Evolution begins with inner silence.

Take time to sit in stillness and connect with intent

to determine the course of action you will take

in order to connect to the intricate web

of which we are all a part.

The light and humming of energy

that vibrates throughout silence

will immerse you profoundly into the pulse of the Earth,

into the rippling echo of the Cosmos

onwards to infinity.
