First phase, days 1 to 333, increased energy and vitality in the physical body, spontaneous activation of latent abilities, dreams of flying, transformation or meeting ascended beings, a profound sense of purpose and cosmic connection. Second phase, days 334 to 666, visible changes in the energetic field around the physical body, decreased need for sleep and food, increased synchronicity and flow in daily life, direct communication with higher dimensions of consciousness. Third phase, days 667 to 1000, visible luminosity of the skin and eyes, complete freedom from fear of death, the ability to consciously exit and return to the physical body, direct knowledge of past incarnations and future possibilities.

Upon completion of the 1,000 days, the immortal body is fully formed and functional, not as a replacement for the physical body, but as a simultaneous vehicle that the consciousness can fully inhabit at the moment of physical death. This was the ultimate purpose of all mystery school initiations... not enlightenment as an abstract state, but the concrete formation of a vehicle that allows consciousness to continue its evolution beyond the limitations of physical existence.
