no reality because darkness is nothing more than the absence of Light. Remember always that as the individualization of one omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Reality/God, you cannot die or be separated from the fullness of IT regardless of what may be taking place in your life.

Spiritual ascension has never before taken place while a person remains in physical form, which makes the ascension process of earth and her people taking place at this time different, and is the reason it is being closely observed by many on other planets and in the higher realms.

You are well prepared to live from this higher state of consciousness, which is why you chose to be on earth at this time. All is proceeding according to plan. Allow the process, never forgetting that you are loved, guided, supported, appreciated, encouraged, and honored by the many observing and assisting from the other side. We are the Arcturian Group.

Wake Up in a Younger Body

Most people treat sleep as an off switch. You close your eyes, your body goes quiet, and eight hours later, you wake up exactly the same ...
